Rockstar, NOS, Lift Plus, V, wolf, Mother, pure, hemp, and deep importing from Turkey all those mixed into my stomach and now I have a very thin stomach lining and I gotta tell you 3 days in hospital totally worth the pain
In the UK, we now have a law/rule that states that anyone under 16 is not allowed to buy an energy drink. I only found this out a couple of weeks ago when I went to pay at a self serve checkout at the supermarket and it told me there were "restricted items" that I was trying to buy. The woman who was on duty to authorize restricted items told me that energy drinks now have the "Challenge 25" rule, but you have to be 16 to buy them.
honestly though, I drink at least 5 energy drinks per week and I have excellent health. the key is plenty of water and being active. also don't drink more than one can per day at the most.
N.O.S. ? Wow...... I have no words but I'm going to politely correct the narrator by saying that it's pronounced "Nahs". It's an abbreviated version of Nitrous Oxide.
Kelly Grabill n2o must be the chemical make up of it then. Duly noted, ma'am. I simply meant that it's how they pronounce it in the illegal street racing world instead of saying "Nitrous Oxide" all the time.
I drink Lo-Carb Monster which has 7g of sugar a can and it tastes a bit sweeter then the normal Monster. Just drink Lo-Carb Monster, its better for you.
They might have low sugar. But they are usually packed wiht metric shitones kf sodium, to much sodium is worse than to much sugar specially for cardiovascular health.
Sports drinks and energy drinks are virtually the same thing. Caffeine being the main difference. The experience is much the same. He made a good video. You are just deluded and want an excuse to continue taking shortcuts and stay with your addiction.
I was drinking energy drinks almost every days for years .Two three a day .One day I started getting chest pains and had a panic attack .It lasted over an hour .Haven't touch any for nearly three years now .Never again .
They are probably ok to drink if you only drink one energy drink a week, but the danger of drinking more than one per day is real and it should be avoided. Not only will your caffeine tolerance go up, but your liver and mental health are prone to deteriorate after excessive use. I've known people since high school who loved to drink energy drinks at school and now they have anxiety problems and a few even have liver problems. Your life is better off without energy drinks than with it.
It's like anything, take it in moderation and you'll be fine. True, it's not recommended to chug down 3 a day of these, but different people are able to balance themselves in different ways. I have 1 every other day and it's usually reserved if I need to stay awake for a WWE PPV late at night or I need an energy spike for the afternoon, and occasionally I feel a buzz, but more often than not it's just.....there.
I'm a Barber,I start my morning with a coconut red bull, then my 2nd at 12 ,then at 3pmand then 5pm ,no problems at all other than not being able to find that flavor everywhere, oh and is also used in a yetti cup so I'm drinking it all day lol.
There was a guy I worked with who drank 21 Red Bulls in a 24 hour period while we were deployed. Not shit happened to him and drank a bunch of them the next day too. Do t think I ever saw him drink water.
One day, I had two 24 oz. coffees and 3 monsters. I started panicking and worrying so hard, I almost called 911. I was home alone and thought I'd have a heart attack and no one would be able to call them for me. Anyways, they should call this (next 10 drinks I'll think I'll have tomorrow) haha
I been drinking monster since I was 5th grade (started with monster slurppies) I'm now 20 and nothing happened to me. Even in the 11th grade I would drink two cans in one day or drink from the canteen that has the cap on it and still nothing. Today at work I had one an a half of the canteen and all it did was boot up my energy (DO NOT RECOMMEND I just have a high caffeine tolerance) my point is that with monster it's safe to drink one can and to get any of these side affects you would A drink what you're not use to drinking or B drinking too much of it
The only ones I've even seen in stores are monster and rockstar because you know, the fact that they're common in USA doesn't make them common worldwide Edit: red bull is pretty global so cheers on that too
DarKKnightt07 that's a very fun life! Let's get old but don't have fun or don't experience any crazy things with friends until we are 90 and die, instead of just enjoying life (with a couple of limits) have fun, and become a couple years younger, sounds far better to me!
