So "sono" can only be used for things like when youre sorry only? Its not interchangeable to "ano"? Sorry new to the language hope you can see my question great vids man! :D

I am so sorry for replying to you super late... I hope I can still be of your help. You can use both "sono" and "ano" in almost the same way, but "sono" has more of the connotation that you are feeling uncomfortable or reluctant with what you are trying to say next.
