Great list with a few surprises. I've given up trying to get my nose on all the Manceras but I really like several of them, and I've found some take a bit of familiarity to grow on you. I was disappointed with Lemon Line because the lemony opening didn't last for me, and I wasn't especially taken with the drydown. Tried to love Black Gold but I eventually conceded that it's slight powderiness just pushes one of my olfactory buttons and annoys me. Red Tobacco is really a personal favorite for me, and I have gotten nothing but compliments from it (and frequently from complete strangers passing in the street - you are right, it IS strong). Agree with your praise of Cedrat Boise, which first drew me to the house, but I have to say my current favs, in addition to Red Tobacco, would be Black Line (it's like rose crack), Pink Prestigium (a genuinely long-lasting grapefruit), Sand Aoud (feels very Middle Eastern to me), and Wind Wood (almost an old-fashioned wood-based scent). But I could as easily come up with 5 more.

I have a decant of Aoud Lemon Mint and I was intrigued by the smell. It has a "fake" mint vibe which could be the combination of lemon and oud. That's what stays with me for the rest of this fragrance. I would argue that this fragrance isn't all about fun. People may think it's fun because of initial lemon and mint vibe, but I don't think people feel playful when smelling Oud and wood mid note This frag is more of a relaxing Chinese/Japanese tea time scent.

Bro...have you tried Kumkat wood and wind wood? Really loved them! Also...great list love every one of your picks!

Excellent Top 10 list! I'm a huge fan of Mancera and own something like 30 bottles. I don't really have a Top 10 because I love so many...and a bunch that smell fantastic on the ladies (e.g., Wild Fruits, Aoud Blue Notes, Black Vanilla, Velvet Vanilla, and Pink Prestigium) but just don't click with my testosterone laden skin. Some of the one's that I really love (Black To Black, Red Tobacco, and Cedrat Boise are in my Top 5, for sure) are Kumkat Wood (layer this one with Lemon Line in the Summer and it makes a perfect office scent), Sand Aoud (sounds just like it's name), Aoud Cafe, and The Aoud are some of my favorites. P.S. I have been trying to put my mitts on Silver Intensitive Aoud, but I never seen it in stores nor has it been listed on the Mancera website - and I've been looking since 2014. So you know where I can put my mitts on a bottle?

Just tried Cedrat Boise a couple of days ago and yes it's such a beautiful scent. I found it lasts waaaay longer on clothes. By 4 or 5pm i still catch whiffs of it quite often while working. Will definitely buy a bottle soon!

Salam walekum joy. Can I ask what year your cedrat boise is from. It should say a number and letters like 17R43DL on 17R43DL bottom. Which means year 2017. I've heard it's been reformulated in 2017 and it's a lot weaker. Is yours a later one or earlier bottle. Please reply as it would help me buy a bottle or not. Can you imagine? I got one sample in a box with my other fragrances order. And there was one sample Mancera Boise Cedrat. I sprayed it and it was an instant winner. I have one Mancera bottle it is Black Intensive AOUD and that fragrance so long lasting.

the thing that i hate about cedrat boise is people around me do not like the sweet leather dry down.

This may be stupid question but have you seen any diference is longevity and projection of Mancera Cedrat Boise with batch code on the sticker on the bottom and the bottle with inprinted batchcode on bottom of the bottle? I heard that may indicates some kind of reformulation. Cheers !

Cedrat Boise is very very similar to Boss Orange (with vanilla), beautiful fragrance but IMO abit to heavy for summer... more autumn time.

Sicily is beastmode but little too feminine for me.. it's just the peach and Jasmine are a little too much imo

Rod he stated that he likes Roja Elysium a little better than Cedrat Boise.

02:42 120ml and not 125ml like you said. Also each and every Mancera fragrance is available both in 120ml , but also in 60ml bottles. To be honest most people don’t know there are smaller Mancera and Montale on the market.
