I had a sacred partnership. It was so beautiful!!! We knew everything about each other. We held each other during difficult times and we helped each other achieve dreams. We were best friends. I met my husband in 2006, within 1 week of meeting we were working together and within 2 weeks we were engaged. Everyone but us thought we were insane. We instantly knew that we were on a mission, although we didn't consciously realize it at the time. 16 years later and we have continued to grow and evolve as individuals, know each other more truly and deeply every day, we still work together, and we have beautiful children who've joined us on our mission. This video made me realize that I have encountered folks that preferred some level of power imbalance in the relationship. That’s why I decided to walk on my own path. My story is that i met this amazing man. We clicked from day one while living in different cities. We would spend 5 hours on the phone talking about everything and anything, deep conversations. This is by far the best description I’ve ever seen for real love. The problem comes in when people don’t think they are lovable as their real self or they don’t have insight into who they really are. You know what's crazy? I believe I found my sacred partner already; my best friend. And even though we aren't together now, I know that he's also my twin flame. 3 years ago, we met randomly in a NSFW setting, but soon started developing feelings (trauma bonding as well as a need to save each other) and eventually dated.
