I love your channel! I'm absolutely terrified of flying, to the point that if I were to even sit in an airplane that hadn't left the ground, I'd be having a panic attack, so watching your videos (and other FA RU-vidr's videos), helps me live vicariously through you. If I didn't have such a crippling phobia, I'd love to be a flight attendant. Traveling all over the world - or at least the US - seems like a lot of fun. That said, I always find it amusing that so many flight attendant RU-vidrs work for airlines that don't allow them to verbally identify which airline they work for, yet in many of their videos, they're in uniform - a uniform that gives away, in some instances, what airline that is. I mean, you've had your lanyard on in many videos, and the name of the airline is right there. It seems silly that they won't let you say it, but they have no problem with you wearing it.

Hey :) i‘m currently preparing myself for a flight attendant interview here in Germany. There will be questions such as „what would you do if a passenger would complain about his neighbour smelling bad?“, „what would you do if an overweight person would sit at the emergency exit?“ and so on. What would you do? It would be really nice if you could help me, how can i handle these situations?

Hey! So let’s just say you gain seniority where you no longer have to rotate at your current base, if later on you want to transfer to another base where the seniority is much difficult to get, will your seniority change as well and you go back to rotating or will your current seniority carry over to the base you want to transfer to? I hope I explained this question where you can understand it 😩

I have been doing this for the past 4 or 5 years. I give the candy to the FA as I board - that way he/she has a convenient place to put it (galley) and it doesn’t interfere with the greeting process. I will write something on the bag (one pretty gift bag for each leg of my trip), such as “Thank you for keeping us safe!” If boarding isn’t rushed, I’ll also give him/her a verbal “thank you,” and tell him/her that I appreciate the job they do. If boarding is rushed, I just hand him/her the bag and say “This is for the crew.” Always with a BIG smile on my face❣️

Will the airline email you if they decide not to take you into the next step of the application process after the video interview?? I have done 4 video interview (3 mainline and 1 regional) and I haven't heard back from three of them. The other one wants a F2F interview. If they won't email you after they've decided to move over you, then what should my next step be? Email the recruiter to double check? Or just apply again?

Yes they will let you know. The interview process can take months to years though so the waiting is the hardest part truly!

Your base is the main airport you fly to destinations from. Hubs are the airports airlines have their main bases

Llama Drama so South west has a base in Denver so you can be based there! Think of it has your “home base”. That’s where you do all of your flights from! @katnesbitt help explain!!!!!!

K a t I like your personality I watch this video and the one where you were talking about call the pink it's a short flight if you call it red.
