I actually ran a dedicated shanshan comp in the original game once. It was fun, and I actually enjoyed the extra challenge from its lower stats, made it the game more interesting when its so easy to sandbag and roll over all fights.

Its funny that Shanshan is on this list, i remember as a kid i soloed the original game with it, Spinax, and V-Raptor Then again, the team probably got carried by spinax and v-raptor
I actually have a dedicated Centro team for running through the Cranial isle battle royale, utilizes Berto w/silver arms, Berta w/silver body(can’t quite remember), and Centro w/miraculous. The opponents don’t have the greatest evasive maneuvers in this tournament, so the plus 30% from Berta helps to deal some big damage, while Centro really serves as a damage sponge due to him having a questionable 520 Lp stat. Berto has Law of the Jungle, which prioritizes allies with the higher LP stat to heal the user, so it will most likely target Centro to trigger parting blow, granting a guaranteed nuke to blow a serious hole into the opposing team. Might not work competitively due to the gimmickyness of the team, but enough tampering could improve it
Through my testing, Karmic aura has a 100% fail rate(applies to counter blow too) if an opposing vivosaur is KO’ d, so full chick teams are really luck based since not tanking a hit at the right time equals a loss
actually some skills are uncounterable, counter blow only applies to counterable skills as does auto counter, and most vivosaurs have at least 1 uncounterable skill in their arsenal
It’s a shame, I love Neo’s design from a visual standpoint but it really doesn’t have any cool stuff to match, the most it’s got is 50% silver excite (the most boring status effect imo lol); at least champions gives it a cooler team skill but like,, what’s the point of exciting the whole team?? Thalasso is actually on my main team! i like them :) edit: Actually, now that I think about it, Delta was on my main team in the first game. I remember specifically picking them over Dilopho, same as how I specifically picked Thalasso over Nycto.
I honestly think Delta is actually a very good *AZ* vivosaur, at least in the original game. When paired with Compso and Hoplo, you're able to fire off a pretty strong team skill every turn, while rendering the opposition's lead useless - until they swap, anyway. It's not *perfect,* but I think it's very cool.
Worry not! I mean, I love using Zongazonga as much as the next Fossil Fighter. It's only that his high FP Costs make him a little hard to use. But, at least he's not the least-best Vivosaur ever, and he still has some strengths, at least in my opinion. Like I said in the video, don't let me stop you from using "Double-Z"! :)
I have a nice zongazonga team. Have zongazonga and o-raptor fiend in the front and a ryden in the back. Zongazonga acts as an fp sponge while the others deal the damage and steal even more fp.
Zongazonga is so trash that I use to farm him with a t-rex Lord, squilk, spoteryex comp that would 2 shot him before he did anything. Also if for some reason things went wrong, with spoteryex I could just drop a 90% chance golden confusion in which he would absolutely kill his support. It was a joke of a boss fight.
Its ok to hate B tricera. We all know he got done dirty by the golden fossils Also arguably Zino is worse because it has a team attacking skill that doesn’t crit at all, while Centro has a non-damaging move which is objectively better because team atks dont crit Centro can find a niche attacking long-range and close-range slow vivosaurs, but zino’s close-range makes that difficult at best
Off the top of my head, the sauropods are disappointing Which REALLY sucks, because sauropods are my speciality. It's a shame that i cant have a full team of long neck bois without their fossil-dropping support effects doing nothing but bad
What was the music used in Shanshan's entry? I distinctly remember that game but can't pin down a name... It was like... a stylus based bullet hell sort of game, right?

Yeah, Tonzilla makes even [most of] the "Frontier" Vivosaur redesigns seem like "Van Gogh" paintings in comparison... or, at least Tonzilla makes the other vivosaurs look good, anyway.
Delta is definitely not perfect or fantastic but it’s still one of my favorites since I use it on my main team along side Ptera and Pelto in Fossil Fighters.
Currently using Shoni in Champions, It's a power house but I don't know what to pair it with, might try to use niche vivosaurs like Zino and possibly a few others that help it
Besides other Water Vivosaurs? May I suggest going to the "Fossil Fighters Wiki" and looking for the "List of Compatible Vivosaurs" page? Check out Shoni in groups 21 and 29 on that page, you might be surprised as to what other vivosaurs work with Shoni for its team skill! :)
I’d go for something with good FP pulse, Compso or Sopteryx have universal coverage bar like 1 or 2 groupings, so team skill + fantastic support is covered. Then either a long range attacker or close range, since you’d have 2 mid rangers. Seidon or Mapo can pair with the FP pulse to deliver some brutal hits, Toba can lead to confuse spam with its team skill, While Parapu is more balanced in that regard, while offering critical support offensively and defensively. Perhaps Earth support would be good due to elemental boost being the double edge sword that it is. Pelto or Lexo in that regard give more defensive options with the sleep, excite(?) and poison available. Pendem is very tanky despite the LP stat, and can be used to spread confusion+ full team damage
To be honest, Thalasso was also on my team throughout the story too. I'm glad Thalasso's working out for you too! :) And like I said, don't let Me stop you from using your favorite Vivosaurs! :)
Bruhh igno and dynal fell so far from grace. Igno lost like 30 defense and its fp cost was scaled so high and dynals lp was cut in half and his other stats tanked as well
No kidding! I mentioned that in my "Top 10 Most Wanted features for a future fossil fighters game" video, too! I certainly hope they get [moderately] rebuffed in a future game. :)
@@stephenbereznicki7506 I feel like Igno should have the same base stats as T rex but like 5-10 higher in every stat, but with higher fp cost and lower speed as for dynal, just give him his ff stats minus 150 lp

I like to use zino put a body fossil on him and his accuracy goes up to about 20% then add a decent suport acuracy vivosaur and boom ya got a hard hitter that can even do some damage on his owne plus it would be a cool color cause it's a wonderus fossil on him.
