The Colourpop Pretty Fresh Foundation and Huda foundation sticks are bomb! I absolutely love them both. I also love, love, love the Nars Sheer Glow and Light Reflecting. They give such a pretty finish, similar to the CP Pretty Fresh.

I want to try the NARS ones sooooo bad! Are the shades pretty yellow-y with the undertone? I've always had a hard time with NARS foundations looking too yellow on me.

@@BreyonnaFaye No, they have added a lot and there are some very pink shades. I am mostly Mont Blanc, but I have to mix in Oslo (which I think would be a close match for you). The best thing about Nars is that their neutral shades are actually that and not yellow like most others (I'm looking at you Laura Mercier!)

holy hell, i was wondering what "foundation" you were wearing rn bc it looked soooo good!! turns out its tht nyx concealer!! man, i def need to stop debating and just go pick it up lolol. i actually usually love to wear concealers as my foundation, but these last couple months ive rlly been getting into true foundations n skin tints. this vid was perfect for tht rn, and a fun style to see ya do!! 👏😄

Its SOOOOO good!!!! Its a great concealer too! Honestly after trying it as a foundation I have had a hard time using anything else because it makes doing my makeup so fast lol. That's how I have been too, I like a really light coverage, light weight foundation/skin tint and then do concealer under the eyes for a little bit more coverage!

Omg. The Milani C+P is no joke. It's excellent for a cheaper option. I do also love the Tarte amazonian clay foundation.

It really is! I used to have such a hard time finding a non-yellow undertone foundation in a pale shade for the longest time (and also one that didnt break me out) so this has been my go to for many years haha! That Tarte one didnt work out for me but I loooove the Foundcealer foundation they have!

Bought the NYX Concealer last week when I was in Philly and I haven't put it down since !!! It's the perfect foundation AND Concealer & best of all, it works so well with my dry under eyes!!!! Your recommendations are top notch ❤

I started using the NYX serum concealer as foundation last week & love it! My normal go to’s are the colourpop tinted moisturizer or the NYX Born To Glow Foundation if I want more coverage.

Per Breyonnas recommendation I must try the Nyx. I’m glad you went in right away with the Milani, by the end of the video that foundation looked best❤️ so pretty and true to color it’s my favorite😍 and bc of this video I’ll also try out rare beauty I loved how that looked and that one also looked pretty still by the end of the video😍

Milani has been a staple of mine for SO long! Just wish they had more shades in stores and you didnt have to go online for them, but they have a lot of free shipping deals :)

I love Milani conceal and perfect!. I'm interested to see if the Catrice is on here.. I heard great things but you and I have normal skin so most that work for you will work for me !♡ the NYX serum concealer is the love of my life.. I have never been fond of putting concealer or powder on I have normal skin but it dries me out and I don't like stuff under my eyes. It is the very 1st concealer I have ever loved

One thing I like to hear about or see is do they oxidize? It would be interesting to see your arm swatches in a couple hours. Already I see that a couple (3rd & 4th swatch) oxidize quite a bit. The foundation I have been using for a couple years now is, Essence Pretty Natural. The price is under $10, medium coverage, and it doesn't have the oxidization most foundations do.

I absolutely love your eye looks. Do you think you could do videos revisiting older eyeshadow palettes? I just recently purchased a lot of morphe artistry pallettes and I've watched it all to get ideas. Also if you could do some looks for the office. There are so many releases with eyeshadows that my wallet is screaming "stop spending you fool" " you have enough makeup". Which is true. There are only so many colors out there and I have them. So I'm trying my hardest to not spend. Keep making these videos because I love the outcome.

I didnt :( I actually did it on Tiktok live! The deep greens in the crease are both the Juvias Place Rebel Army palette (lightest matte green) and Ivy out of the Beauty Bay Earthy Palette! Inner corner is Raw out of the Beauty Bay Earthy Palette. Lid is the Juvias Place Duochrome Liquid Shadow in Ankara!

I saw you said you have light in the Nyx concealer. I’ve been trying to decide between fair and light. It’s funny because on Nyx website when you select the light option, the dot looks so dark I was like well no way that’s light enough but then it actually looks light in the bottle and swatch so not sure why they made the selection dot look so yellow and dark. But in store the light in the tube looked like it might be too dark. I’m paper white like you so I usually always go for the lightest option…I’d rather be too light where I can bronze it up or powder to add some if I need than too dark. But not with concealer. Concealer I try to get a close match so I can’t decide 😂 Since light works for you I’ll try that!

tbh I would have grabbed Fair but every store I went to only had Light as the lightest option. Next time I get it though I'm going to try Fair! I just got impatient and didnt want to wait for it to ship lol! When I first tried it I thought it was going to be too dark per how it looked in the tube, but when applied it matched me WAAAAY better than I had guessed.

My birthday was a couple days ago I used the nyx serum consealer as a foundation/consealer (should tell you something). I also like using the loreal serum foundation and the nyx serum consealer best combo ever!!!! loreal is my favorite drugstore brand for all things base. have you tried the loreal balm foundation? I'm not sure if it go's light enough for a true alabaster skin tone but so so so good.

Waaaaaait I need to try that ASAP! I never thought to try them together but now you have me curious haha! I havent tried the new Loreal Balm foundation but Ive been seeing a ton of people talk about it over on Tiktok! I saw someone use it with the Hyaluronic Serum foundation and omg it looked AMAZING. I need to see if they have my shade next time I go to the store

Hi, so I am having a hard time finding the right concealer and foundation for sensitive and dry skin. The last one I'm trying is from Clinique; both the concealer and foundation. I don't think that one is working either. The products are not adhering to my skin, it looks flaky and cakey, and it's doing that great of coverage. I also recently bought the Milani Conceal + Perfect 2-in-1 Foundation + Concealer - Alabaster, but sadly, that's not doing a great coverage. I know that this video is talking a lot about your most favorite foundations but any suggestions on concealers and foundations for me would be much appreciated. Thank you.

There's a few things! It could be that the products you are using dont work well together with how they are formulated (such as your moisturizer doesnt work well with your foundation due to the ingredients not working together, etc). It could also be that your foundation isn't for your skin type (mattifying foundations can look flakey and cakey on dry skin). It could also be your skin prep such as needing to exfoliate more frequently (usually recommended to do 1-2 times a week), using a heavier/richer moisturizer, or that a skincare product could be affecting how your makeup sits on top.

@@BreyonnaFaye Wow, that sure is a lot to take in; however, I do appreciate you taking the time to reply to me. As for skin care products, I was told Korean products were really good so I started using those for 2 kinds of cleansers, moisturizer creams, and toner. I can't exfoliate because it's too harsh on my skin and the skin doctor said not to. You know, I've tried a few other foundations that were cheaper than Clinique, and they didn't work and also tried Maybeline Corrector Kits which also didn't work. I seem to be loosing the fight on what I should use. I'm not sure how to figure out what works together and what doesn't. How do you even begin to figure out if something does or doesn't work together? Or even to ask someone who may know? Well, anyways, thanks again. I really do appreciate you taking the time though to help. Thank you.
