Great list Marion. I have the Design 94 and it’s a great razor. Loved it so much I bought the titanium version.

That’s an awesome list. I can say I’ve never tried a single one on it. The karve, and Henson razors have been on my radar, but the design 94 has not left my mind since I say you use it! Talk to you soon. Matt

I can send you some to try out if you like. I promised a friend he could try the design 94, but he said no rush. He has two others to review first. So if you use that one first a few times, then I can send to him in a couple weeks

Nice list Marion! I have a couple on your list. Ive been thinking about the Henson +++ aggressive but I have the TRC Aluminum razor. Do you think those are similar to each other? I dont like having a bunch of razors that offer the same shave. I saw someone comment about the RazoRock Game Changer 84, and I can say its a great razor as well as the Lupo 95. The GC is very smooth a comfortable for me. Have a good one! Steve

I haven't used the Henson +++ plate in so long, and don't have one anymore. But the TRC and almost any Henson are similar in shave. TRC is probably closer to +++ I need to try the Razorock DR options. I had an SLOC and their AC Blade razors

Interesting list. Your recent video inspired me to wipe the dust off my Schick Krona. I forgot how mild it is but what a great shave it gives. Do you own the Razorock Game Changer? The 0.84 is just about the perfect setup for me.

I like the Henson Medium and Mild. My Rockwell T2SS is in my top 10. Gotta get a Goodfellas razor. I think I want the bayonetta. Gotta get an ascension twist also. TRC also. Aviation 94 I know nothing about.

The Valynor would be up your ally on Blade feel if you like the Henson. Obviously I haven't tried the Bayonetta, and the Styletto has a bit more chatter/Blade flex than I cared for. TGS have a few others I haven't tried as well. Aviation94 is just excellent

I only own 4 razors. #1 Henson Ti-22 + #2 Rockwell T2 #3 Henson AL-13 + #4 Leaf Twig . I am probably going to spring for a REX Konsul as soon as I can convince the boss. I only use Personna Comfort Coat blades for the most part.

With those 2 Hensons and the TRC, I'd say you have a type! I like the Schick L1. It's a good head shaver, and I like that it was in a James Bond movie. Do you gravitate to lighter weight razors or is that just a coincidence?

Lol I guess I have a type. There are others I want to try with different head geometry. It is just going to take a while to purchase those. I tend to like titanium weight the best, but I do feel steel is heavier than I typically like. I'm not a fan of full plastic or bakelite razors, though.

If I don't use a cartridge, I use the Henson or TRC DE Safety Razor Aluminum

The only modern de razors I own is an Edwin Jagger the others are 50’s Gillette Super Speed , Aristocrat and a Fatboy ,there really hasn’t been enough improvement over the years to spend a lot of money on razors . Of course I spend way too much on soaps and creams.

They do make some nice stainless steel modern ones but the old razors do work fine, the modern r41 and the one adjustable with the large push on cap do work great on longer hair compared to some older ones that clog up with longer hair,best to have a variety of different razors depending on what hair length your dealing with and area your shaving
