Up in the mountains in the Philippines where I’m originally from, there are big snakes (like anacondas) that can swallow little baby piglets but they may be rare now due to people encroaching in their habitats.

Probably I've been bitten by mosquitoes hundreds of Times. Luckily I never had Dengue. I've been bitten by a dog and I had an Anti Rabbies 6 Injection shots. I Didn't Die. I've bitten by a scorpion in our previous house, one night as I lay down on my bed, I felt a Sting like a hot injection Needle, I turn on light, it was an scorpion an inch in size. Snakes can be found anywhere especially nowadays they are having snakes as pets.There was one story also in a condo where the python escaped from his owners and quietly went to the ceiling of another unit. It stayed there for quite a while until those tenants noticed some sounds in the ceiling.

I almost got bit by a viper (dahong palay) while playing hide and seek when I was 8 or 9 yrs old. Almost picked up a venomous spider called brown recluse good thing my uncle was there. Saw my dog killed a Philippine cobra. When I was in collage I woke at the middle of the night and saw a 12ft long python under my study table. Hahaha! Provincial life is the best!
Finn found blue ringed octopus on one of his dives in Dauin, Negros. You can check it out on one of his recent vlogs. He was so happy when he found and filmed the critter but he stressed how venomous it is so better stay away from them.

Remember when I was on Malapascau Island with my ex Filipina girlfriend and picked up a centipede from the bathroom in our hotel, she went crazy in fear. I thought nothing of it and threw it outside only to be told it was poisonous 😬
There are more in the Philippine Government... All agencies are plagued. Not all if them of course, but they are just too many, and they have poisoned many Filipinos working in the government to do the same.
To be honest here in the philippines the least dangerous thing you could expect as a filipino is a spider, literal children here use them like legimate pokemon
