He never told anybody, not because he hoped he was crazy or thought other people would assume he was, but because he's emotionless and just didn't think it was worth mentioning.
I DID find the headless horseman without knowing he was a thing. I practically screamed and looked over at my sister, who was with me, to make sure I wasn't going crazy. We were both thrilled and immediately googled him to see what we could learn about him.
Yeah. I'm not superstitious, but he crept up on me and scared me. T.T That's why I don't play horror games. Because even when I know they're not real, my brain's like; YOUR GONNA DIE HIDE, RUN *DO* _SOMETHING_.
Julia Marzia Same, for the most part, but I tend to involuntary make everything worse in my head. Sonic.exe anyone? I have an over active imagination when it comes to things that are "scary".
+ContraZombie4 I knew about him, but I didn't expect to randomly come across him on my way somewhere in the middle of a quest--but I did. And I'd only been playing the game for a couple weeks at the time.
I tried talking to him, and it caused him to get off his horse to walk up to me. eventually I finagled it to where I was able to interact with the horse before the ai went back to it
I found the headless horseman in Skyrim pretty early into my first playthrough while returning to Whiterun for a bounty. I honestly didn't know what to expect from the game so I just accepted it and followed him.
Fun fact about the headless horseman: he is theorized to be Ragnar the red as the path to the cemetery he takes follows the old song "ragnar the red" that you can get a bard to sing to you in most taverns and inns. "There once was a man named ragnar the red who came riding to whiterun through old rorikstead" This is the same path that the headless horseman takes before turning off to the graveyard nearest whiterun. However, if you need more proof, the tale also depicts Ragnar battling with a shieldmaiden called matilda who, and this is the important part "Cut off his head". If you need even more proof, then you are exactly like me and i admire your thirst for knowledge. Anyway, for more proof, go to whiterun and look at the bannered mare's sign near the front door. The horseman on the sign matches the description of the headless horseman perfectly (Aside from the horseman on the sign having his head firmly planted between his shoulders)
You know, I actually found the headless horseman. I was traveling from Whiterun to Solitude, and when I was halfway there, he appeared as if from nowhere. I was like "OMFG I FOUND HIM!"
This was my first pbg video I watched and it's honestly wild to come back and rewatch it all these years later. The nostalgia is crazy especially because this video actually holds up way better than you'd expect and it's pretty dang awesome.
I remember playing Skyrim for the first time, and it probably took a few months before I came across the headless horseman. But I was kinda enthralled by it, made me follow him for a good minute. Thanks for the classic videos, peebus
I have quite a few lore and magic mods for skyrim, and every so often, when I'm having trouble with a boss, the horseman will show up and help me out. it's suuuuper rad
I stumbled across the headless horseman outside Whiterun when i just started the game, i didn't know it was so rare to find him. Luck O' the Irish i guess.
Geez I remember watching this video the day it came out. I stayed home sick from school. And it still feels like yesterday, yet here we are almost 10 years later. Bizarre. Love the video! Always have!
Through out all the pokedex entries and anime it is said that Latios (or Latias, i can't remember) can speak and take form as a human. Plus it is said that it seeking the right trainer which explains the girl saying, "No, you're not the one."
Easter Eggs are always a treat, but even more so, I love these kinds of Easter Eggs because they hint at the world having more things going on as opposed to everything we actually see in the main story. Especially stuff that's a bit creepy
That freaked me out so much, I had go to online and make sure it was something that was programmed to happen and my life wasn't turning into a creepypasta.
***SPOILERS*** If you've played the game, you know who Dr. Earnhardt is. Toward the mid-end of the game, you find his house on fire and his dead body in the gazebo in said video above.
Among the many PBG videos I watched as a kid, this one was always one of my favorites. I didn't know many of the games on this list, but I liked video games and I liked ghosts, and it was a PBG vid, so it was good enough for me. :)
Whats funny about the life of pi joke is that the kid was teased because his full name (Pronounced "Pie Sing") was made fun of because it kinda sounded like pissing.
6:30, Wisp is finally back in the "Welcome Amiibo" update for New Leaf, where you can scan certain Amiibos to summon that character to the new Campground area. While Wisp takes their place (if they were already in town) with varying results. Or alternatively he can give you different items every day. But either way, he'll always give you 5 Meow Coupons to spend at the Campground on special items for your town. For more info, check out Chugga's brief LP on the Welcome Amiibo update. He's been going over pretty much everything that's included in the update, and as of today, October 31st 2017, the final episode of that LP will be going up later on this evening.
Ysed to watch this video so much as a kid and it still is one of my favourites of this platform, along with the alien video, these 2 being a decade ols though makes me feel old lmao
when i first got skyrim i walked up to the hunningbrew/honningbrew meadery i bumped into the headless horseman while chilling with a guard. i then paused the game and told my bother i found him and he thought i was joking, i showed him and we were both mind blown. the end.
I was listening to music, replying to comments, I look at my phone, back up at my screen, and this video is playing. Out of nowhere, wasn't recommended or anything, so I'm calling hax. I mean, maybe.
Maybe...just maybe you were possessed and you clicked on this vid because the ghost possessing you loves PBG and so that's why you don't remember clicking it o3o
When I go North-West of Whiterun, the headless horseman literally _always_ spawns for me and stops at the graveyard with the skeletons and the expert level chest...
I saw the Headless Horseman on my first play through of Skyrim, I had no idea what it was and nearly pooped myself. My friend then burst my bubble the next day when I told him about it. (He looks up everything up online before he actually plays games)
5:22-5:23 [A wild Creepy Ghost Boy appears!] [Go! Corporal Church!] [Corporal Church used Hyper Beam!] [It had no effect!] [The wild Creepy Ghost Boy fled!]
What about that ghost girl in Pokemon X and Y who comes out the elevator.I got pretty scared and checked online to seeing it was implemented into the game and my life wasn't turning into a Creepypasta.
He probably woulda put it on this list, if it wasn't a few months before X & Y were released. Although previous Pokemon games have had ghost Easter Eggs in them (like the Old Chateau in DPP) but maybe PBG didn't know about them.
When i watch this video 2-3 years ago i didn't understand the mgs theme that was playing in #2 thinking that was the mgs 1 theme and i didn't start playing mgs 1-4 until this year and my first game playing the old mgs was mgs1 and 2 and i didn't realize how awesome the mgs 2 theme was and rewatching this now i realized which theme is playing in #2.
That ghost looks a little bit like Tom. He has the empty black eyes, but not the hair. Everyone knows Tom has anime hair. "Holy Hot Pockets on a Pikachu! I'm dead!"😹👻
I saw the headless horseman in Skyrim twice! And I wasn't even trying! And since I didn't know that it was super hard to find until today, I feel dumb for not getting excited! :(
I randomly found the headless horseman on Skyrim long before I read about it online. I was like, Holy shit, where is this dude going? I followed him until he disappeared. I kept expecting him to talk or give you a quest or attack or something. Nope. He just vanishes once he makes his rounds.
Saw the horseman outside the cave coming out of the first temple (Golden Claw and all that) he was just heading towards white run, saved me spending ages finding him, annoyingly it prevented a potential stream, always try to get that out of the way since people have seen it a bazillion times Edit: looking back 11 months later I've got no clue what the last bit means, but yeah I was chuffed to bits to see the ghost especially after watching this video a long time prior to me actually being able to play skyrim properly (Had it on console before that but I could never get used to the controls)
