A great list, and "Loser Baby" is a solid pick, but "More Than Anything" will always be my #1. Jeremy's and Erika's vocals mingle in the most beautiful ways and the emotion of an estranged father reconnecting with his daughter brings me to tears every time I hear that final chorus.

I think the best part of You Didn’t Know was the lighting, this song really shows how good the animation is by having the main light source being the orb, and it constantly changing the color and shading of the scene looks incredible.

Personally, I REALLY liked the narrative symbolism in the art. It took me THREE rewatches of that scene to notice Emily's transformation!!! Right after she says "To think that I _admired_ you," the symbol on her shirt and the halo above her head change to an open eye. The subtle glowing in her eyes, which we know from Whatever It Takes signifies heightened emotions... gAH IT'S JUST TOO GOOD >.< HGDEBWHJEDJHWVBJHCBJBF

Top favorites: 1. Stayed Gone (Alastor and Vox’s rivalry was fun to watch, and I wish the show furthers it in the next season.) 2. Hell is Forever (I’m a simple villain song fan, and this one didn’t disappoint. Especially love the section where Adam reveals that “for those of us with divine ordainment, extermination is entertainment.”) 3. Loser Baby (Keith David makes everything better, and Angel being his true self for once is nice to see.)

1: Stayed Gone: Vox and Alastor's dynamic is something that gives me life 2: More then Anything: I've had my own fair share of times my ideas were rejected in the most uncaring way and getting in trouble for it too 3: Poison: I remember when I first saw the episode and as soon as Angel got slapped it was non stop awkward silence till the song ended 4: Loser Baby: This was so sweet and heartwarming 5: Hell's Greatest Dad: Al and Lucifer going to child custody court for Charlie is the best way to describe it 6: Hell is Forever: Adam is a a-hole but man can he sing 7: Respectless: Man is Velvette a child 8: The show must go on: Vox and Val carry 9: Out for Love: This is just a bop 10: Ready for this: This is just a great song 11: Whatever it Takes: Man does Vajjie have a hobby in Opera 12: You didn't know: While the song itself was very good, we needed more context on things like Em and Sera's relationship and Emily as character in general 13: Happy day in Hell: While entertaining it felt pretty long for 3 minutes 14: It starts with Sorry: felt a little kiddish for an adult cartoon 15: More then Anything reprised: I was more interested in what I was seeing then the hearing 16: Welcome to Heaven: I won't call it bad, it's just unmemorable and not really too important

I feel the need to point out that your "Honorable mentions" were basically every other song on the soundtrack + one from the pilot... wth the exceptions of "Happy Day in Hell" and "More than anything - Reprise" (and the 2nd one was mentioned when discussing an earlier song). That said, you did give "Out for Love" some attention, which I don't see nearly enough of.

I'm probably "doing it wrong" but...Poison hits on more than one level for me, I live in a city that has one of the WORST if not THE worst drug crisis in the country, if not, one of the worst in the world, it resonated so strongly with me, that I actually came up with lyrics from the point of view of someone *witnessing* a drug crisis, they're probably not that great, but..they kind of work. ..Please don't judge me >.> It's..probably also appropriate for me to relate to "loser baby" but...No way in hell I can sing it as a duet...nobody would want to do that with me, I'm sure of it >.>

No matter what.! We can all unite in agreement about the animation is just FANTASTIC.! Every song had something special visually that made them unique. But if I had pick two songs that I had to show for its visuals than the others I’d probably say: ‘Poison’. And ‘More than Anything’ If I had to share a song to someone who had never heard the music from the show it would be: ‘Loser baby’, ‘Poison’ or ’Hell’s greatest Dad’.

Loser, Baby doesn't deserve to be as good as it is. They put it right after POISON, and the moment Keith David gave his first buttery-smooth line, I was like, "They literally set this song up to fail." Oh man, I'm so glad I was wrong. I thunk there's one thing about Finale that you guys missed, and it was the Vees' part. Something about Vox and Val singing together scratches my brain in a way I can't explain. Anyways, I agree with basically all of your picks, just shift a few around, and replace one or two.

Disclaimer: this show is *not* for kids. Also, I love the song “Out for Love” and I wish it was longer. My fav is “More Than Anything” and it has me choked up. I have this lingering fear of losing my dad due his battle with…. err yeah, anything with a parental figure vibe hits close to home for me

To listen to, my favorite is Hell is Forever. It's just so catchy lmao but like in the context of the show, Poison takes the spot. It's just the most interesting one to sit down, and analyze, specially being the one none-in universe song (it's heavily implied it all happens in Angel's head as he disassociate, until the end)

I love them both for different reasons) but I only recently discovered this show because of a TikTok that played Loser Baby and I had to find out where it came from, it was so catchy and then when I learned the story and what the two characters were dealing with it I loved it even more.

Now at the very least Hell's greatest dad should've at least been number 6 because of Mimzy. I mean without her it would've been so much better. Finale should've definitely gone higher and Ready for this deserved to be more than an honorable mention.

Whatever it Takes is my favorite. That is a very powerful song. But yeah Loser Baby and Hello Rosie are good ones too. Heck this whole show went so hard with these melodies!
