HERE ME OUT!! I know this might be more work for the editors but can we get pictures to pop up of what y’all talking about in the discussions. I been wanting to say this for here’s the thing too. 🤞🏾🙏🏾
I was literally just thinking the same thing as they were talking about the logos, cause I don’t listen to hip hop like that and only recognized like two! So visuals would help!
Y'all were talking about Red Foxx and Aunt Esther roasting each other and I remember he told her she could use her face as a mold to make gorilla cookies and I damn near died from laughing! Y'all should do favorite roasting characters in sitcoms like Pam/Martin, Redd/Esther, Sophia/Dorothy, Will/Geoffrey, Max/Kyle, for example. Love the show!! Keep them coming!
@@matthewstanford1875 they must've been born in the mid 90's - early 2000's !!! They missed what WE KNOW !!! Let's just laff & giggle @ them while we give them the "Gas Face" !!!
The Wayans Bros Shows intro song puts it in the top automatically 😂 "🎶we're brothers, we're happy and we're singing and we're colored. Give me high five.🎶 😂 John Witherspoon was hilarious.
i love your top 10's. i'm gonna make a playlist of 'em, specifically for december. whether it's during my christmas vacation or one of those snowy weekends, i can just chill in my recliner, gaze out onto the courtyard and turn on the playlist. there's comfort food, and this is gonna be a comfort playlist.
Thats what I'm saying, cuz they went left real quick. They started saying it was record labels but switched to artist/group logos, cuz the W wasn't a label.
I think y’all unlocked a memory of my childhood. I had a crush on Da Brat too!😂 I would listen to Funkdafied on my shockproof Walkman 😂😂 my mind was blown with What’chu Like video. Damn. That was so long ago!
Yall said it. Which logo sold merch AND/OR had their own store!! And or atleast had a flag. Wu, RocAFella, Public Enemy, No Limit, Jeezy Snow Man, Ruff Ryders. These are all Top 10 Hip-Hop t-shirts.
Wu Tang is absolutely the most iconic, with Def Jam, Bad Boy, Death Row, & So So Def rounding out my top 5. You have to pick according to the vast majority of the population, both young and old, being able to easily recognize the logo as that particular associated brand.
Good topic. I believe you two brothers should have done top ten logos based off the ones they made gold/platinum and diamond Madalyn’s out of. Then your top ten could have been 1 Death Row, 2 No limit, 3 Hypnotized Minzs, 4 So So Def, 5 G Unit Spinner, 6 ROC a fella, 7 Bad Boys, 8 Ruff Ryders, 9 Swisser House, 10 Rawkus Records
This one is personal for me, but I grew up on The Click, so I gotta throw in the Sick Wid It Hog. The Dogg Pound, Kool G Rap, Duck Down and Def Squad logos are iconic too, and The Luniz one is hilarious! XD