I've been drinking monster energy daily 5 tins a day 7 days a week and have not had any issues what so ever over the course of 5 years. Never a day with out a can
Accept Jesus! That has to be the dumbest lugic I have seen in a while. Everything has a natural origin and even things that are directly taken from the nature, like a lot of drugs and other poisonous substances might not be great for you.
I drink monster all the time 2-3 cans a day I’ve had no problem because of the fact I’m doing hiit workouts it depends on what you do when you consume these drinks
Some do ok without side effects in the short term. But in the long term it can shorten your life or lead to serious health issues. The same think can be said of smoking. When it first started out there weren't many health concerns. Now tons of information is out of how bad it is. You need to be better educated on this matter. Some people have a greater tolerance than others to certain drugs and bad substances. That doesn't mean in the long term you won't suffer for it though.
@Robert Kilger III - Why can't I? Are both addictive? YES - nicotine and caffeine. Are both supposed to be "COOL" things to consume/use - YES. Do both come with health warnings and have people died from overuse - YES. I worked with a guy who substituted Monster Energy Drinks for food and it was the main cause of his death at age 48. He was having seizures from the side effects/overconsumption. I speak from experience here but I know you'll ignore the warnings just like you will about sin in general. Good luck with that.
@Robert Kilger III - Lungs can get back to normal or better with proper exercise. There is other damage being done by energy drinks than meets the eye. You clearly don't have eyes to see or ears to hear. It's fine if you want to live in a fantasy land and make excuses for your addiction and shortening of your lifespan. Have at it. I'm warning you and you can ignore the warnings given for energy drinks if you like. Energy drinks are supposed to give you FAKE energy which shortcuts normal processes in your body. They are NOT supposed to be used with workouts. If you want proper energy in sports and training eat the foods that give you the natural energy you need. If you don't, you will suffer the consequences. I'm not here to be your mom or dad - who should be teaching you these things - but the advertisers and companies making these products don't care a bit about your health unless it has obvious IMMEDIATE side effects because then they can get sued. The long term/chronic side effects will get you. Just like so many professions that have workers dying or getting cancer after doing those jobs for 15-20 years. Mark my words. This will wear your body down in the long run. But hey it's no more risky than smoking or jumping out of an airplane with a parachute. The more you do it the greater your chances of dire consequences. If you like your lies then live with them AND the consequences. Good day sir. I said good day.
Oh cool... next do Top 10 fast food that are harmful Top 10 sodas that are harmful Top 10 social media that is harmful Top 10 drugs that are harmful Top 10 accidents that are harmful Top 10 tap water that is harmful. You see what I mean?
When you are in a room you are breathing vocs, (volatile organic compounds) that can increase your risk of cancer and make you feel light headed/nauseous.
well, consider everybodies different. Like that one girl who died from only drinking two monsters, though she had a caffine problem. I mean just some people are stupid
This guy was literally saying the same side effects you could say for every single energy drink. For monster it was “overload of carbohydrates” And for Red Bull it was “has 27g of sugar which can cause..” Those two things are literally the same thing.
Gatorade has an ingredient used for solubility as well called Ester Gum, it is essentially an animal fat so stay away from Gatorade and drink Powerade instead, as the ingredient isn't included there.
Just don't drink them too often, I'd say maximum 2-3 days a week. Stay away from the drinks with the highest caffeine amounts. Remember the max 400mg daily recommendation. Brush you're teeth well each day. Excercise. People often make energy drinks like monster and red bull sound much worse than they actually are. Just drink moderately, follow the things I listed, and you'll be completely fine.
10: Full Throttle 9: Gatorade 8: Rockstar Energy Drink 7: XS Energy Drink 6: Monster Energy 5: 5-Hour Energy 4: Cocaine (THE ENERGY DRINK) 3. NoS 2: Redbull 1: School. :)
When I wake up in the morning I mix my vodka with any energy drink I can find! The problem for me is I can find vodka anywhere, but a energy drink mixer is hard to come by....
I have a theory that some people get higher chances of getting nosebleeds from drinking Monster regularly. I drink Monster and I get nosebleeds more than others and I know of one other person that stopped drinking and they stopped getting nosebleeds.
