I’m pretty shocked Florina isn’t on her. She got shafted big time in FEH.

When Seth was added to heroes I spent a week uninstalling the game and reinstalling (so that I could get those free orbs) in order to get him! I gave up over 20 lvl30+ heroes so that I could have my favorite unit in all the fire emblem games! When I finally got him I was appalled by how generic they made him.

I remember when Seth revealed in his banner, I was super excited to finally get him. And then i looked at his skills. I mean....Ruby Sword? Really? Doesn't help Fortress Defense is his only useful skill.

Going into this, I'm expecting Titania, Takumi, Robin, and Jaffar

Henry was my favorite unit in Awakening and I was so excited when I pulled him in Heroes. I was so sad when I realized how much he sucks in Heroes. Look how they massacred my boy

I think the vendetta against cavalry is because of how monstrous Horse Emblem can be. The Emblem buffs and their massive range makes them a nightmare to deal with.

How about the artwork for Cordelia? Now that was a downgrade, such a turnoff.

No mention of Lloyd or Ursula... Yeah heroes turned what was once a very threatening non-playable boss into a literal joke. Lloyd's stats are too poorly distributed and his refined weapon hardly gives him any justice. Ursula is also outclassed by other blue mage cavs, especially with a middling 29 atk and 32 spd. It's kinda worse when you see bosses get really bad in heroes because you already know how much torment they gave you.

I like how the only footage he could find of Leo doubling was against a Cleric

Seliph was one of my earlier summoned sword units and my first unit from Genealogy. Despite his atrocious speed, I still use him when I need a non-armor tank. I was so happy when I finally summoned Sigurd. His father is a pretty good unit and is quickly becoming one of my favorite sword units, behind Ike.

I think the next top ten should be the best bench warmers.

For Leo, there is one word and he dissapears easy in heroes: Micaiah Micaiah: Omae wa mou shindeiru Leo: NANI?! Also i agree with this list and it hurts seeing Seth 1st, he is an awesome character. P.S. Catria and Hinoka are awesome.

Yeah, Seth got hit hard in Heroes, he's just bleh now, as are Titania and Mathilda. Titania especially got screwed hard with her new weapon, a 16 mt Emerald Axe is just disgusting, she deserved so much better I'm surprised Jaffar wasn't even an honorable mention though. I mean, I wouldn't exactly call him bad in Heroes, he has massive AOE damage potential and is a great mage fighter on player phase thanks to his weapon's refine, but he pales in comparison to his Blazing Sword counterpart, and even with comparisons aside he's still nothing particularly amazing in Heroes, requiring heavy team support to deal considerable damage and not die in one round of combat. But its not too big a deal really

Thankfully, Saber now has his Golden Dagger which is a MASSIVE upgrade. Turning him from “ehhhhhh” to “Never engage him when his special is ready.”

Surprisingly, I merged the two Canas from the tempest trials and he hits like a tank. He is probably one of my better units.

