What a beautiful garden filled with the most beautiful Dahlias. You will never get board of the beauties around you. I wish I was your helper in your garden-free of charge.
Beautiful!! I have many of the varieties you showed and would include them in a top ten list! I love water lilies and blush dahlias, so my top 10 list would include Pam Howden. Camano Zoe & Breakout. Thanks for the lovely video.
@@StaceyGlover77 Mmmm, I'll have to take note this summer to be sure to give this one a sniff! I just placed a dahlia order, this time I'm going for several short compact growers that do not require staking.
Wow - your dahlias are stunning!! What do you feed them? I don't have it, but I did see Babylon Red grown at the Chicago Botanic Garden last year (2023) and it was huge and stunning!! Everyone was taking pics of it - myself included!
I just found your channel and I am a new subscriber!!!! ❤ Your Dalhia’s are truly outstanding!!! I read all of the comments to see if anyone asked about what you feed them. I’m planning to use an organic fish fertilizer but now I’m rethinking that idea. I was under the impression that miracle grow had too much nitrogen for Dahlias. So, I’ll try miracle grow now! What do you use when you amend your soil? Also, how much direct sunlight do your dalhias receive each day? Last question, I promise, which hardiness growing zone are you in. I’m in zone 8.
Last year we made our mix of compost to amend our soil. This year we just bought quality soil mix from a nursery. My dahlias are in direct sunlight for most of the day. We are in zone 9b. Thank you for watching! 🌸
How is the weather where you are how often do you fertilizer your Dahlias; what kind of fertilizer? What a wonderful dream land of Dahlias, I am old too late to start a Dahlia Garden like yours this is the most gorgeous garden ever since I watch...! Thanks for our Greatest Creator!
Thank you for sharing your dahlia choices. I noticed many of your favorites are the dark colored ones. I'm not a fan of them nor red dahlias. I love the pinks and peach colored ones. I am only growing dahlias for their beauty however and not for cut flowers. So in my garden, my favorites in 2023 were Daddy's Girl, Chilson's Pride, Alloway Candy, Crichton Honey, Platinum Blonde, Rancho and Mikayla Miranda. I have ordered Diva for the 2024 season. My Labyrinth were not beautiful like yours.
