The argument saying that "oh Kang is weak because he got defeated by a bunch of ants" is extremely nonsensical. Remember that ants can lift 50 times their weight and those ants were human sized (but size does not really matter in the quantum realm), not to mention the fact that there were thousands of them at the battle. They had also developed a type 2-3 civilization through centuries of technological development.

I think the scarlet witch should be above thanos because she literally would’ve killed him in endgame if he didn’t rain fire. And she has the power to destroy infinity stones when she wasn’t the scarlet witch but now she has awakened her powers and probably can destroy all of em and she can alternate reality cross multiverses which make her a multiversal threat she has created life and can absorb power

Dormamu is above Thanos. Strange put up a good fight with 4 stone Thanos, so with all 5, Thanos would BEAT Strange. Not destroy, but he would for sure win. In Strange’s fight with Dormamu, all Strange could do was die, again and again and again. So given how Strange does against these 2, it’s clear Dormamu wins.

Scarlet Witch is the most powerful being in the MCU. She managed to destroy every Darkhold in the Multiverse without uttering a word. That's the only solid multiversal feat we have ever seen in the MCU so far. She has global level of telepathy as she placed a world wide amnesia surrounding Westview and turned it into a ghost town even unconsciously. Her Hex emits the same radiation of the Infinity Stones called CMBR and that's why she can manipulate the stones to her liking as she did with Vision , destroy them and even recreate them. She probably also erased Westview from every map and every record on history. Her powers are such that she even transformed Agatha , a centuries experienced witch , into Agnes with a touch of her finger. When she places a Hex she can even manipulate time something she can do pretty easily as we saw in Multiverse of Madness during the orchard scene. The fact that you placed her just above Captain Marvel while she already defeated a variant of herself while on a weaker vessel is utterly hilarious. Eternity is bound to the limits of this universe as he is the personification of it while Wanda affected the entire Multiverse by erasing the Darkhold. In What If even Kahhori was able to withstand the attacks of Strange Supreme with her shields , the same shields that were shattered by a few cannon shots. As for the episode 9 of season one , Strange Supreme didn't absorbed a galaxy busting attack , instead he used the Time Stone to revert the attack and consumed it while it was minuscule. And Infinity Ultron is only galaxy level at best. Everyone says that during his fight with the Watcher he was breaking universes apart while he was just travelling through them just like America Chavez and Doctor Strange in Multiverse of Madness. The Watcher doesn't have any great showings of power neither. In fact Wanda took the space altering attacks of America with zero effort while the Watcher was stunned by Ultron's. As for Surtur it is illogical to put him above Wanda while the only thing he had done is destroying a small planet. Dormammu isn't doing anything too. He was beaten by the Time Stone and Wanda has also probability altering abilities even without the need of a Hex. Captain Carter is getting obliterated by Wanda even with the stones. Wanda is more powerful than anyone with the Infinity Stones as she erased the Darkhold on a multiversal scale while the Infinity Stones are bound to the universe you are currently in. Odin is a fodder with zero feats. As for Loki and He Who Remains , Wanda is immuned to temporal manipulation as a Nexus Being and it was never implied that Loki can control the stories of everyone only supervise the Multiverse and assure its safety. Lastly , if Mantis is able to put Ego to sleep Wanda can literally turn his mind into her plaything and Arishem best feat is the creation of the first Sun. Wanda is the only solid multiversal character the MCU possesses. No one surpasses her.

Some of this is good stuff, that being said there are clearly some that just don’t belong where they are. Ego??? Thanos??? Maybe they should make the list but at this high??? NOPE Ego was defeated by the Guardians who don’t even rank on this list and Thanos need all kinds of help to win his fights. If we’re talking beings that can destroy everyone and everything with little to no help there’s no way Thanos rates this high, even with the stones. After all, Marvel and Thor both overpowered him with the stones and in the end he still lost.

I find it impossible to tell power levels from film (or show/cartoon) to film. The MCU also does this strange conflation of “galaxy” and “universe”. Like, are the Guardians of the Galaxy working in the Milky Way? They sure don’t seem limited to our one Galaxy. And I think I figured out where Capt Marvel was between her 90s movie and Endgame - she flew the Skrull ship … somewhere (and then right back? In Secret Invasion there were still a bunch of them on Earth) at lightspeed+. In any case, time dilation could explain why she showed back up 30 years later looking exactly the same. Although The Marvels seems to suggest she did all that stuff with the Kree and Hala in that time too. Time-y Wimey stuff.