Yeah, this had to happen. I was prepared. But still, you have to be honest here and confess they are not anywhere near the prime they were in the original. I still like the list anyway, but this also goes for the chance to make good units out of the "bad" ones. 10. Gunter: Never used him unless its quests. He's only meant for foddering to cavalry for that Hone Cavalry I'm afraid. Too many units outmatch him. 9. Henry: The interesting thing is that Henry is actually meant to be superior to Tharja as a dark mage. Henry can straight up deflect Tharja's curses if he so wanted to. Tharja was cursed and couldn't do anything about it, but Henry just said words, and bam, Tharja was fixed, showing how superior he is to her. Interestingly enough, Henry somehow does get hexed more and can't do anything about it if he fathers Noire, as the supports are generically showing that Henry takes the curses for Noire, which makes no sense. 8. Saber: Yeah, Saber is only bulky, but never felt like a danger. There's a reason why being balanced is generally a bad thing in Heroes. You work better when you are more specialized. 7. Palla: Ah, one of the best units and Pegasus Knights, now only mostly useful for giving her Moonbow to someone else, though even that I feel isn't as much anymore since Glimmer is the more loved one now. Also, I haven't used Est to her full potential yet. Never felt a need, but I might need to check. 6. Leo: I never got Leo in the game, but I hear that he's pretty terrible, even with the new refine. And sadly, his summer version is not any better, argued to be just as bad. 5. Mathilda: Ugh, I was so sad there too. She was so strong in Echoes, but now she's just meh at best. So many other units can take her place without worry. I think the reason she weakened is that after marrying Clive and thus retiring to be a wife, she neglected her training. 4: Sully: Don't use her, but she was definitely annoying when I had to fight her for my sword units. But all I need her on my team is to give that Draw Back. Sorry, Sully. 3. Robin: UUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!! It was terrible. However, my friend and I went all out to make her a +10. And he's actually useful now and helps a LOT. The problem with Robin here is that he's balanced. He's too balanced, and thus he lacks the ability to excel at anything. Had he excelled more in attack or such, he could have been a user of Blarblade user. But Robin is very useful for me because I got him to +10. It was... tough, but worth it in my opinion. 2. Titania: Don't use her, but she seems like she's gonna do well when I face her, but she does get easy to handle when I use a red unit. Won't mention the dishonorable mentions, but they work. 1. Seth: Knew it. From how much praise he gets for Sacred Stones, I knew that for how he was terrible in Heroes and thus had to be in the #1 worst transition.

Once again you made a fantastic list Blazing Knight, it may not be much but I offer a sincere congratulations on your efforts in making the video. From looking at the video paladins may have received the short end of the stick but because of how flexible FE: Heroes is, any unit can fit a players personal preference with enough investment. I would also like to mention that a short while ago I got (regular) Leo, which made me happy but upon looking at his stats and IV’s my joy suddenly turned to regret. His IV’s were +Defense and -Attack, I am dead serious. Leo, I love you and the entire Nohrian Royal Family but good grief did you get shafted in the worst way possible.

Hey....im pretty sure in regards to Henry's variations his halloween form is top tier so hes actually on par with tharjas variations on that department but henry does only have one variation

Haha, can I just say that I really enjoy your sense of humor and confidence in stating your opinion, great script writing there xD I enjoyed the section on Robin, wifu magnet hahaha- so true. Then there's the irony when you have every version of Robin and yet none of them really feel nearly as powerful and enjoyable to use as the original Awakening Robin. (Well, ok M!Grima is pretty earth shattering if you get him with +Atk, which is why he's on my main team but still)

Both this video and the last one are quite fun examinations of the characters' performance in multiple incarnations, though I do feel that it's a bit sad to leave out the possibility of skill inheritance, since for some units, it can really help out a lot. Given just how bad some base kits are and how easy skill inheritance can be, at least for budget options, I think I definitely would have preferred to see that taken into account.

I didn't bench Henry because of his stats or whatever, it was because he was voiced by Bryce Papenbrook. I eventually did start using him though but that was after my first time beating Grima.

And now we wait for Blazing to see the FeH Channel to see the surprise in the summon pool. XD

For me Henry was bad and Odin was pretty good in their respective games XD 8:22 I can't say for Heroes but I found Est to be just as good if not better in the main games. 14:40 In both my regular and lunatic playthroughs of the game she died very early and was one of my only casualties. One of the things I think made Cavaliers not as good in heroes is horsemounted units have a lot of weaknesses. Sure they did in the main games but I feel its dialed up in heroes. Would love to see a video on best season units

I built up a 5* +10 Henry and I've won loads of arena defenses. He has close counter and Ignis, and Close Def 3 and Chill Defense 3. He's on a team with Def Tactic users and Rally Defense units (partnered with my Tank of a Frederick). Hopefully I'm not making ppl cry when they think of the feathers I've used 😂

My Titania died when she had a weapon and level advantage how do you mess that up?

I'd like to propose the hypothesis that most Cavalry units that are bad were added after Reinhardt (Dire Thunder version). This effect also somewhat counts to cavalry added after Brave Lyn and Sigurd, but some are still good after them.

