I would say in terms of technical capability from factory and the best departure/breakover/approach angles, the G wagon would be the best due to 3 locking differential. However, Toyota is what I would trust when venturing out of human civilization as you are not afraid of it breaking down.
New ones arent that good. They don't have locking diffs like the old ones they just reply on central locker and traction control Range rover is better than new lc
I got a Suzuki jimny jeep 3 years a go and I still love it. It's been better than all them other 4×4s I have owned in the past. It's just so so good in every way.

The new one can’t, it’s not good enough for real off-road like the G-Class can do. And the G63 with the V8 and 585ps is more luxury then the land cruiser and better for off-road
I think it's great as a standalone off-road vehicle if you're only going to use it that way. However, if it's a multi-usage vehicle I'll take a 4Runner. More cargo space and a more reliable engine..didn't say as powerful or as good MPG. Just simply more reliable.
@@mahir6239nope the Range Rover can't do what the Jeep can do that's why you never see Range Rovers going over rocks like that they just start shaking and vibrating with air suspension jacked all the way up and no lockers
@@ronaldrrootiii6040 actually it can, there are multiple modes and it depends on mode, when you use rock crawl the suspention is fully jacked up, but in a few other modes, the car itself raise each tyre according to the terrain so that I can keep going further. Also nobody tells that but actually in a particular mode, there are 3 more air suspension settings that not even company will tell you, and when needed those emergency settings engage increasing the ride height upto 330mm which is a lot more than wrangler and it's competitors
adrian coyne so I guess the Ram Power wagon should be on this too I guess, if your implying a raptor a suv. A power wagon is sporty(sure it may not be fast on the street, but when off road in high speed its fast) and has a lot more utility than the raptor.
the Suzuki Jimny 2020 would be all I need, no problems in the forrest, in the city or during the winter, but i would expand the back seats, because I don't need them - if prize doesn`t matter it would be a Jeep Rubicon 2020 (3 doors version with no back seats)
So glad they included the Lada Niva, a great old school SUV, but seriously they include the F150 when its a pickup and not and SUV, and miss out the Nissan Patrol and include more than one Range Rove and Land Rover???

From UK- Land Rover almost all vehicles. From USA - Jeep Wrangler and Ford. So, dear video uploader add these left SUV's in your next video.......
"Hard way" like hard pavement, no swamps, no sand, no mud? I mean, I only see hard rocks being dealt with using the Jeep. Rock crawling is not everything.
The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, 4-door gets my vote! Just look at the terrain it goes through and over and, then, look at the terrain of all the others! Plus, the value/utility ratio of this off-road beast is unparalleled!
Yep that's what I try to tell people and it's completely normal Factory form not even lifted. It comes with disconnected sway bars you hit with a button inside and front and rear lockers. It is way better than all of those. I live in Southern Arizona and I watch ones go over things worse than that totally Factory wow Land Rovers with traction control just shake and shutter and can't move on stuff like that

For me its the Land Rover hands down, my late father bought one from the Army in Cyprus rebuild by REME , he was always telling me son If u want a go anywhere vehicle This is the one to buy, it never once let us down even i liked the American ww2 famed Jeep i still stick with the land rover anyday
would you really drop $100,000 dollars for a range rover and take it off road? you would destroy it as they are no longer meant to go off road. its a show car and nothing but a shadow of what it once was
Hands down? Did you not see the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon climbing over Boulders with no lift kit and making it perfectly while the Range Rover just goes up and down Hills and if you Jack the suspension all the way up and try to take it over huge rocks it will get a flat tire or it was just shake and vibrate while the traction control doesn't allow it to climb over big rocks because it's not lockers the jeep was clearly better it's not a debate look with your eyeballs the Jeep does better

The new X5 is underrated imo, other X5s before where decent but this new one has a locking diff, max ride height of 10.3 inches, different off road modes and has cameras available in critical times

Jeep Wrangler is hands down #1.. I've been to Moab.. you don't see anything else out there stock from the factor that can remotely even compete with the Jeep.
And yet, the TRD PRO and the Jeep Rubicon JL out of a factory stock are competitors with one another. Nothing else sold in the US that can come close to those 2 in the same category of SUV. Btw, Moab is not the beginning and end of all worldly off road conditions. ;)

The way these videos are presented is hilarious. All capable 4wd’s, some with pretty incredible technology too. However to watch the action packed videos of the Range Rover and discovery after the lethargic geriatric driving of the Landcruiser would lead many to believe that they aren’t woefully underprepared and fail literally every marker of excellence when matched to the cruiser. The others are maketing. Cruiser is king!
