Running UGC (user-generated content) at the top of your funnel, stacking to build social proof, and increasing AOV (average order value) through bundling, cross-sells, and one-click upsells so you can outbid your competitors. I followed Grettas strategies when my wife and I launched our brand last year....We did 35k in our first month of business. We did run FB ads as well but only spent 1k on paid ads which generated half our sales. The rest was all on the pre-launch, building email list, influencer marketing. Gretta is a real on. She doesn't hide all her gems behind an expensive course. Thanks Gretta!

1- focus on organic social (content collaboration consistency). the top performing content. Collaborate with brands that have the same mission. 2- build an email list. 3- email your list once a week. 4- upsell your customers, bundles, cross sell, etc.. 5- macro influences (gift products and they'll promote it. 5k to 50k). Focus on those with high engagements. 6- content marketing. Thank you so much for creating this video. I have found so many aspects of social marketing very confusing which led to not taking action because it fell in the way too hard bucket. I loved this video because it gave me a way to take the skills I have learned over the years that have been fragmented and not of any particular use to me until I understood how to bring it all together. I work with big and medium size ecommerce. I would say most this ecommerce tips are basics right now but I think for someone who is rookie in their eCommerce Journey it could be good starting point. I think Gretta didn't mention recommendation at all when you have bigger inventory AI recommendations and search personalisation can generate additional 15% of revenue. The most important thing is a good research and stron idea what are you going to sell to your customers and how you are going to matin long lasting relationship with them. Paid ads are more expensive than ever so building brand, social community and engaging content is a key to success in today eCommerce world :)
