Neckron (I like to think of him as "Death" Minion) 5. 6th Dimensional Being (Perpetua, World Forger, Over Monitor & Anti Monitor), Dr. Manhattan & TDK 6. 5th Dimensional Being (Those Imps) 7. Spectre (He can be as powerful as the Endless siblings or The Archangels but he's bound by too many restriction, the main problem would be that he need permision from the Presence)

Actually Supergirl and superman are not equal in strength, because of the codex that jor-el used on superman, it made him stronger than other kryptonians

Ok so all of them are immortal, Omnipotent, can create and destroy at will, gods and all have unlimited power/ infinite power but each one manages to top other

The anti monitor killed supergirl in issue 7 of the crisis on infinite earths comic book not the arrow-verse mini series.

They have characters that can destroy the whole world or universe but doesn't have a character powerful enough to reboot the world including life or recreate when the world is already gone... Even DC character like "the presence" can not bring back life or world...

And how DC Luzifer can be dead ? 🤣🤣🤣 You see,that is THE biggest problem when ,,you" create a character with powers and abilities beyond our imagination. Creating such a character is the easiest thing in the world. You pump him/her with everything you can think of. BUT then supporting that character with enough imagination and make him act logically using his powers NOT like a regular person is the very HARD part ! That is way a physical fight even between characters like Superman and Darkseid is hilarious and shows incredibly limited imagination.
