I am highly educated, but I have to admit I cannot be a great leader than Paul Kagame. I think leadership largely depend on a character, something you schools don't teach.
Yes I teach leadership training and your character is the foundation upon which your leadership sits. Many of our leaders have been miseducated by the West.
It's true leadership is inborn sometimes but nurturing a leader involves sound education for that leader to stand the test of the times in this ever changing global world ! Would you prefer to have a President who the equivalent of an office attendant to preside over your country just coz he is naturally a leader ?!

Please note the military training sometimes do surpass the University Education. You’re doing a great job though. Some American presidents only finished high school.
Some of these African leaders that lack qualification do manage to govern better than those that are qualified (who are mostly corrupt). Paul Kegame of Rwanda is good example of this for he has managed to transform his country from one of the worst and darkest chapter in it's history (1994 genocide) to one of the most peaceful and fastest growing economy in the world.

Maada Bio has a Masters Degree from American University, Washington DC and an Honorary Doctorate degree that’s was given to him by his professor, David Francis who is now the Chief Minister of Sierra Leone.
It's not about the letters in front of their names but what is in their heads. Acquiring Western education does is not the same as intelligent, knowledge or being clever. Most of the richest people in the world either did not go to school at all or did not complete their education.
You show know that education is not only the formal system that has crippled the minds of many people probably like you. True education embraces the formal, informal and non-formal education. All the leaders that you have labelled the least educated are deep and vast both cognitively and experientially.
Creators of this video, I am not sure where you got the information on President Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone that you used in the creation of this video but he certainly doesn't belong in this category. Even as at the time you posted this video in 2019 President Bio was already a holder of Bachelor's and Master's degrees, having done so years before he became President. In fact, by the time he won the election and became President in 2018, President Bio was already nearing completion of his Doctoral degree. The most honorable and proper thing for you to do is to take down this video, do your research more thoroughly, edit the video accordingly, and then reupload it if you have to. Al Bashir after High school go to military college to study science of military studies that not difference for any student gurudate from university that not mean he don't have university degree as well he post graduate MA degree in military field .. I differ with the criteria this video uses to evaluate successful leadership,that puts more emphasis on education. Education or study for degree simply means one has completed a perecribed lists of syllabus. Beyond that western education does not teach you problem solving means in a real world scenarios. In that case one can complete the same syllabuse without setting foot to csmpous,and attain the needed education. As a matter of fact some of the smart,riche and successful leaders in business world are college drop outs. 1-Bill Gates is a Harvard drop out. 2-Steve Jobs who is Apple Cofounder attended Reed College only 6 months. 3-Mark Zuckerberg of face book is another Harvard drop out, and he sits at $105 billion. 4-Ted Turner of CNN was kicked out of Brown University. 5-Henery Ford has but only 8 years of education, and built one of the leading automobile company. Formal education a side these inventers and successful interpreuners,must know something about practical leadership skills to succeed in their business,as they do. I tend to think quality leadership has to do with moral values of the individual, life experience, and good social skills.
Unfortunately university degree is just a piece of paper. Many have turned to buying such papers to a peace the likes of you. Not all education delivers knowledge.

Dictator Isayas Afeworki of Eritrea was exmatriculated from Addis Abeba University. However he lived for few semesters at campus with friends as he was worried to tell his family of his dismissal. Now he hates Uni and educated people. He never participated at graduation of Uni students. In contrary he celebrates graduation of military service.

The Profile of president Bio of Sierra Leone on this list is misleading. President Bio is Sierra Leone's current President Since April 2018. After handing over power to a civilian government in March 1996, the then young Bio went to the US for further education where he got Bachelor's and Masters's degrees before returning home in 2005 to enter politics. President Bio was a Ph.D. candidate in the UK before his election in April 2018. He should not be on this list.
Some of these can be while in office or honorary. In either case I think the list needs constant appraisal. It might be safe to say it is a list of educational attainment at the initial ascension to the highest office of their respective countries. At least this is a good narrative to compare educational levels and corresponding leadership and competence levels.
What do u mean by "being least educated?" Just because the least educated person did'nt climb formal academic ladders up to their high heights? (Doctorate, professorship etc?). I think that who can say that a President of a certain nation is least educated is himself/herself IGNORANT. It's ignorance to think that somebody who didn't acquire enough knowledge, which means somebody with least knowledge, is a leader of a Nation. This a result of colonial legacy system of education which is still producing the so called educated persons but with poor mindset (the authors of this type of information). For instance, the information about the President of Sierra Leone is true but majorly incomplete.
