Trix started as the balls. They are flavored Kix, which was just the ball without fruit flavors. The shaped Trix were created to cash in on the popularity of Runtz candy. They were great.

Sorry u missed out on them. I'm a 80s kid. I got to try sum of them. Back in the 80s parents didn't care if cereal was packed full of sugar. Not like now parents worry about healthy eating healthy cereal.

I like the old Ralston Purina Cookie Crisp they tasted way better it was a different and better recipe,the Cookie Crisp by General Mills now it doesn't taste the same like back then.

The had one called Madagascar (based on the animated movie) which was basically Golden Grahams + Cocoa Puffs + marshmallows. Apparently it was repackaged as Smores cereal, the exact same thing.

Anyone remember OJs cereal? Nothing to do with OJ Simpson. It was little orange-shaped cereal that tasted like orange juice. The mascot was a cowboy who branded the oranges like cattle.

The turtles cereal did taste really good. It had a good balance of generic cereal to marshmallows. I faintly remember they included a small packet of green “ooze” syrup that you can add to the cereal.

I remember at some point between 2002 and 2004 there was a Winnie the Pooh cereal that was, of course, honey flavored. But not like honey nut Cheerios, like you can actually taste the honey. It was sooo good, and then it went away. That’s the one that I really, really, really want back from my childhood!

I remember the TMNT cereal! At one time, they came with an actual TMNT cereal bowl! I had ALL four of the TMNT bowls, which my youngest cousin LOVED to use when he visited me in the Twin Cities!

Used to get up early on Saturday and sit glued to the TV watching cartoons like Johnny Quest, Land of the Lost and the Superfriendswith a giant bowl of Count Chocula. That was my favorite cereal. Who else remembers doing this?

Most of this creals got discontinued because parents started complaing it was unhealthy and had too much sugar and not really good you know making kids obese etc well I say to that screw them when I was a kid I ate alot of sugary creals and well I'm not obese or overweight and I'm still in great shape and health and I still eat Sugary creals like Frosted Flakes creal so there.

Scooby Doo Oreo O's are back!! I'm not sure where you live but if it's a Walmart near you, you should try and see if the cereal is there. I know they sell the cereal here in Michigan, at Walmart.

I'm 35 and don't remember half of these boxes. I do miss Rice Crispy TREAT!!! cereal. All I do is break them up and put milk on them now. You still should've mentioned them. Great video featuring Mr. T..The Urk Man and early 90s TMNT....I luv it. GREAT VIDEO

The S'mores cereal comes back every so often. And there's actually a Mario cereal out now, exclusively at Walmart, but it's pretty much just Lucky Charms with Mario shapes.

the period in "Bros." means that it's shortened, it's pronounced "Brothers". actually saying it like "Super Mario Bros" makes you sound like a mom desperately trying to catch on to millennial slang.

My favourite cereal as a kid was actually considered an adult cereal. It was Clusters made by Post. Similar to Honey Bunches of Oats we have today, it had nut clusters, sometimes as big as the spoon so that was all you got in your mouth.

Anyone that has ever seen a movie scene or a commercial like the Nintendo Cereal one,ever wondered what would happen if the kids that had their heads turned into tv's had their tv heads smashed by a...uhhh..say...a sledge hammer??Would their head quickly tip forward to let out a pool of blood and brain/electronic matter unto the floor or would the tv aspects just fall off and reveal their heads to be ok??

In the south, our stores have dino pebbles, and Oreo o's, which have reciprocated this past year. In addition, you can purchase a box of teddy grams, pour them into a bowl of milk, and feign as if it is a cereal.

Marshmallow Rice Crispies were my all time favorite and I so wish they would bring them back! This was the real Snap, Crackle and Pop Rice Crispies, with Lucky Charms type marshmallows. So good! I also loved the chocolate Teddy Grahams cereal, which is on this list. These really did taste like cookies in milk, not that fake, wannabe chocolate flavoring, that most chocolate cereals have.

Why are so many people unaware of the correct pronunciation of Dino? It's DEE-no when we're speaking of Fred's pet and DIE-no when we're speaking of dinosaurs, in general. Cripes. US show - US pronunciation.
