Okay, as much as I LOVE this show --- Make no mistake, it's like one of my top ones beside AOT and SAO --- The plot armor for the main characters is totally b.s. lol Inosuke surviving getting pierced through where his heart should have been by a poison sickle --- While in the moment of watching it was so amazing and I was ecstatic --- is TOTALLY bogus. Same with Tengen pulling off that beautiful clutch save. He somehow "Stopped his own heart" to stop the poison from recirculating but started it again not only to save Tanjiro within a millisecond being pierced through the skull through his eye, but the poison all of a sudden didn't start back up with his heart? Same with Tanjiro in Swordsmith somehow pulling off a beautiful thunder breathing technique to catch Hantengu LITERALLY as a result of him thinking "What do I do?! My leg is busted!!". It totally gets away with it when you're watching it because it's so friggin' beautiful and it's always in such moments with a "HOLY S**T THAT'S BADASS!!" but let's be honest, after Hinokami got unlocked, plot armor thickened A LOT. (It's not shy about killing people we love like Rengoku off, but the Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke get some ridiculous / unrealistic plot armor based on how we saw other demons not even Kizuki level killing other slayers higher ranked then the main 3 like play toys.)
