Traveling to Hawaii is expensive, but you don't need to dine at 5 star restaurants to eat well. In this video, we're going through our favorite items for under $20 in Oahu. Keep in mind this was from a 10 day stay on the island, so there are MANY places we did not get to try! Make sure to also ask locals where you should be eating - many of these suggestions came from them :)

@@pandytravelsI’m pretty sure you had the Paniolo Burger, I don’t remember a seeing Cowboy Burger on their menu. Paniolo does mean Cowboy in Hawaiian 🍔

$20 for shrimp on white rice is cheap? you could get two plate lunches for less than that; and $17.45 for a breakfast burrito isn't cheap

Considering Hawaii is in the middle of the Pacific Ocean & in our home city of Toronto, shrimp dishes cost $25+, we thought it a relatively good deal. The burrito was gigantic & we added avocado to it. Thanks for commenting!
