Claudia Gherardi I think the show you're talking about is Birds of Prey. That team existed out of Oracle (former Batgirl), Huntress and Black Canary and they were indeed good guys.
THE LEGION OF DOOM from "The Challenge of the Superfriends"...Lex Luthor, Brainiac, Black Manta, Giganta, Gorilla Grood, Solomon Grundy, Bizarro, Toyman, Scarecrow, Cheetah, The Riddler, Captain Cold and Sinestro...
The Rogues should have been #1, they're the perfect villain team, they have a moral code, and they're the only villain team in comics that actually care about each other, and don't kill each other/ separate after they lose.
I agree with most of it but when captain cold finds a way to give them super powers it ends up backfired and now snart is now trying to get away from the group so they won't kill him
TheAerielArticuno Pretty ironic that you complain about the fact they only had a honorable mention, yet managed to miswrite their names, Rouges (french for reds), instead of Rogues...
Elias Wewel The Rogues are a group of DC villains who are adversaries of the Flash. The villains are Captain Cold, Captain Boomerang, Heatwave, Mirror Master, Gold Glider, Pied Piper, the Top, Trickster, Abra Kadabra and Weather Wizard..
Eh, pretty good list but this is one of those cases when the criteria could have called for two separate lists: One list for super villain team-ups (3 or more) and another for super villain pair-ups Again, a fine list overall but I think there was some wasted potential :P
For once, Number 1 is absolutely right. The Sinister 6 unlike most of the team ups on this list usually actually try to do something against their foe and most of the time it's a different 6.
+hurricanebtvs He was hardly around for several years before Osborn's involvement. A year and a few months at most. He did have the Crime Syndicate going before Osborn contacted him for his Cabal though, yeah.
Back in the day, I always loved seeing Doctor Doom allied with Namor, the Sub-Mariner. The two were a force to be reckoned with, but Doom would invariably betray Namor at a crucial moment.
I guess the fact suicide squad didn't get 1st is that they are not completely villainous due to the fact they work for the government and some of the members aren't villans but anti-heroes
Harley Quinn & Joker don't count. She is technically his side kick. That's not a team up. That's like saying batman & robin are a team up. She wasn't a solo act who partnered with the joker. She was his protagé.
A team consists of more than 2 people normally. Robin is a partner or sidekick. However the bat family consisting of Nightwing, the current robin, batgirl, even Batcow counts. So in this case with villains Harley and joker aren't a team. Besides Harley is crazy for joker so. Joker is in control
***** aside from batman and xmen that is the 3rd best animated series or cartoon I ever watched. It has so many comic elements in it and good voice acting. I like the show way more than any movies made.
WAIT A FUCKING SECOND! The Cryme sindicate only got an honorable mention?? oh come on!, Also Suicide Squad should be number 1. Also: Darkseid and Thanos?????
Imagine if there was a Justice Leauge/X-men crossover. That would be cool! I think the plot would be like this: Magneto escapes from his mutant prison and hypnotizes the original five X-Men into serving him. After that, Magneto and his brotherhood escape to the DC universe, hoping to find a dimension that will except mutants. Their attack catches The Joker and Lex Luthor's attention, and the three baddies form an unstable alliance while the Justice Leauge and X-Men clash. Imagine that! Pitting two superhero teams teams against each other -the veterans overpowering the inexperienced rookies. Fortunately, Magneto's mind control is broken, and all 60 heroes band together to drive back the unholy allied forces. I think the fight would go like this: Superman and Cyclops vs Lex Luthor, Parasite, Metallo, Ultra-Humanite, and Magneto Batman, B'wana Beast, and Wolverine vs Joker, Firefly, Clayface, Bane, Copperhead, Sabertooth and Lady Deathstrike Wonder Woman, Dazzler, and Storm vs Cheetah, Giganta and Scarlett Witch Green Lanterns (Hal Jordan and John Stewart), Ice, and Iceman vs Sinestro, Star Sapphire, and Toad Martian Manhunter and Colossus vs Ma'alefa'ak, and Juggernaut Flash and Rouge vs Gorilla Grodd, Mirror Master, Shade, and Quicksilver Aquaman, Namor, and Havoc vs Ocean Master, Black Manta, and Mastermind Deadman, Fire, Nightcrawler, and Magma vs Solomon Grundy and Pyro Zatanna, Metamorpho, and Jean Grey vs Abnegazar, Felix Faust and Mystique Hawkman, Hawkgirl and Angel vs Hath-Set and Blob Green Arrow and Gambit vs Merlyn and Sinister Elongated Man and Morph vs Abnegazer and Ink Hawk, Dove, an Thunderbird vs Condor and Beak Vixen and Wolfsbane vs Aku Kwesi and Arcade Stargirl, S.T.R.I.P.E., and Shadowcat vs Blue Moon and Avalanche Shazam and Cannonball vs Black Adam and Domino Red Tornado and Banshee vs Silver Cyclone and Black Tom Cassidy Atom and Pixie vs Chronos and Tempest Dr. Fate and Psylocke vs Woton and Emma Frost Captain Atom and Boom Boom vs Major Force and Arclight Question, and Jubilee vs Alexander Polys and Multiple man Booster Gold and Bishop vs Jonar Jon Carter and Nimrod Wildcat, Black Canary, and Forge vs Atomic Skull and Riptide Young Justice and New Mutants vs Brotherhood army and Alfred, and Professor X watch the battle! In the end, the Justice Leauge bid the X-Men goodbye, promising to keep in touch between two worlds; meanwhile, Joker poisons Magneto, and he and Lex Luthor dispose of him and the rest of the fallen brotherhood, permanently.
