I'm going to be working on finishing leveling Boldtusk and possibly get Elana to where I can for now but my main goal is to work on Marjana now! I've always been kinda confused though. Do you need to level up the character first and then the costume version? And do you need to limit break both or do you get both limit broken for the price of one since it's technically one character? Just wondering. Thanks for you help! Can't wait to hear back and join Anchor cove!

I have Costume Harkmoon already Limit Broken. Am working on Marjana now (I have her Costume). A Hero cannot be higher level (I think that is the right way to put it) than their Costume

@@steveconrad1525 Yes, you must level up your regular hero or rather ascend your regular hero first before ascending the costume version. You can have them at different levels. Just not different ascension unless the regular is higher than the costume. So yes, you must max the regular hero before the costume version.

The original Gravemaker over costume as he does to nearby enemies as well as the target. That's 3/5 if on raids and quests (most quests are 3 enemies so that's all enemies hit with his special, that's stronger than the costume Gravemaker.). I'd deffo limit break Gravemaker original over costume. Does more damage and pretty much to everyone anyway. If was just to single target then the costume version would edge it but the fact nearby enemies get hit also makes him better than the costume version, plus you have to limit break the original first before u can limit the costume anyway, so it's kinda irrelevant!

I am so stoked. Ever since Octros came out, and I got him on my first Underwild pull, I've been short one ring to fully ascend him. I just got it today, and he is on his way to 80, and with the next red limit break quest, he will be my second LB 5*, following Melina.

I guess it's so rare to get any of those 5* A heroes when you've played the game for like 6 months. Possible, but rare and needs some major luck. Of course with money it can become easier. Great videos.

Thank you so much, very helpfull vid! Was I sleeping a bit though, because I didn't See Aodhan. He's a part of my raid team and he reeks havoc amongst te 5* like crazy. After he went off a few times he's superfast and heals himself al the time. His demons eat the enemy away and poof... you won... again!

For the 3* I did not see Kornel mentioned at all - with his Defense Down ability I would have expected him to a top pick as well, is there something I'm missing?

Ruby is the best raiding offence hero in game. It is just game changing experience, I can go red mono with her. I can also put her in any other color mono team and it would upgrade them immediately. My defense team can barely keep me around 2700 cup. But I don't have any problem destroy all the heavy meta team just because of her.

Great! 🔥 Im just think Emilio is voted too low compared to vanda and garnet. Emilio vf mana block ailments for 3 turns, a lot of fire dmg and potentially heal and he's very tanky and druid Claas make minions (Like overheal). Great overall :) cant wait for other colors 💪

Anchor probably forgot about Ferant, Kornel, and Skrekok when he made this video, since they're not yet listed on his hero grade spreadsheet. Use your own judgment in deciding whether to limit these 3* and 4* heroes, as well as any hero released after the date of the video.

I just now pulled Marjana costumed. I would have been chuffed getting her without costume, but it's like getting 2 heroes at once. For once, I don't feel like a chump for buying a few extra pulls. I will still give Elizabeth priority; she's 4/70 or so. She will probably get limit broken first. But Marjana sure elbowed her way to the front of the queue.

I limit broke my Elizabeth. She's an absolute beast at 85. It's pretty much a guaranteed win if she goes off twice with her fiends

@@albertkurtz1904 I just limit broke Sir Roostley and the 4* pig dude. I'm running Morel, Frigg, Zenobia, Roostley, and Killhare on my Defense, all limit broken except Zenobia. I have 29 5* at 3/70 and can't decide who to ascend. Hel, Musashi, Tyr, Onatel, Francois, Lady lake, Costume Magni, Gazelle, Khiona, Octrus, Lepus, Khagan + costume, Santa + costume, Rian, passerpaut, Devana, Richard, Heimdal, the wolf dude from Valhalla, Persons, Rumpelstiltskin, and many more. Who would you level out of all those heroes? I honestly want to ascend Hel, I know I have better heroes but I love the fact she hits 3 and they can't gain mana for 3 turns, that's pretty cool.

Hi Anchor, super useful. Ferant is getting great press. Thought he would be a limit break candidate. Is it a better to not break him so his defence stays low and then takes more damage and reflects harder? (My brain still struggling with this guy!)

