Beyond belief was that she was ok after landing on her NECK under a hefty man. She was super lucky.

While there was quite a bit of luck involved, I suspect the fact she's a professional athlete played into it too. Dancers are very strong and solid. While she's not built like a football player, muscle will help protect the spine. It probably was a contributing factor in her getting through the situation without more damage in addition to being lucky. Someone I used to know went to high school with a guy who was a football player and very muscular, including his neck. He dove into some water the was shallower that he thought and hit his head on the bottom. He started having headaches and went to the hospital a day or 2 later. After they did an X-ray they rushed back to the exam room with a backboard and a cervical collar because he'd broken his neck but all that muscle held it in place. Presumably it was a small break or crack, but it was still a miracle he didn't have worse damage.

I remember the episode where Christy Brinkley tripped and injured her wrist during rehearsal but instead of continuing on dancing, she sent in her daughter Sailor to dance and fill in for her instead.

It was a full-on broken wrist that happened a few days prior to the season. The production team had to scramble to find a replacement. The same thing happened when Master P filled in for his son Romeo during season 2.

Shawn's knee, Melissa's neck, Derek's neck, Mark's torn muscle (though it was a show dance, not competition)...

Melissa Rycroft had a nasty neck injury in the 15th season and yet she performed the following week, it should be up in the top 3 in my opinion.

Cristian de la Fuente didn't stop the dance, he kept going and completed all the choreography before he revealed what happened to his arm. Do you even WATCH the dances before you record commentaries? You didn't even show the Paso Doble that Jennifer Grey actually did in the Finale, you showed the one she did weeks earlier.
