My number one tool is a small 4volt screwdriver. Next is a 6 in one screwdriver. I also carry a nice leather man multi tool. Those work for 90 % of all I do.
I have been a Locksmith for 35 years and the videos i have seen on what to carry in your tool pouch or tool bag seems to be kinda less on what you need on Locksmith service calls.I seem to carry many more tools to carry i should put a video to show what you need to carry as a Locksmith
Nice bag. But all you had to do was buy a Clip Tech from Toughbuilt and you could just clip it on to your regular pant belt. I love toughbuilt clip tech
Yeah really love the tough built clip system, I have a clip screwed on top of my ladder to hang my pouch during those door closer installations. Works a treat.

I was wondering if you slip a latch, do you inform them of the vulnerability or stay quiet? I see it as a way to make money installing a latch guard but I'm just a worker for a company and I don't inform them, I just get them in. But if I was doing this with my own company, I would inform them and upgrade their security, I'm pretty sure they're not going to say no if it's their home. If it's for a business I might have to talk to the building owner or whoever is in charge.
Ken _ I don’t inform my customers when the lock their keys in their house and it’s a kwikset lock. I rake it open, collect the money and and run. I find it better if the customer doesn’t see or understand or techniques. It is the code of the guild. If the are locked out, we let them in as long as the can prove they belong there. We try not to share our methods.
