I feel that a SRush approach can be very beneficial, but the danger is going too far too quick. Having a weak defence as a higher TH puts more pressure on the player to attack better and more consistent in war. A tough ask when in Srush farming is prioritized, and players are advised to spend as little time as possible at each TH. Whilst heroes are almost never up, which makes it tough to allow for learning to use them. I feel like players would benefit from pausing at certain TH's, play some catch-up defensively, whilst focusing also on improving attacking skills. TH7 (learn art of funnelling),;TH11 (learn To use sieges, smash attacks, Q charges against the main defensive threats in the game) and TH13 (all heroes unlocked, and all Super troops available), are great pause points to improve key attacking skills. The pauses need not be long. Having an extra 1-2 months actually getting to get good at using your prioritized offense (no farming armies, just war) will be hugely beneficial. Great way for experienced players with a second ( or 20th) account to learn a strategy or skill they never mastered. And switching foxus to defensive uphrades during that time ensure a good balance to your defences,; meaning not just the big defences.

Yep agreed. I like to recommend maxing for a players first time through. After that mostly personal preference.

@ClashTipsPod I had a second account that was around max th9 range and decided I'd try and strategic rush when the new builder apprentice came out because I can use those achievements like 3000 gems after getting to champ to put myself just slightly higher up than my main (semi-new th14 that maxes each th) and see if I actually manage to progress quicker using strategic rushing than I do buying the gold pass each month (and that's it) on the main

I do agree with you but the skill you gain in each th and the overall experience is better because you get to try every th and feel the differince between each one

I agree with every point you made about why it's faster and more efficient to strat rush. I've been rushing my alts for that same reason and have had great results that way. I do wish you spoke more about the downsides, especially for players who are on their first and main account and are in their infancy as far as learning attack strategies, pathing, tanking, etc. and hence have inadequate attacking skills for how high they end up on war maps. I've seen many such people get kicked or benched in previous clans and although I allow them heaps of time to skill up because we can clean up after them I know many leaders that won't. Nice vid as usual 🤙

But you are correct there are negatives to rushing which I plan to address in that video ❤️

Another 3 key benefits to SRushing: 1. Unlock Sneaky Goblins earlier, making farming much easier.also makes it easier to trophy push to get those Gem rewards to unlock 3rd, 4th and 5th builders. 2. Farming as a higher townhall awards more resourses. 3. Unlock all heroes and equipment earlier. The most vital component of majority of strategies.

how does farming as a higher townhall award more resources? i mean, after th12-13 let’s say. isn’t it the same after that or maybe even worse? aren’t there more dead th12-14 dead bases than th15-16?

@@MakZakk I have found it to be the same. There are dead ths at every level just more of them in say Crystal I to Masters III than Titans.

@@MakZakk also I think Chewie was referring to the daily bonus. It’s easier to stay in Titans 1 for example as a higher th than as a lower th.

Im th14 I have all my walls maxed th13 and most of the important defenses like inferno,eagle,tesla, Xbow are th14 and im thinking to rush to th15 but my hero’s are a little lost like my archer and barbarian are almost 70 and the warden almost 50 but the abilities are max should I rush to th15?

But my biggest problem with strategic rushing is how are you supposed to attack in clan wars or cwl when you're always upgrading your heros?

I typically take a break on upgrading during CWL and only have them down for regular war. It is annoying having to upgrade heroes but I’m not too far away from finishing on my strategic rushed base after 10 months 🙂

That’s weird. the last time you were able to sell buildings was years ago, not to mention the ability to upgrade the town hall without building everything was removed a while ago

I never regret rushed all my 16 accounts.. only 1 account max th16.. The other 15 accounts nearly max except a few more walls.. As nearly 12 years of playing this game i know what to do first and etc.. The fun started when you reached to th 7..

If you’re strategic rushing then that’s the best upgrade order. The only thing I would add to that is making sure you have your heroes down all the time. Now that ore is available for raid medals it’s a waste to have to spend those medals on hero potions when we can upgrade equipment instead.

The worst thing about srush is, it is very hard to find a high level clan which accepts you. Even if they don't kick me out, they will not allow me to participate in cwl or clan war( I'm a th8 and i started my account 5 days ago. But i have experience of a th13 maxed player)

You r absolutely r8.. My th14 account Shiny ore is full! I have 2000 glowy ore! The equipment I use,ase a f2p was also max..My clan leader told me not to rush th 15.. For this, I have only way to stay th 14 by Upgrading hog puppet..(I saved this Resources for Haste vial bcz My Royale gem is max) So,I used all my resource to Hog puppet.. now I retreating for that😭 Bcz,,,I already max Royale gem...I know Haste+Hog is best...In this situation, Maxing Royale gem is wasted💔 It will no use 💔 If anyone read my comment,if ur ore full plz jump into next th..Don't waste ore...

maxing royal gem is wasted? no, it will never wasted, at least you has more choices in the future. i love to have every equipments to max even i didn't use it. it never wasted. if your ores is full, then just upgrading those all Epic equipments. fireball + spikyball + gauntlet + frozen arrow, it might helpful on the future

I have been maxing my 11 accounts since I started. I am embarrassed for you when i see your bases . Just farm a little and you will upgrade everything, especially with all the events going on

I have a max 11, 12, 13, and 16 already. These strategic rushed bases are in addition to those.
