It's not a Bundesliga goal, but: 20 year old and Dortmund's own Lars Ricken scored an amazing goal with his first touch 16 seconds after coming on as a substitute in the 1997 UEFA Champions League final when Dortmund won the title. In my opinion that is the best Dortmund goal ever.

it's also not a Borussia Dortmund's Bundesliga goal, but goal of Stan Libuda in the CWC Final'66 was also amazing and Ricken's goal is fast a copie of that )

Andreas Möller is the only player in Borussia Dortmund History that have won every single trophy on the club(bundesliga,uefa champions league,DFB-Pokal,DFL-Supercup and Intercontinental Cup) he also played 230 games on the club,and scored 71 goals!he wasn't even a striker,he was a midfielder,and he did alot of assists,for example,he assisted lars ricken with an amazing pass for his wonder goal against juventus in the uefa champions league final! for me,Andreas Möller is the real legend of borussia dortmund!Borussia Dortmund and German fans must have alot of respect for him(he also won the world cup in 1990 with germany,and the European Championship with germany in 1996)

Exactly! Moller is the best German player btw 1989 and 1998. He was also an Uefa Cup winner with Juventus and title contender with Frankfurt and Schalke...Great player and absolute legend with his 28 goals for Germany as well...

Errm.. Is'nt Paul Lambert considered a Dortmund legend? Captained BVB to Champions league glory in '97... IMO, should definitely be on this list.

Actually, I'm pretty sure Sammer was the captain in the final in 1997. But Paul Lambert was still a huge part of why they won the Champions League that year.

I don´t know if he was a legend but the best goal by a Borussia Dortmund player was scored by Daniel Simmes against Bayer Leverkusen in the 1984/85 season. For me, the best solo goal in football history, better than Maradona´s or Messi´s goals. Check it out if you have never seen this goal.

Early and mid 90s Borussia Dortmund was like Gladbach had been in the 70s....maybe Gladbach little more succesful but Dortmund could win the Champions League....Gladbach could not win the ECL final...
