All good points. I would add shitty electrics. Corroded, non tinned wiring, damp electrical cabinets. Corroded throttle, gear change or steering control systems. Mould caused by poor ventilation causing a persistent bad smell and staining of.. everything! Water damage to all the lower parts of the furniture, or even just the cabin sole boards, signifying a neglected boat slowly filling with water. All of these