I have Khagan fully leveled and fully ascended and I still using him in my defense team,with Sartana and Leonidas on both sides,Vivica(second costume) and Ptolemy.I like Khagan because he hit hard,gives mana regeneration for my other hitters and defence in the same time,so I really don't know why his rating is so low.Down side is that he is slow, of course there are better red 5 star heroes,but he is great for me!

I limit broke Krampus and I have BK, but I’m not sure how good it would be to do both. Then next in line would most likely be C Marjana. What do you think?

IMHO... BK is an attacking hero first and defence second. Krampus is much more defence than offence. BK + Wilbur/Aegir/etc (spirit link) will ratchet up the beserk to pull crazy damage out of hit-all heroes - Killhare on top of this can hit crazy hard. It depends how you use your BK and how much this matters to you, of course.

Everyone who does not own Baldur rates him C or B, everyone who does own him rates him at a solid A. On paper, he seems like a throw away hero, but once you start to use him, you realize he is actually really good. While your enemies still have a 5 member team he is only okay because his auto attack gets spread out so much, but the more enemies you take out, the more he will hit the same guys over and over. Also, will continue to do damage even on those turns where you can not match any usable colors; so, when it comes down to the late game when both teams may be down a few guys, Baldur pulls through for the win quite often.

Of course, Asterius is my overall best one ... now on Level 90 ==> 1056/1021/1865 w 360% damage to target + nearbys ... plus 3x 137 fire damage + defense 3x down: -16/-32/-48 and not to forget the initial buff of 6x +15% defense (+ 1% for each hit)! But generelly he seems to be pretty overlooked ... - not the worst thing for me, when it comes to ***SURPRIIIIISE!!!*** 🎉😅

I tried a limit broken octros tank that had over 1000 defense .. unfortunately I didn't get my blue tiles in time and well he murdered me lol... but yeah I agree ruby might be on the nerf list .. that or sg will just keep her as is to keep ppl spending... those new ninjas are gross power hungry animals 😅 am seeing alot of LB boldtusk with costume bonus on defense teams in high diamond and gotta admit he is actually super relevant and can take a beating and of course the fighter class is super annoying... pretty cool though that a 4* can easily compete with the A+ 5*s for defense spots

Love the video! Finally I have a few of these characters! I pulled Marjana costume & character last night and I think I might have accidentally used Janghir to lvl up someone. 🤭 Oh well...he's a hero I get often for some reason so dumb me uses him to lvl up red or something. Also have Elana, Alazar (no costume yet), Boldtusk AND Sudri which is nice! Still no A+ 5* characters but ill keep trying! I thought I Finally got one in Marjana. Close but no cigar.... @anchor I sent a msg with line Id about setting up payment for anchor cove on the video but haven't heard back. No rush man. Just wondering 🤔.

I deleted my old one that was on your anchor cove video because it was just paid up and asking what to do next and I just didn't see the "leave a comment with your line ID etc" so I deleted the old one and just posted a new one so there wasn't two and it immediately was deleted. PiB + QoH is a brutal twosome. But that twosome is going to perform better with a limit broken Queen than a limit broken Puss. I love Queen of Hearts in wars with equaliser, the taunt doesn't get wiped

I did LB Nadezhda, and I kind of regret it and here's why. I assumed magic heroes on defense would be similar to ninjas, in that usually ninja AI will hold their specials until full 3x charge unless they're low health. Nadezhda does no do that. She always ALWAYS sets off her 1x charge special and never gets to 2x. If she did, she would be brutal on defense. On the plus side, on offense, I use her all the time and she is tremendous.

I didnt realize that she always sets off on 1x charge, that has to be a bug. I’d probably submit that to SG because the ninjas change for sure.

I'd still think resurrection heroes want high priority for LB just for attack - you want them to be last standing so they're still around to bring the others back. Or at least, that was my justification for breaking momma north first pick in greens.

I wouldn't sleep on Natalya. Can't tell you how many she's won for me by dealing a ton of damage, yes, but for how gd S L O W she makes her target's mana. Mother North? Non-factor. Prof? Slows her down. Ludwig on the board? Pretty sure he's not going off with Natalya on him with everything she does being undispellable.

Except you have to limit break him if you want to break the costume. And costume LB is cheap once you've done the main one so even if you don't use the costume form too often, it's probably still worth doing for those niche cases.
