I've held scrum meetings, open door policy to other staff if they want to ask me. Small workshops. Keep things simple etc or even websites they can look at. However I think I lack teaching quality aspect...

Hello Richard, there’s one major challenge I have when it comes to project management interviews: If let’s say they are looking for a PM that has handled a particular range of project size, let’s say $50M projects and above, but I have only managed say $5M and below. How do you think I can tackle this situation?

Project management is a skill set which work as art and has methodologies and framework. If you have used your skills and methods to lead 5m projects , those skills and experience if articulated with examples will work for 50m too

Some of this seems really great, but it is a bit goofy when you ask a question, provide an answer, and then pat yourself on the back for answering your own question with your own answer and say things like "that's a real top notch answer, really spot on, it is exactly how I would answer this." Not saying they aren't good answers, but the way you present them and then hype your own answers up comes across as quite narcissistic.
