After Heath Ledger’s great Joker performance, people have started to slowly forget what made Jack Nicolson’s Joker so great. He has some monologues in Batman that are amazing, when he confronts Boss Grissom, him on the news presenting Smylex and later telling Gotham he will dump $20 million on the crowd, and him in the art museum talking to Vicky about recording his work of art.

As I've said for years on these characters. Thanos was a nihilist. He was only focused on the ppl for his so-called, "universal balance". Talking about the natural resources being used upped, but he doesn't even replenishes them. Syndrome was a man child still wanting to fullfil his childhood dream. He said he didn't need any training in the begining. He would've gotten killed as a kid if the anwser was yes. Magneto by the movies, in 1st Class they made it that his way of mutant supremacy came from Sebastian Shaw.

so you missed the part about Magneto's monolouge in DoFP that makes it truly great: It is juxtaposed by future Magneto saying to future Charles "I'm sorry we wasted all those years fighting" Like it is a villain monolouge that is chilling and yet at the same time we are shown the villain regretting it at the same time- pure Cinema! You miss the whole point of why it is so great if you can't mention that much...

Owlman's speech to Batman from Crisis on Two Earths is so powerful, I was surprised to see that it wasn't on here. I guess it isn't the most well-known movie, to be fair.

The word "woke" in context such as 9:48 doesn't mean anything. I haven't seen the cartoon in question and I don't know the news about the backlash. I recognize the need to keep the point concise here, but I'm sure there's a less vague way to sum up the controversy. As worded, the problem is you're encouraging viewers to pick sides in a fog, not to think about what's right.
