You should try - Clinique Happy for Men Edt. and you will change your chart :-) Your wife will eat you in the summer ! PS: I agree with 5 products from yours 10 :-)
Versace Eros is my most complimented of all time. I rocked it so hard in college, I felt like alot of people were sleeping on it for awhile. All of my friends had no clue what it was and the ladies LOVED IT. Everytime I smell it, it reminds me of college.
Long time Jeremy fan here, tbh I seen you videos in recommended but never cared to see your vids. I gave it a shot now I’m literally binging all your videos. You’ve got so much more substance and info in your videos man!
When Fahrenheit first came out it was magical. In Sweden, this fragrance was ruined by too men middle eastern men in their 20 and 30s wearing it in the 90s. It became a cheap Turk frag.
My most complimented is ... my entire collection , i compliment myself everyday on how good i smell. So i've given the most compliments to myself 😂 Burburry touch is probably my number one because i ran through 7 bottles in all my years in school 👌
that green bottle Curve got me a compliment at work from this girl i was honestly super attracted to. i’ll forever respect that juice even it costed a dang penny.
That was my go-to for the first two years of high school. I loved that one and Curve Crush. Switched to Azzaro Chrome and CK One for the last two years of high school and all of college. Cheap fragrances that work really well for younger people.
My most complimented fragrance is 5 spice bomb extreme 4 la nuit del homme 3 Aqua di gio profumo 2 chanel allure homme sport extreme 1 lil homme ultime
Suavage is the new ADG in terms of attention, compliments. I have noticed as Sauvage sits for over a year it changes its performance a little. I noticed as I had ridiculous compliments from it within the first year I owned my first bottle. At close to 2 years I definitely noticed the drop in compliments. Went and did a paper test on a new bottle at Sephora and then sprayed my bottle and yup there was a difference. Went out and purchased a new bottle even though there was 1/4 of the juice left. Never had that problem with ADG.. Maybe Dior planned it this way who knows. Going to grab myself a bottle of Versace Eau Fraiche next.
honestly, I've completely stopped watching Jeremy fragrance and I'm only watching you and Big Beard Business because I feel like Jeremy just repeats the same damn frags over and over again. It's boring.
Great list Ash! I started wearing fragrances while working at the local mall, like you. I worked in the jewelry and fragrance depts at JC Penney. We are talking way back in the 90’s here. My 3 most worn fragrances back then were ADG, Hugo, and Fahrenheit. Of the 3, ADG definitely got me the most compliments. When I wore it, I sold more bottles of that fragrance while working than all others that we sold there combined. Based on that alone, it’s obvious why ADG is the most popular men’s fragrance of all time. Everyone bought it!!
Im so glad The One EDT runs so high on your list because it's my favourite and signature scent. I do own the EDP as well but the original is just the better scent in my opinion.
rob paxson I never liked it at all but I tried over and over to make it work, 1 spray to 8 sprays, but I never got a single compliment with it, in fact negative feedback once. Idk why. Really similar to Sauvage Edp imo.
Daymon Rondino a lot of people compare this to Aventus, but I personally don’t think it does. I have Aventus and does not smell like it. With Cedrat Boise you get the bergamot and lime blast in the opening and ( to my nose) stays pretty much all the way. I don’t think you’d regret buying it. It’s a very nice fragrance, it was a blind buy for me and I don’t regret it.
I was exactly the same with Versace Eros. I didn’t see what the hype was about at first smell. But it’s grown on me a lot and is now for sure in my top ten in my collection!
Lucky no 6 was great when i was teenage early 20s. I bought a few backups. Gave my 16 year old nephew 2 bottles and he has been getting huge compliments.
Same same. Smelled Sauvage in a magazine sample. Raved to the wife. She liked it. Bought it for me. Had zero idea of all the “hate.” I just knew it smelled good.
I've been watching his videos every day for over a year and I just realized that I never subscribed to the channel. Funny thing is his videos always show up on my news feed and notifications. And a lot of channels that i actually subscribed to, their videos dont appear on my news feed/notifications
Back in my high school days 01-04 I rocked Acqua Di Gio, Adidas moves, polo sport and Candies for men. I still have a 3.4 oz of candies and a little travel spray 🤙
Pure Havane. If this stuff came in a decent bottle with a decent atomizer, it would be in every collection. Liked all of your choices and your honesty.
