My favorite transformation in the MCU is in the Incredible Hulk when he's trapped in the corridor, turns, blows a hole in the wall, and proceeds to show what a monster he is. Ah yes, that version had the rage and strength Hulk should have. Also to answer your question; Hulk at his best, is a galactic threat at his best, and Abomination was meant to match him. However, Superman is a universal threat and more at his best, and Doomsday outmatched, and even sent Superman into a Kryptonian hypersleep or as we call it, a coma. So by the terms of power scaling, Doomsday would kick Abomination's ass.

It is hard to choose a favorite because, like you, I love them all. That being said, the one that stands out to me is the one when Tony Stark confronts Loki in his office as just Tony Stark. But then, when it seems that he is about to die when he is violently thrown out the building through the window, he suits up into The Iron Man. I really love that scene!

biggest question: where the FUCK did tony's glasses go when he activated his nano suit outside the sanctum

First off nano tech can't create matter. You have to have the material available for the nano to make the armor, it's not like they were pulling it from a pocket dimension. I have always hated Iron man. Though the suit off transformation on the avenger tower was better for iron man and the hulk buster suit up best Ironman transformations. The Norton hulk always looked and clownish. Ruffulo bridge hulk transformation best Hulk transformation. On the shield hellicarrier 2nd best Hulk transformation. Seems at lot misunderstanding in transformation and just simple training outcome.

if I had to go for my favorite transformation? the first time Tony suits up the Mark 3. Mark 2 is great, don't get me wrong, with all the checks jarvis performs but Tony was already wearing it so it doesn't count as a cool transformation. the rest of his suit up are just a call for "look how much CGI I can put on a scene" but they are nothing we haven't seen already. nanomachines? great. tony can fart new technology any time the plot requires it but the transformation is just pure CGI that gets easily shadowed by Hulk or Thor. and, as iconic and great captain america transformation is, sorry but what transformation? enter pathetic boy on a coffin, coffin closes, some sh*t happens, coffin opens, a nude mr. universe comes out. is that a tranformation? Hulk's far better. at least we get to see it.
