ughh Im sooo fed up of that gospel woman screaming it on the top of her lungs every time I try to watch a youtube video. even with the sound at like 5 points its grating and worst thing is if you turn the sound off during commercials youtube starts the add over again.
Crystal Vision Center, we give you more! Crystal Vision Center, we give you more! Crystal Vision Center, we give you more! Crystal Vision Center, we give you more!
1-800-588-2300 EMPIRE...today. ...It's sad that I know that number, my mom's, and a fast-food restaurant. God forbid if my problem can't be solved with newly installed flooring (60% off!!!! - what a bargain!), ...sucking it up and calling my mom, or solving the problem with fried chicken...I'm screwed.
Yeah Kit Kat always had the jingle 'Give me a break, give me a break; break me off a piece of that Kit Kat bar". Now I never knew "Ho, ho, ho Green Giant" had a whole song written for it.....I thought that was it for the jingle. Alot of these are so famous that even today you still know them; even just quotes from commercials are popular like: "Sorry silly rabbit...Trix are for kids", "J-E-L-L-O", "They're magically delicious" and "I'm coo-coo for Coa-Coa Puffs".
The Simpsons "Mr. Plow" jingle is by far the best jingle that ever existed. And I know that I'm talking about an animated show, but still, it's the best...
Yeah it is also watching this video I am hearing jingles older than me that sound familiar. I am wondering if I had a previous life on Earth and remembered it in my soul. I'm a Christian by the way.
Coca Cola's jingle written by Jon Nettlesbey & Terry Coffey in the 1993 was much better than the '70s version hands down. Very energetic and so popular, it was revamped into 27 different commercials in order to appeal to specific audiences. Though I'm more of a Pepsi guy, Coke is one of my favorite soft drinks and this is hands down the best jingle... next to Mattress Giant's "Oooooh ahhhhh" and "Make it a 'Blockbuster' night" :)
You forgot Big Red, "so kiss a little longer, hold tight a little longer...longer with Big Red...that big red freshness goes right through it, your fresh breath goes on and on...why don't you chew it..so hold tight a little longer, take your time a little longer....your fresh breath goes on much longer....with Big Red!" And also, "get a little closer...don't be shy...get a little closer with Arrid Extra Dry..."
OOOOHHH my bologna has a first name it's O-S-C-A-R my bologna has a second name it's M-Y-A-E-R oh I love to eat it every day and if you ask me why i'll saaaaayy.....cause Oscar Mayer has a way with B-O-L-O-G-N-A
Fun Fact: Three of the jingles in this Top Ten (State Farm, Band Aids, Mc Donalds’ You Deserve...) were written by Barry Manilow before he became famous!
I wanted Meow Mix to be the first... But since McDonalds earned first, I'd say the "Fish McBites" jingle is the best. Now that's super catchy. If anyone can remember.
So 3 jingles by Barry Manilow on the list, State Farm, Band-Aid and the You deserve a break today McDonald's song..he was rather prolific with the jingles before his pop career took off. And, if I recall correctly, Coca Cola recently got all those young people back on that hill for an anniversary commercial.
Paying attention to jingles paid off one day. I was in the drive thru line at McD's and heard the worker state on the speaker to the next customer that she would have to ask what all came on Big Mac. I started singing the jingle. lol.
Declan Hearne Mentos has a full 3minute song lol. But the short jingle goes as... It doesn't matter what comes, fresh goes better in life With Mentos fresh and full of life! Nothing gets to you, stayin' fresh stayin' cool With mentos fresh and full of life! Fresh goes better! Mentos freshness! Fresh goes better with Mentos fresh and full of life! Mentos. The freshmaker.
BIG RED was pretty brilliant I thought. The chords and melody seemed to climb up the whole song ending with the brand's name at the end (and other parts in the jingle). Lyrics really tap into what all gums strive to do. "Give your breath long-lasting freshness... with Big Red"
Green Giant should have been #1. The character was created in 1928, actually (by the Leo Burnett Agency, btw). And the jingle was written in 1958, but that series of ads started airing on TV in 1960. So, 59 years and counting on TV, plus it inspired song parodies and countless references in comic monologues...the most legendary TV spokes-icon in history, and the most famous jingle.
Thanks for sharing! Nothing like these songs today. These were ANALOG recorded. BTW, the Oscar Meyer song was old 1920s song, "I'd Rather Have A Buddy Than A Sweetheart." So that was the ORIGINAL song.
The comedienne Ruby Wax's father worked for Oscar Meyer when she was a child, and on Room 101, she sang the jingle as she nominated it; children at her school kept singing it at her.
Not all the footage they use are HD quality so it would be pointless. Majority of these clips are from mid 90's or earlier, before HD filming and broadcasting was widely available, so forget about HD capturing.
ScoJenThe1st but their video game lists are in 480p as well. and the majority of them contain games that are all can be captured at least 720p, but still in 480
