I don't know which surprises me more, the insane difference how Fahrenheit smelled on me yesterday as a nonsmoker compared to how I thought it originally smelled (it's definitely a different formulation), or the fact she had this reaction to my grandpa's cologne which I thought was really cheap and didn't actually like it. In fairness, the sample I smelled definitely was really different, but still don't understand why she thinks it's so good. It's definitely got this really rich smoky smell, just not for me I don't think. Definitely am keeping Lalique noir extreme in mind though. Sorry it's just funnier because now I realize Farhenheit's new formulation I see as being a much more businessy man's man type cologne and wouldn't have thought romantic (in fairness, I guess the old one was much much sweeter, unless smoking made my nose that broken)

There are so many great things I can say about this video! I Loved it! I Loved Ashley’s take on these fragrances and her overall conversation. I so agree that in my journey I have found my signature fragrances but we are extremely complex individuals so nothing may fit us 100%. Also, I wanted to add to her excellent point that our circumstances and atmospheres are also always changing. This also makes embracing a signature scent more challenging... Love Ashley’s preferences and especially her reasons why. Thank-you! I honestly believe that she would be a great RU-vid content publisher as well as perfumer. Ashley could provide a unique perspective from a professional in the field, that everyone could relate to. I feel like Ashley's explanation of why EN Extreme is her top one in this list is the best review of a fragrance I've ever heard on youtube. Ashley is just wonderful. SHE is a beautiful iris. Excellent review. I actually just picked up Dunhill Icon and Tom Ford’s Ombré Leather I’m super impressed with both. Icon is my current daily frag, perfect masculine clean scent 🧼 I just purchased Robert-Graham Valour... I’m super impressed with it! Another very clean fragrance, reminds me of a spring rain shower or an autumn hike. It’s perfect

So heartening to see and hear the way Ashley described Dior Fahrenheit Parfum. It is the Iconic Perfume I have ever ever smelled in my life and easily stands as my favourite fragrance. Yes but an honourable mention to YSL M7 wooohooo ! That was something. Gone are those days and not the scent but the memories of wearing it trails and lingers !!

Sebastian, I am so grateful to Ashley and you for introducing me to Gentleman Givenchy EDP. The House of Givenchy is not new to me since I was introduced to the original or near-original Givenchy Gentleman almost thirty years ago. I love gourmand scents and with the demise of LIDGE and Lolita Lempicka Au Masculine I had been in fragrance wilderness for the past two years. Until now that is. I first tried the Gentleman Givenchy EDP over a week ago and couldn't stop pressing my nose to my wrist all evening. The iris, patchouli and sweet notes do it for me. Fragrances go through their evolutionary formulations over time which do not always sit well but with my buttons pushed, little wonder that I have discovered my new signature scent. Additionally I feel privileged to have in my modest collection, three of Ashley's Top 5!! The two I'm missing are the Dior creations. Dior Homme is almost unseen these days and I have yet to sample Fahrenheit EDP. All my very best wishes.

Thank you for this video! I subscribed to your channel right away. Happy to hear that out of my top 5 I have now 3 are described as classic iconic or masterpiece. Eau Sauvage, Terre by Hermes and Prada L'Homme. My other 2 are Havana and Kenzo Boise. Looking for spicy, woody scents inspired by middle East. As you guys know so much about the fragrances would you recommend something like this - more on the dry or herbal side than sweet and warm?

You are such a great reviewer, so honest, so transparental, with nice calm voice that ive never found in other fragances channels. I begin my journey with fragances this year ( just designer) and y already smell over 30 fragances and i found most of them very generic and not groundbreaking, until i discover the dior homme line, personally dhi, thats different . Really enjoyed this one. My list would include some others, but several are definitely on mine too. Fragrance is such a subjective thing, and one of the things I love most about the hobb... She stated in closing exactly what I look for in a fragrance- complexity. So I now know it’s less likely I’ll find that complexity in a singular fragrance and rather it’s okay to have a huge collection to reflect my mood, evoke an emotion or bring a different part of my personality forward on any given day or moment. 😊 Really enjoyed this video. Best of luck to Ashley! She will be an amazingly brilliant perfumer!