Odins new tome is pretty badass BK! Idk if you seen it but he summons a flying big ass sword. I never 5 stared mine I just got one 5 star on a new weapons banner an said fuk it an leveled him an saw that attack was pretty sweet but he still winds up in the back of the bus.

Surprisingly, I have a robin that is extremely versatile in heroes, using vantage, quick Reposte, and defiant speed, and since he WILL take damage in some way, I'll be able to take advantage of it, not to mention my Cherche with Slaying Hammer being buffed to 57 attack from his tome refinement

Worth noting. Saber has gotten a considerable buff with his new weapon and refine, since the video was released. The Golden dagger. Which gives him a boost of +4 to all his stats in combat as long as his special is charged. With the help of shield pulse, and his weapon`s slaying effect, more then likely will.

I was a little surprised to hear that of Titania since my green weak starter paladin completely overpowered her in all stats. My build of her couldn't handle the end game enemies like the green squinting one.

4:20 The last time I played Conquest, Nyx ended up DREADFUL, and Odin ended up AMAZING. In fact, I was going to use Nyx that run, but I had to make a last second change of plans there. Odin in Fates actually doesn't turn out to be that bad, for me, at least.

I’m using a 99% Robin party in hero’s and for some reason beachside tactician Robin uses a lance but has better stats then my highest level unit who is also MRobin

Sad how shitty Titania an Seth turned out considering how strong they were in their respective games, yet Dancer units are strong af in Heros. My Ninian has held down a permenant dancer/attack her if you want to unit who gives an gets +5 to all stats after first attack, her an Inigo are plain out tough as nails, especially compared to certain unsung heros.

So, are we gonna get a top 10 most accurate representations of units in Heroes?

1:59 As an owner of a +10 5 stars Gunter, I screamed. Literally. And then I started laughing maniacally because of all the inside memes I made starring this old man in my group of friends.

A high Arena ranked player ran into an issue fighting a Mathilda, so she is niche but still good. As for Saber. I'm running a Saber and he isn't too bad. I swapped out Aegis with Pavise and gave him Close Def Seal. Basically he is unkillable by melee physical units at this point.

Also, for a list similar to this, I suggest top 10 PoR units who got a serious downgrade in Radiant Dawn thanks to mechanics, availability, etc.

my titania runs triple tactics (atk,def and res) and buffs my 2 other raorblade tome users to nuclear bomb carriers

I've been using Titania in the current Storm Trials and she's been doing pretty good work

I actually like Palla in feh and i think she is overlooked and i understand why - Caeda and Elincia are god damn great. But i still like her just as much and imo she is one of the best units to start with - moonbow, ruby sword, goad fliers and wings of mercy - this is one of the best 4* skill sets and all she needs to be fully build is fury and draw back. and unlike caeda she can be build in a many different ways. Safeguard, wo dao, slaying edge, and even firesweep are all options for her when Caeda better stick with wind sword for arena. And yeah NYCamilla and Elincia are both 5* locked and after using Caeda for a long time she's like a breath of fresh air. Btw her def stat is underrated af

To be fair 80-90% of units released at/close to launch were going to be power creeped (not to mention every gacha game needs a couple of crap units). I disagree on male Robin, he saved my ass during the Takumi meta and still finds use whenever I need a good colorless killer.

Henry was pretty much my main dark mage in Awakening (not that I didn't use Tharja but I honestly thought he was a better unit) so to see his horrible performance in Heroes makes me really sad. Hope he can get a personal weapon someday (it'll probably never happen bUT I CAN DREAM)

One of the things I find most fun in doing in FEH is making bad units or units that got so downgraded fit in to new roles, and making them shine where they usually can't. And with Seth being one of my current merge projects, I can safely say that I'm having a blast building him into being one of the best physical walls in the game. Even if it goes to the contrary of what he was good at in Sacred Stones. Now, when's that top 20 best FE units of all time list coming out?/s
