This segment was hilarious! I’m a huge MJ and Prince stan. Personally I think Prince would cook MJ in bball. But MJ would rock Prince in a sparring match 🥊
Michael Jackson doesn't do music videos. He does short films. That icon was a visionary that literally shifted the music industry because one way or the other you'll see Michael Jackson influence even if it's not intentional...Real talk or major real talk?
I remember Bad dropped when I was in college. Everyone was piled into the one person's dorm room that had a TV. When MJ sang "Your butt is mine," the whole room fell out laughing. One dude rolled off the bed onto the floor. We could not breathe! 😂😂😂💀
My personal fav MJ vid is, REMEMBER THE TIME. They ate that choreo tf up, licked the plate and left no crumbs. Plus Eddie n Iman. Just Black Excellence!!!!
This is how old I am! I remember when Thriller debuted on Friday night videos!! The host was Max Headroom! I was 5 or 6 and I was watching it with my brother and that video scared the hell outta me!! I was hiding behind my brother on the couch for the rest of that video! Damn, Tony triggered that memory for me!!😂😂😂
The fact that his music videos premiered on network television is top tier legendary status. He was the GOAT back in the 80's. My favorites are 1. Remember The Time 2.Smooth Criminal 3.The Way You Make Me Feel 4. Bad 5.. Scream 6. Rock My World 7. In The Closet 8. Leave Me Alone 9. Billie Jean 10. Beat It . I didn't choose Thriller because it gave me nightmares as a child and to this day I only watch during the day time..lol But it is a very creative video. This is making me want to watch all the videos and go back down memory lane. Michael's music was my entire childhood to young adult years. He could really do no wrong when it came to music. R.I.H. Michael Jackson. One of the best to every do it. 🕊💓
I know a lot of people don't like Blood on the Dance Floor like that but I think it's underrated and I love the music video. It was like a core memory for me when I was childhood. The dancing, the use of the color red, and the lighting was amazing to me.
We have now entered phase three of Kevin's liberation lol. Phase one was him realizing he could talk about sex in public and constantly making dirty jokes in the style of a 13 year old boy. Phase two was him drinking on camera. Phase three is him testing out cursing in public by saying "hell" every now and then 😂
@@Denise-ob8dk which is doubly hilarious because Cliff told Theo the only way a boy gets to wear an $80 shirt is if he's on stage singing with his 4 brothers. 🤣🤣
I thought I was the only one. Like Tony said I was cool with him being the werewolf but when he turned into the zombie, that look was terrifying. The stare alone at the chick was like he was staring through the tv screen too
When KevOnStage said Remember the time was a Bop my dad was like what he say I said to explain what a bop was cause he said he was gonna jump through the screen😂
I swear this is my happy place, these 2 just having a conversation together is the best. I constantly rewatch the zoom they did together just talking about movies
Fun Fact: My cousin is Ola Ray who played the main character energy role with Michael in Thriller. 😅 She's from St. Louis where my dads ppl are from. If you go to her social media she still has photos of the video up. #truestory 🤷🏾♀️
One of my favorite MJ music videos is Who Is It. I hate that nobody talks about it. I love because it’s literally like a movie. You could literally take that video and make a movie out of it. I love the story it told
1.smooth criminal 2. Remember the time 3. Scream 4. Beat it 5. Bad 6. Liberian girl (I know it doesn’t show him until the end but I like the star studdedness of it.) 7. Ghost 8. Billie Jean 9. Thriller 10. They don’t care about us or Black & White
I'm sitting in a coffee shop trying to do a little work and listen to yall and yall got me in here cracking up...I lost it at the girl is neither of yalls lmao....I can't with yall 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I could watch yall chit n chat grumpily for hrs 😂😂😂 and we definitely had to sing I believe I can fly in my 6th grade chorus 😂😂...and elementary school we sang "you gotta be bad ya gotta be bold..." #iykyk
This description is key!!! I legit be having deadlines, but while that's all good & well, best believe I have HTT, Bald & Beautiful, Gin&Juice, ISTOTI playing in the background!! Now I can add Bald Brothers😂😂
So first of all I am the person at work, in my office with my door closed and is HOOOOOLLERIN'!!! And of all places, in the ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
At least u have a door.😂 At any job I dared to watch any Kevonstage video, all I hsd was a desk! It was just me choking back laughter & tryin' not to get caught! I thought I saw the face of God several times! But do I continue to do this to myself? Yes. Yes I do.😂
My NYC folks know about that Video Music Box on Channel 31! My grandma used to dance every time Heavy D and the Boyz came on. 😂 Great afterschool memories!
"Speed Demon" was everything for me! The dance battle with the rabbit was top tier tech to me. Like, he's magic, not knows magic but IS magic. I see why my sister really believed he did that lean in "Smooth Criminal"😂
This was such an entertaining episode....you guys need to do a similar review for other artists Prince would be a good one. The only thing that could have made this better is if you guys had just kinda (as a side note) talked about about other tracks Michael sang on: Somebody's Watching Me, Eaten Alive..etc.
I didn’t even realize the hood in Thriller is so bad that Mike leaves the theater, spits a verse and passes a graveyard while walking. Why is there a grave yard that close to a movie theater? Lol
As far as "nobody looked tough" in Beat It, that's because it's a 1950's vibe. I've always felt it was inspired by the dancing gang fight in the original West Side Story.
I LOVEEEEE MICHEAL JACKSON 🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😘😘😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 They knew he needed rest , & yet they through dirt on his name to kill his spirit then worked him to death.. A guy who literally was healing the world with his music But true kings/queens don’t die .. we multiply ✌🏽 Shoutout to one of the biggest and baddest angels Andre Maurice Sanford 🕊️ The world will always know your name
“Don’t stop to you get enough “, “Rock with you” videos are my favorite! That album, “Off the Wall “ is so underrated! Every song hits! This was great! This two together are pure perfection! 🖤🖤🖤
