Negitivities for IITDELHI FEES IS VERY HIGH THAT IS 1.50,000 PER SEM 2.NO HOSTEL FOR MTECH 3 PG HOSTEL 11,000 PER MONTH 4 . PLACEMENT ARE GOOD BUT FOR CORE 8 TO 9 LPA AVERAGE MAX 19 LPA ONLY NFIL Positive s 1 best exposure 2 placement for non core very high even though you are average student 3 PHD Is good ------As iam IIT DELHI STUDENT 👍

Sir I got 244 rank in gate this year in chemical engineering , And I have an option for tcs ( paying 35k/ month ) Should I go for m ye h and can I get same placements there ??

Hello Manish, First of all, Many many congratulations for your achievement. Now, there are two possibilities according to me. First : Go for TCS job and focus on PSU interview, regularly study your core subjects. By this, you can get a good amount and work from home will help you in managing everything. Second: Mtech will give you 12400₹ per Month stipend and in this case also, you will study from home so both the cases will give you this opportunity. Now, here the point is, if you get the chance for PSU interview and if the result is positive, then you will have to leave both the options. GATE score card is valid for 2022, 2023 admissions, so no need to worry for mtech. If you get any job in a core company, then go for it. I repeat again, you must be prepared for PSU interview.

First of all congratulations👏👏 for your hard work. I think IIT delhi too good in any terms. See IIT kanpur and delhi both are superior in academic point of view but placement is totally depends on every year situation.

In my opinion, if you want to go for a job after M.Tech, then select chemical engineering from IIT Kharagpur and if you want to do further research, then select material science from IIT Bombay.

Hello Abhishek, There is minimum percentage criteria for admission in any IIT Or NIT for Gen category. For Gen category it is like 1. A minimum 60% marks aggregate Or 2. A minimum CGPA 6.0 on the scale of 0-10. Or 3. A first class degree as specified by the university. It is different for SC/ST/PwD. I wish, this will help you. All the very best 👍👍💯

Hello Mahesh Without Gate you can get college for Mtech but you will not get any stipend there. If you want to do Mtech then Gate is not that much tough it's very easy to get rank for IIT Or best NIT

Hello Ankit BITS is very good college in terms of study but there are not that much placement for chemical Mtech. For Btech no doubt, that is one of the best college in India. For mtech everyone must think many times before taking admission in any college.
