Beautiful choices! I find that for my blue eyes I love a copper color shadow and liner. I have the Stone Cold Fox pallet and though I love most of it, I won’t use the glittery ones. Glitter is my nemesis - it ends up everywhere. Gimme a satin any day.

Stone Cold Fox is still my favorite palette, with the Tarte Tartlette In Bloom coming in second. Neither are great to travel with though... (especially Stone Cold Fox). I used to work in cosmetics and recently totally cleaned out all of my makeup, including all but a couple of eye shadow palettes. I wanted to replace with a smaller, travel easy neutral palette and found your video helpful, though I went with something different. One palette I believe deserves a shout out is the Winky Lux Cashmere Kitten..9 cool neutrals, very good quality, travel and budget friendly, available at Target. I saw the Stone Cold Fox..very cool. If I wasn’t keeping to smaller palettes I would totally get it! (And I prefer round pans, lets me swirl the brush to collect color.) 😊

I love neutrals too! You had great selections for your top 10. Just did a similar video a couple weeks ago. I've almost bought the Persona palette several times when it's been on sale and just can't convince myself to do it. But I may need to break down and do so. It does look so pretty.

I have a stash I love………and a fun stash I leave for my little granddaughters, when they come over. Bought a nice basket to quickly gather my “good stuff” off my vanity table but leave them some fun stuff I bought just for play. So many giggles, looking in grandma’s magnifying makeup mirror 😅

Great choices-- I have Stone Cold Fox and That's Taupe as well, both beautiful neutrals from CP. DC's Latte palettes are among my ever-faves, but as cooler neutrals are my jam, maybe BD mini Xenon needs mentioning, and the Winky Lux Cashmere Kitten palette, which has a pop of deep eggplant. I really loved Too Faced White Chip mini, but mine is so old now it just powders off my eyes.

For some reason I rarely use my Persona Identity palette. I'm not sure why but it's time I put it at the forefront of my collection! Thank you for reminding me how good it is! ❤

You look gorgeous in this video. I swear that you’re aging in reverse. I like the Coastal palette from Alter Ego. There’s too much green in Sakura when I already have greens I love in other palettes. I prefer Always Blushing over the Always Naked Wet n Wild palette. And Stone Cold Fox is my favorite neutral palette. For colors, I love Aurora Struck also from ColourPop. When I don’t want to use a large palette, I like That’s Taupe and Making Mauves. With as much as I like having a large eyeshadow collection, I can’t afford the luxury palettes, but I enjoy looking at them.

Great choices. I use the Viseart Neutral Matte palette daily. Good for shadow, brows, liner.

I stopped using eye shadow several years ago as my eyes became more hooded and I just didn't have much time. I am an older mom and working at 6-6:30 am I just skipped it. But would like to give it a try again to try and hide my hooded eye. But I only want a few shadows because anything more will overwhelm me. Lol. May give one or two of these smaller pallets a look. So timely, Tamara, as I've been searching all over for a small-ish matte palette - I actually, about an hour before your video went live, bought the Urban Decay Naked Basics 2 palette which is neutral and all matte. I love the look of the Viseart in particular, and regret not waiting for the I need a Nude and buying the Glam instead - ho hum! Also tempted by the new ND mini. Alter Ego looks great - but shipping is a bit of a pain for us Brits!

I prefer smaller palettes too. It’s just hard to store the big ones or work with them. I will say if the size of the Colourpop Stone Cold Fox doesn’t bother you, try their Bare Necessities palette. It’s a really nice neutrals palette but more brown tones.

Love your content!!! My problem is finding a palette where i can use all the shades on my warm tan skin. Most palettes contain too many light shade which look like chalk on me. Viseart has the best options for me. Do u find the Persona palette to be cool or warm toned?

Loved this video! My first nude palette was the Too Faced Natural Eyes. I love it still today, however, I wish I could find a dupe for the shade, Strip Poker which I use the most. I haven't tried any Natasha Denona but am very interested in the My Mini Dream. I currently find myself using the Tarlette in Bloom and Born this Way the Natural Nudes the most. I love Anastasia's formulas but find myself only using a few of their shades in the palettes because most of the shimmers are just too glittery with alot of fallout. However the matts are so soft and go on so smoothly for me. What are your thoughts on Patrick Ta or Pat McGrath palettes? Are they worth the cost? My daughter loves Pat McGrath and I found a few at TJ Maxx over the holidays but didn't pick one up and I wonder if I should have purchased one. I have struggled so much with applying makeup the past year on my mature skin, but thanks to you I am becoming more confident with the application process and finding products that are better suited. Thanks so much for your suggestions and tutorials!

I bought the Too Faced palette last Spring. I love it, but haven’t figured out how to use the darkest shades. So 6 out of 9 shades is pretty good, but still frustrating when you pay a higher price for something that isn’t 100% useful. I haven’t purchased the Stone Cold Fox, and know I would like it, but I just don’t know how I would store such a large palette. The ND minis are interesting. Have you tried the Starlette? If so, is it rosey or coral leaning?

We have very very similar taste in eyeshadow palettes. I have the Tarte, the nude drugstore one broke, i live in Canada so can't get Colorpop but would love Stone Cold Fox, and im waiting for the Two Facef palette to come back in stock. In Canada we can't get Natasha Denona's, I need a Nede palette, im not sure why. I would really like to try this one even though im not crazy about any of her other palettes. I prefer Anastasia

My favourite eyeshadow formula is from Lisa Eldridge. I am big fan of cream to powder and her mattes are perfect for me. I also like her shimmers as they are not too shimmery- reason why I do not like ND I need a nude- too many glitter shades. I want to get the mini dream though. My favourite plaette of all times are: Lisa Eldridge Vega and Muse, CT Super nudes easy palette, Tom Ford Smoky Quartz, Makeup by Mario- both of his palettes, Patrick Ta Major dimension 3. And a single from Chantecaile from the Wild Horses collection- Bay

I don’t know if you know about ColourPop’s Cloud 9 palette. I have blue eyes and the colors are all very useable for me. Pick it up if you have a chance. There’s a few sparkly ones that I won’t use (‘don’t like glittery/sparkly), but overall, very impressed with this one.

There is something about shadow palettes that I. Could look at all day. Could u recommend a good grey toned palette Some have too many shimmers in them and I just won’t use. I don’t mind using a shimmer here and there but for the most part I dont have use for the shimmer

I say this w/ kindness (and frustration)…Why is it that your camera never focuses in on what you’re showing us? Every single time you show something it’s blurry, usually because it’s still trying to focus on your face. This happens in just about all of your videos. If you want the camera to focus on something other than your face, you must block your face with the product you’re showing.
