I skipped over the whole NES to PS2 era. I went from Atari 2600, to Commodore 64, to Amiga 500, to Windows 98. There are games I've since played via emulation, but when I think back to the "retro" games I loved, they're mostly from my C64 days. Like Elite, International Karate, Hacker, Lode Runner, Destroyer, Skyfox II, etc. Also, Lemmings, the Lotus Turbo trilogy, Jaguar XJ220, and others on the Amiga.
@@itsgreatgames i can tell that you're a passionate gamer and you express yourself and your love for retro games like a true artist. You have a ton of talent to make your channel grow like a mighty oak tree. Keep up the great work 💪
The biggest mistake ever made for *Killer Instinct* was being released for the SNES instead of the N64; *Wolfenstein 3D, DooM, Pit•Fighter, NBA Jam* and *Mortal Kombat* all made that same mistake of being watered-down, hardware-limitized and censored on Nintendo's 16-bit console.
Played a lot of multiplayer on golden eye. Now I’ve played some multiplayer on rougue agent golden eye and I kinda want more. Final fight and turtles are fun, but when it comes to 2d beat em ups I say streets of rage 2 is the best I’ve played.
Turtles 4 is only on snes , turtles in time on arcade is different arcade is 4player and shorter, sega had hyper stone heist all three version are different
Calling Golden Eye "Zero Zero Seven" sounds weird, it's Double-O7! And Turtles in Time was never on Genesis, SNES got a true port of that arcade classic, but Genesis only got "the Hyperstone Heist" which felt like a cheap knockoff at best!🤦🏼♀️😅
You sound like you are reading from a script... have you ever played KI ?? The combo system is completely different to mortal kombat. It was inspired by an SNK fighting game character that Ken Lobb liked the look of in that the character looked like he had an opener, auto double and finisher. So much so he modeled KI after it. Also the SNES version is excellent and has a better more refined combo system than even the arcade! In addition the SNES has lots of blood in the fatalities. You sound similar to marvelous gamers... just reading from a script it seems and while some of your information is true and certainly more accurate than marvelous gamers there are aspects of your information which make home ports seem bad and just flat out wrong. To say Killer Instinct combos are like mortal kombat and snes restricts blood on finishers is just flat out wrong! The developers did a magnificent job porting KI to SNES, show them respect and give out correct information. They deserve it for all the hard work and effort.
Your Information on KI is wrong. Combo system is based on openers, auto doubles, linkers, more auto doubles and finishers. It's nothing like mortal kombat. Plus SNES fatalities have blood. Like I said your information on some aspects is just wrong. It's a shame.
@@itsgreatgames The ledge-grab mechanic is basically useless which makes it stupid but the way you use it in that boss fight is the META which makes it cool.
you are wrong! AI would never write a script like mine. It doesn't work and it has no personality. I do the research, I talk about my experience and my opinion about the game, I write my script, I do my editing. I just don't narrate. You have the right to belittle my work, but I recognize what I do and the work I put into producing the videos for the channel.
