One fight that I have always been fond of was Batman versus Owlman in Crisis on Two Earths. It wasn't flashy or anything, but it was just the idea of Batman fighting someone with similar abilities and weaponry to him. I'm actually really hoping to see Owlman and the Crime Syndicate make it to the big screen in live action one day.

I love Batman Vs TMNT, the fight scenes between Batman and the turtles and Shredder are totally badass!!!

The fight between Batman and the Mutant Leader deserved an honorable mention

I called number 1. Nothing can beat that fight. And the raw line at the end is just incredible

Nah. You started this one off on the wrong fight from that movie. The first Batman vs Shredder fight was arguably the best fight scene in the movie.

I think some of the newer DC animated movie fights are really cool. Flash and Wonder Woman vs Aquaman in Justice Society, Superman vs Lobo in Man of Tomorrow, Batman vs the gang members in Long Halloween, it’s all really well animated

No matter how much I try to purge the animated Killing Joke from my mind, it always finds a way to crawl back in there. At least Dark Knight Returns got a good adaptation. You just got the story that everyone likes with a few little extra goodies added in. Like Batman straight using ROADA ROLLA DA!

The opening fight scene between Batman & S.W.A.T in Batman: Assault on Arkham was really good.

Wonder Woman and Big Barda versus the Furies in Superman/Batman: Apocalypse should have made this list. The animation was so, so, so well done.

the batman/red hood fight was so badass as you can se the moment when batman realizes "i taught jason everything he knows. but he doesnt know everything i know." then proceeds to whoop his ass.

It may not have been iconic or anything, but one of my favorite fights was between the Justice League and Darkside at the end of _Justice League Unlimited_ where Batman treats Darkside to some explosives and Darkside is like, "What do you think you're doing? You're nothing but a puny human." Then Superman has one of my favorite lines from him; "He's doing the best he can, like he always does. Me? I'm different. I live in a world of cardboard. If I make a mistake or loose control, then somebody gets hurt. But you're tougher than that, aren't you big guy. What we have here is a rare opportunity for me to cut loose."

‘Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’ is still my number one favorite Spider-Man movie. We can’t wait to see the sequel ‘Across the Spider-Verse’ next June.

Glad to see the Raph vs Leo fight here. That emotional brawl was the best thing about that movie. Batman vs Owlman, Big Barda and Wonder Woman vs The Female Furies and the arena fights in Planet Hulk are great fights too.

The Avengers vs Hulk is also a pretty cool animated fight, not even the MCU has done a good fight of the whole team against a rampaging Hulk.

Your number 1 was on point … the animated version did an amazing job of capturing frank millers comic.

I feel that Batman vs Soldiers in Suicide Squad deserved a ranking.

My favorite part about Miles’ fight with Fisk was the way he was talking to Fisk. Like, it’s obvious that he was trying to help Fisk see the light and work through his grief. And if that isn’t the core of who and what kind of hero Spider-Man is, I don’t know what is.

Supergirl/Superman vs Darkseid from Superman/ Batman: Apocalypse belongs on here. Granted most fights scene with Dardseid do belong on here. DC just need to incorporate these fights into the movies!

I personally enjoy the Superman/Doomsday brawl in JLU where they brutally fought in a volcano. This one was awesome too though. Man, live action just can't compare to this stuff!

Very good list. But one of my all-time favorite animated fights (that was not on this list) was the fight between Superman, Supergirl and Darkseid at the end of Batman/Superman Apocalypse. I thought for sure it was at least going to get an honorable mention.

I would of picked the fight leading up to Superman vs Doomsday in Death of Superman, Where Doomsday one by one utterly destroys each of the justice league operating at peak efficiency against him, really sets the stage for his power, conviction, and rage

In the Killing Joke comic, the laughs ended on a more sinister note. We saw as the Joker's laugh just suddenly stopped as if the Bat finally snapped on him.

I love the fact that everyone in the comments is just going batman Vs everyone just goes to show you how good batman is

Wonder Woman vs Ares from "Wonder Woman (2009 film)" should've been given an honorable mention or a spot on this list. It is still among my top 5 favorite animated superhero movie fights.

The JLD: Apocalypse War gave me something I desperately want to see DC do in comics; Darkseid vs Trigon... and now wonder why they've never done that before.

These are all great, but that incredibles fight with those hench men was some crazy stuff! What was the thought process here? "I will punch a child as part of my job!" "I am shooting at these children and it's not working! I'll just keep shooting at them and maybe it will work eventually!" Where did Syndrome find these guys?!

Top Ten Longest Fight Scenes in Movies

Batman VS TMNT was such an awesome movie. Two of my favorite fight scenes were when Batman fought the Turtles towards the beginning, then whupped The Shredder working as a team with the Turtles, Batgirl and Robin (funny how it took Raph running his mouth for Batman to realize he NEEDED their help).

What makes the Superman vs Doomsday fight more touching, is that the voices for Clark and Lois are married in real life, so the love in their voices is very real.

They are so many fights that they could have mentioned. Superman and Supergirl versus darkseid and Batman Superman apocalypse, Batman Superman versus the gang of villains and Batman Superman public enemies, Batman versus talon in Batman versus Robin, The avengers versus hulk in ultimate avengers, the next avengers versus Ultron in the next avengers, hulk versus beta Ray Bill in planet hulk, Gen-13 fights (I won't blame you if I haven't heard about that one), and many more.

Batman vs mutant leader and batman vs joker in dark night returns part i and ii deserve an honorable mention.

Both Wonder woman vs Medusa and wonder woman vs Ares deserved a spot. Fight choreography which had both superhero spectacle as well as skill on display.

Invincible- omniman vs the guardians. Its not anime. Maybe too brutal for this list but definitely deserves to be brought into the conversation.

While DC having a few overrated movies, I still think injustice has a few brutal scenes. Imagine hearing the fight scenes alone with only super man and have a really good speaker system included.

I would have to give Terry vs joker an official spot. The joker returns. Not only to his usual tricks in the new age, but with intent of personal vengeance. Not the petty clownish kind we seen in previous TAS timeline canon. The entire movie perfectly builds to that final moment,... like most batman animated features do. And at this point the joker is the strongest/ biggest threat we've seen him in form all around,.. and intellectually with inside knowledge and training of his host. This was the biggest test, not only for Terry, but for the legacy of batman without Bruce at point, who essentially ended up useless against the joker, with all due respect, as result. This also showed Bruce that he hadn't failed as a mentor, thus "legacy". Terry's ability to adapt outside the jokers expected/ planned run-in with "the batS". I still get chills watching joker get frustrated at Terry's mocking of him. Brilliantly played out. As much as it wasn't action packed, so many blows had been exchanged by the time the actual fight had happened. Most of them to Bruce directly.

I also love the Epic Badass Marvel Animated Fight of Hulk vs Wolverine! It's definitely and totally one of THE Best of the Best Marvel Animated Stuff of Legends! I'll NEVER forget that fight from my Childhood Years!

Someone may have said this already but I think from the Batman vs TMNT his fight vs Shredder was the BEST in the movie. It should've been somewhere in the top 10. Another that should've been honorable mention was Superman vs Shazam from the Justice League Unlimited cartoon.

Batman vs. the TMNT was a fun scene, but it was too one sided for me to really enjoy it as a top 10 fight. Batman vs. the Shredder however I thought was far superior! An equal back and forth battle between an iconic hero and villain from two different franchises, that fight was the best scene in the movie! I just wished it lasted longer.

Batman dodging that bullet and that punch Superman did on Doomsday were the most Batman and Superman things I've ever seen lol yup pretty much sums up both lol
