Tek lights are usually banned on unofficial dino gate spam just gets cleared in 10 minutes by meks and I haven't seen anybody use a titan in over 2 years
for those that don’t realise, all this flashy shit on towers and added steps are pointless. you need these things: 2x2 or 3x3 base foundations a cage with turrets and bear traps on the roof teks and heavys vault dropped and double layered walls a generator placed on the floor with a foundation on it ground turrets a decent amount of spam, nothing crazy and optional, you could add bear traps and large bear traps around the outskirts of your tower to help keep them back, that’s pretty much it, you’re tower will go down if the tribe knows what they’re doing no matter what build you use i’d recommend having at least 3 foundation between the vaults and where you start your cage. and with your base don’t watch a video, if you want to know how most caves are built in just look at someones youtube series. muntage gaming is probably your best bet
the best base defense is not logging off. I'm a solo official player and I've found hiding, spreading out my bases across the map into sections at least allows me to not lose everything in one offline. if you get attacked on official, even if you beat them back, they will always come back after learning what makes your base strong. If your solo, expect to lose everything the second you log off. if your shit is spread out or you have multiple bases, you can at least recover quickly and get back to farming babies and raising bosses.
4:20 Sorry dont trust you. Anytime servers I play on see a base with 500 dino gates out from, they dont walk away, they fob up, wanting to know whats on the other side. You must be new to Ark.