Everbody and their dog is wearing Sauvage, so if you want to be more unique the YSL is a much better smelling fragrance. The apple and sage are very strong and work well in both heat and cold. It's a great all around fragrance. My husband gets excellent performance out of it. Very powerful for a fresh fragrance and will easily last you all day and night with just a few sprays.
I literally said "Yeesss" out loud when you mentioned Lucky #6. That was a BEAST for me back in the day. I was a mechanic and I could put that on in the morning on a Friday and be getting compliments from bank tellers that afternoon. Was looking recently to add that back in my rotation and at $20 for the large bottle.....why tha heck not!
i make candles. good scent is crucial, and trending scents are crucial for me to know. this is a great video. i've found great inspiration in it. :) thank you!
I think Terre D’Hermés is my most complimented. But I’ve found a lot of complimented fragrances, including multiple on your list, contain ISO-E-Super. There’s something about that chemical that people can’t get enough of. And Terre D’Hermés contains a heap of it!
I had 2 flies following me around and buzzing around my face yesterday while i was walking around the backyard. That counts as compliments yeah? I was wearing ADG Profumo.
Man seeing Liz Claiborne Curve on this list took me back to middle school. 6-8th grade Axe was all the rage but I wore Curve instead. Girls were crazy for it.
I can count on my fingers the number of compliments I have ever received for the way I smell and it's exactly 3. 1. Curve (very first compliment back in 2008 at my daughter's school cafeteria that I cannot ever forget but sadly I never went back to it after I was done with the only bottle I had. May be I will get one again soon) 2. Herrera by Carolina Herrera (At my dentist office) 3. Armaf Craze Noir (By a close friend of mine) I have owned or own at least 6 of the top ten in your list and I have yet to receive any compliments for them, with Curve being the exception.
Bought my first Dior Sauvage and Chanel Allure Homme Sport Extreme and I feel like a new man. I still want to get the Versace Eros and Acqua Di Gio Profumo.
Awesome list! I wore Acqua di Gio for years (Probably longer than I should have! lol), and that got me a lot of compliments as well. That was the first fragrance that made me stop wearing Drakkar Noir! (Which I definitely wore longer than I should have! LMAO)
Can't stand Savage or Bleu De Chanel...but to each their own right? My favs are Invictus Aqua for warm weather and Azzaro Wanted by Night for cold weather.
Safe to wear fragrance?? Research has even shown that there are MORE chemicals in perfume and cologne than in cigarette smoke. Each puff of cigarette smoke has 250 chemicals while perfume and cologne can have up to 3000 different chemicals that make up a signature scent.
I've never seen anyone mention this cologne and unfortunately I bought it years ago and 2 months after dropped the bottle and lost the entire bottle of Givenchy Very Irresistable for men. Such an awsome cologne I regret not replacing it then because people want almost $200 for it now
I’m not lying when I say I wore curve for 5 years and got about a measly 2 compliments in that time frame. As soon as I started buying more colognes and switching it up a bit I now receive up to 3+ compliments a week. I haven’t got into any expensive colognes as of now, but this club de nuit intense man and Perry Ellis 360 red has been straight compliment heaven!!
A co-worker wore Aqua the other day and when he passed me, it brought me right back to the late 90's. There was a time you felt Aqua drunk because EVERYONE had it on around you. However you are right its dated but such a great scent.
Acqua Di Gio is a weird one in the respect that while I’m told it’s dated and too popular, in the UK it was never really that big. In the period you talk of (early to mid-2000s) the big fragrances here were Le Male (worn by pretty much everyone under 25 at the time), Joop Homme and L’eau D’issey by Issey Miyake.
Guys should i get a YSL La Nuit de L'Homme Le Parfum 100ml for 70$ or a Normal La Nuit de L'Homme in a 200ml bottle for 100 bucks? I need real advice quick. thanks!