Cheetah and Zoom briefly teamed up against Flash and Wonder Woman. It was glorious. Cheetah got speed and went after the Flash, while Zoom took on WW. Like I said, it was epic.
Venom and Carnage have been a team ONCE, in a limited series (when they fought another Symbiote). Other than that, they hate each others' guts. But I applaud you for making the Sinister Six number one.one the list.
I'd say the best team is Norman Osborn's Dark Avengers considering even though they've only appeared twice they've managed to pull off what none of these teams could, not just taking the heroes down but having the world thank them for it. and just the things they do is messed up, placing a bomb inside Luke Cage, beating Iron Man into a coma, nearly taking down the X-Men for good (if it hadn't been for Namor and Emma Frost turning on Norman) not to mention the second time they fight they manage to turn public opinion against the Avengers and then kidnap them while Luke Cage's Avengers are busy having their asses handed to them by Ragnarok.
Technically, as "reformed" villains, they weren't actually a Super Villain team. Even if it did start as a cover for villainy, it still technically counts as a "hero" team, too use a couple terms quite loosely there
1. Suicide Squad 2. Harley and Ivy 3. Gotham Sirens (Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Cat Woman) 4. Joker and Harley Can you tell Harley is my favorite villain lol???
The Secret Six of DC seem pretty awesome. I'd likely place them above a few of these, but I don't have complete knowledge either. The Secret Six were a group of villains originally formed to work against the rest of the villains. A Lex Luthor from another earth tried getting all the villains together. The Secret Six was formed by the real Lex Luthor (not a member though) to combat the imposter Lex. The Secret Six were all essentially blackmailed, but some actually just refused to join the other group out of stubbornness. Most of the Secret Six were lower tier villains and so it was humiliating to be refused by them. Lion Man is one villain they focus on as he was laughable before this. They send a telepath with mind control after him. Lion Man used to be a guy who roughly had the strength of a lion. It's then revealed that he has the ability to communicate with lions and he threatens the telepath with death to leave him alone. The end of the original Secret Six comes with most of the villains of the DC Universe attacking them. Many of the attackers die and many of the Secret Six die. At least Lion Man and Deadshot survive the fight. Just overall it was an epic confrontation. Lion Man and Deadshot go on to be anti-heroes for a bit. This group I believe later has Bane who later becomes an anti-hero as well. Much later this group ends up being composed of lesser known superheroes and Dick Grayson as Nightwing.
I requested this list and it's about they made a video. Happy to see the Injustice League made it on the list. Why are the Rogues and Crime Syndicate a honorable mention, both teams really pack a punch. When did Thanos and Darkseid ever work together
1. Sinister Six(Doc Ock, Electro, Rhino, Vulture, Sand Man, and Kraven), 2. The Joker and Harley Quinn, 3. The Suicide Squad(Deadshot, Harley, Boomerang, Katana, Killer Croc, and El Diablo), 4 The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants (Magneto, Mystique, Toad, Sabretooth, Pyro, Blob, and Avalanche) and 5. Juggernaut and Black Tom Cassidy
Characters that would have made my list: Jaqen H'ghar, Daario Naharis, Bronn, Barristan Selmy, and Quaithe the Shadowbinder. So many interesting side characters to choose from.
I liked the Sinestro Corps team up. It was basically 'lets take all the major event villains that could accidentally backhand the sun out of orbit and stick them on one team.'
Thev evil lanterns? U know. Fear, greed, and anger. This is an awesome team up. I am really disappointed this did not even make the honorable mentions. But the suicide squad defiantly makes up for it.
The actual insidious 6 from the Spider-Man animated series. Bearing in mind they were different before some noob bites my head off saying they're the same
+Shunsui Kyoraku +Lnobrien G Thanos and Darkseid happened during one of the time Marvel and DC have crossed paths. There have been a few times where the universes collided and in one of them, Thanos and Darkseid teamed up. I don't know which one as I have only read 1 cross over. But I'm sure someone here will know.
