I have noticed in almost all the comments here and in other videos that people wave off sub 30 levels as that's just a few hours of work. What everyone of these commentators seems to forget is that true new players do not know what to do, or how or why. YOU might be able to get to level 30 in a couple hours, but a true new player without input from anyone might take a few weeks before they learn the ropes and get into the swing of things, potentially giving up because they can't seem to get anywhere. A video that targets these new players and guide them through level 3 to level 30 or 40 would be very helpful and YES allow those players to finish training to 30 or 40 within a day or few (depending on online time).

@@scotmcpherson The "true new players" who are fresh off tutorial island and get stuck in f2p-- sure, but it's nearly 2019. If you can get access to p2p, then surely you can use Google or RU-vid to find a good startup guide or two. There are so many readily available resources now that any new person who actually wants to get good at OSRS(or any game) can do so. The new player excuse doesn't really work, it's just self-admission of being a lazy bastard. I haven't been a noob in years and I've played quite a few new games.
@@mitchellwilliam95 that's wishful thinking. Most new members don't look up guides on things, that's something more experienced players do because they have the forethought to do it.
@@jaggerlewis5683 Because of how combat levels work along with how skill xp requirements scale. Getting to level 50 is only 100k xp per stat(which isn't that difficult), and levels you to 55ish(or 48ish if you are maging/ranging while still getting defense, because of how leveling works), which is plenty strong to handle green dragons assuming you're using a decent weapon(though I would also recommend protect prayers for that particular method). If you aren't at that point, simply pick an easier target on the list, you'll reach that point in strength extremely quickly. (For comparison, max level requires 13m xp in all melee combat stats including prayer.) I think this guide is more useful for returning players/alt accounts than brand new players anyways, to remind/inform them of methods they never used before.
@@user-un8jx8yo7z There are some good choices, obviously cows/cowhides for the very newest players, Unicorns both light and dark, and Chaos Druids....Those are some good choices for the lowest levels to make some money in the very early game.
@@scotmcpherson you dont really need to be making money at that low of a level considering everything available to use is dirt cheap or is given freely. And you can easily get to lvl 30+ by just doing one quest.

Blue dragons are love and life. If your other methods fit my money making/skilling preferences I would worship you. Admittedly, im a little salty this video made the blue dragons more crowded than they were. I can’t blame you for reporting a wicked method though. I’ll be watching for a method that makes up for the world hopping I have to do now!

You also dont need a shield to fight blue drags you could easily safe spot them with range and can always pray protect from magic if you're worried about being aggro'd while collecting the dragon bones/etc loot
I think the gap what experienced players and new players define as low level may really hurt the future of osrs and rs3 in the long term. If I did not play Runescape before I would probably never have started, since it is full of players who make fun of new players while they should celebrate them. In my opinion, too many experienced players hate on new players. Okay cool dude, you put in shitloads of hours into grinding and think new players do not get it yet. Fun fact: you also didn't when you started out as a kid 10 years ago. Also content creators are missing the gap and this video proves it. I put a lot of time in a new osrs account for one month and I can barely fight these monsters yet, but you call them low level. It is just weird and new players feel it and move on.
you can kill chaos druids, and i understand how you feel, since i am a new player, ive only been playing for a month as well, and i cant make money like the high level bossing accounts that have been playing for years. tell me your combat stats and i can recommend some monsters for you that i have killed as well. :) i was f2p and chopped yew logs until i could afford a bond and now i play to maintain my bond while also leveling, skilling, questing, and buying new pieces of gear
You should do one that's actually low level and not mid level. Tell the newbs about the majesty of training melee on men and women and getting 100k in ranarr drops in an hour
But on p2p they have a niiice drop table. Which includes ranarr seeds (40k-45k) and snapdragon seeds (45k-50k) Plus decent runes. They are pretty good for loots and afk for low to mid lvl i reckon
how do you get these little information things that come up when stuff drop and how much the monster has health at the top? is it some sort of client plugin, how do i get it
My stats: 30 Attack 22 Strength 28 Defence 20 Range 55 Magic 34 Herblore 55 Crafting 31 Fletching 19 Hunter 40 Fishing 9 slayer The rest is lvl 1 I have 500K only can I do money with these stats ? I dont really know a good way to do money, Flip with 500k is so bad, zamorack vine is so sad to get, and I was doing Ultracompost but everytime the Supercompost end in GE so I dont really know how to do, I have only more 3 days with member and did only 500k sad as fck

For f2p you want, in this order for lvl, hill giants, moss giants, ogresses. After a couple days at the ogresses at corsair cove, you should have enough for a bond

Hill Giants, Moss Giants, Ogresses. You can start killing hill giants at a pretty low combat (around 30-40), make sure to bring food and wear the best chainbody you can wear. Drops include big bones, law, cosmic and nature runes and limpwurt roots. They also drop the giant key which allows you to acces Obor, which is a boss monster that can drop various rune weapons and armor pieces, and the hill giant club which is about 150k. Moss giants are basically stronger versions of the hill giants. I'd recommend being around 50-60 combat, with at least 40 defence so you can wear a rune chainbody. They commonly drop nature and law runes, as well as big bones. They also have a few notable weapon/armour drops, such as the black sq shield and the mithril sword, and they have a fairly common drop of iron and steel arrows as well. Lastly they drop mossy keys, which can be used to access bryophyta, which is another boss monster. She commonly drops various rune armour pieces and weapons, as well as drops of 100 cosmic/chaos/death/nature/law runes. I'd recommend somewhat higher stats for ogresses, not sure what would be good as i've never trained on them myself, but i'd imagine around 50 in att/str/def to be okay. They have a crush attack, so again wear your rune chainbody. Drops include rune med/full helm, rune battleaxe, common cosmic/nature/chaos/law/death rune drops as well as big bones. They also commonly drop uncut gems, which could be useful for training crafting quickly if you want to. Make sure to complete corsairs curse so you can use the bank in corsair cove, which significantly shortens the walk back to a bank. Draynor is the nearest bank otherwise. Yeah, it wasn't that low back in the day. But nowdays that people know what methods make training fast (such as having a fast weapon & training str and attack to at least 20 before even switching to def). It doesn't take much to get all your skills to 50
XDfunnyguy all of the good content is p2p tbh. If you just started bc of mobile you’ll probably end up quitting unless you pick up a membership. Back when we were younger f2p felt huge but it really isn’t. Best f2p monsters are probably moss giants and lesser demons, or f2p pking. Membership can pretty much be paid for just by playing if you train the right skills. For example, training smithing for blast furnace and then running steel bars or higher can pretty much net you a membership bond in a day if you play a lot or a few days if you play less frequently etc.
@@Meatcrob1 As if there's not a huge difference in a player that's level 10, one that's level 40 and one that's level 70. You people just call any level that's below you 'low' to stroke your ego. You have to grind forever to level up after a certain point but nothing changes much while there's a whole range of change between the levels 1 and 80. It's a dumb idea to add fucking lvl 100+ dragons to a video about LOW LEVEL MONSTERS that will mostly be watched by people who just start of playing RS.
Mason Bowman From my experience their drop tables are a lot worse than the ones in Edgeville dungeon. Admittedly, I may have had bad luck there. After 45 minutes and only one ranarr I didn’t want to mess with those Druids.
