Everyone pushing for Wednesday and Enid to be a couple reminds me of how everyone was wanting Xena and Gabrielle to be a couple back in the day. Lucy Lawless did finally confirm later stating, "They're freaking married, man!" Lol. So who knows? Either way, I'm cool with it. It's not like Wednesday is incapable of love and relationships. She's just more comfortable with other aspects of life.

I LOVE that there's a friendship just for the sake of being friends. Not because any of them want or need something from the other but simply because they each enhance the other and care. Relationships and friendships seem too transactional these days.

I need to mention one thing here, Hydes are literally slaves for their master Tyler needs a redemption, he doesn't deserve to be used as a tool for a psycho who worships ideology of normies rules. also what if at some point Tyler couldn't control his power anymore bc too many transformations and use of his powers? a personal theory: nightshade poisons might not work on weems, since she's also a outcast with powers.

Read somewhere Jenna is gonna be executive producer and she would love to make it more dark and remove the romance. Personally, I am glad they are going on this route, felt the romance is not needed (maybe in later seasons they can try). What I really want to see is Wednesday being more smart, more of the Addams family (esp Uncle Fester). I felt Weems was killed off too early she should be brought back, Xavier was under utilized so he came off annoying to me but has cool powers. Would love to see more of baddie Tyler but also with a redemption arc, if they really wanna pair Wednesday with someone, it should be him as he is her type. Also Goody's character seemed to have a dark side which has not been revealed would love to see that. My fav thing in the show was Enid and Wednesday friendship, so ofc more of these two as a team fighting the villains

I‘m extraordinarily relieved by the fact that Jenna said they cut out all the romance and put more focus on horror in season 2. The whole romantic arc seemed very out of character for Wednesday. The quintessence of her being is her anti-social behavior. The real struggle is trying to connect with people while remaining true to oneself. Actually forming a friendship with Enid is a huge step. It might be hard to fathom, but some people do not want a romantic relationship. Some people prefer solitude. Wednesday is clearly one of them. Therefore putting her in any kind of romantic scenario would suggest that people don’t usually want to stay alone. Rather disrespectful of her nature and extremely counterproductive in depicting her as a strong, independent individual. I most enjoyed her relationship with her family and the antagonistic battling with Weems. I‘d like to see more of that (and no, Weems can‘t be dead, because I need more Gwendoline!). Exploring her friendship with Enid while juggling her sleuthing and academics seems a much better premise than turning the show into another boring teen rom-com. But that just my opinion, man.

They are theories that Weem survived from being poisoned, shapeshifters are immune to toxins, or that’s at least what I heard

Tbh I don’t actually push for Wednesday and Enid to be a couple or anything But Enid’s happy mannerisms towards Wednesday are just so cute and adorable I think a scene where Enid gives Wednesday a little kiss on the cheek would be fun It would be a way for Enid to help Wednesday be prepared for getting a kiss from Xavier if he and Wednesday become a couple

Wednesday having a quincenera

While Wednesday and Enid don't need to get together romantically, I do love their strong platonic friendship. The scene where Enid finally snaps at Wednesday made me more emotional than any scene Wednesday had with Xavier or Tyler, her actual love interests.

Given that Tyler escaped police custody via brutally murdering the innocent JPD officers taking him to prison when he went into in his Hyde form in the S1 finale I think it's a safe bet we'll see him come back in some shape or form in S2. However one loose plot thread that needs to be addressed in S2 is "What happened to the Book of Shadows that was owned by Wednesday's ancestor Goody Addams?" as we never got clarification as to what happened to the mysterious book.

I would love to see of the original movie cast would join show. Christopher Lloyd as Grandpa Addams, I wish Anjelica Huston would be the new headmistress or grandmama .

I kind of would like to see the spirits of all of the victims of the previous season give a pick-me-up speech to everyone at Nevermore when they needed it the most. So I'm going to admit I'm saying this cuz I just want a Wednesday and Noble interaction that's not hostile.

Personally, I would prefer Wednesday to not have any romantic relationship! But just a very strong bond with various characters like Enid, Xavier, Eugene, Bianca, etc. But I think having a main character for such a popular show not having a love interest is not something I think they would do... Also, I really hope Gwendoline Christie isn't death because I absolutely loved her character!!

I would love it if if they brought in Lisa Loring, the 60s Wednesday, onto the show. And I think she should play Grandmama Addams, the only member of the family who hasn't appeared yet.

Crazy fact about This show: Some people don't understand why this show is 12+. They say that many other 12+ movies and series are 40× as scary as this. And that many violent scénes are not fully shown on screen. And also that the monster have some jumpscares, but looks cartoonly

I like Enid's and Wednesday's relationship. I don't care if it ends up platonic or romantic, as long as they don't force it and make it a slow burn. I don't want them making the same mistake as they did with Xavier and Tyler. Love this show either way and I can't wait to see what happens in season 2.

Thou I would love to c more of the outcast faceless, shapeshifters, and the possibility of those mentioned. In my opinion, flying harpies that take on human form would a good fit, the air to sirens water. With male ones too as this show presented the 1st time ever of male gorgons.

I love Wednesday and Enid's relationship, whether it stays platonic or turns romantic. And come on, they have way more chemistry with each other than with the boys. am i the only one that was caught off guard by the storyline that Weems had a crush on Gomez. If no one else remembers, Weems tells Mrs. Thornhill at the Rave'n dance when Thornhill asks if she remembers being filled with joy and excitement for the dance and Weems says that her crush actually chose Morticia Trump (Addams) over her, hinting that she liked Gomez back then. I'll be disappointed and surprised if they don't go anywhere with that storyline which is why i don't believe that Larissa Weems is actually dead👍

I saw the final episode of Wednesday and omg I wanted more.

I find the idea interesting how they turned a family friendly franchise into a murder mystery series. I find such ideas makes The Characters of the franchise more realistic and dimensional.

I hope Season 2 is as unpredictable as Season 1. This show is so good, I thought it was a kids show.

I watched Wednesday and i'm glad i did because i really enjoy the show. Also Bianca's eyes are so noticeable i had a hard time focusing on her.

Hm, interesting, while i would like to see any of these, regardless of what Season 2 will have, I am just happy to see more Wednesday and hope that Season 2 improves upon everything that Season 1 established. That being said, I do hope that Wednesday does not try to keep the things about her stalker to herself, at least not for long and do try to rely on her friends more.

Morticia mentioned distant relatives when she bid her daughter farewell at the school. To say the Addams family has a long history in the area would be an understatement. Wednesday is revealed to have an ancestor named Goody Addams, who lived in the original Jericho Pilgrim settlement in the early 1620s, with likely some native American ancestry, which means Wednesday's family lived in the Jericho Vermont area for at least 400 years. With some branches of the family, probably living in the New England area long before then. Farther more it was revealed the Wednesday's ancestor Goody was the founder of the Night shades, founding the organization as early as the late 1620s as a private militia to wage war against the Puritans who sought to exterminate Out casts, with the Addams family remaining active legacy members of the Night shades ever since it's founding. And that it was the Night shades the built Nevermore in the 1780s, opening the school in 1791. Meaning at least one member of the Addams family was likely among the founders of Nevermore and Gomez also revealed how the Addams family held a family tradition of sending their children to Nevermore likely since it opened in 1791. This degree of connection to the school likely compells more than a few of the Addams family to remain close to the area, it is possible as much as 90% or more of the overall Addams family live in the Jericho Vermont area, or at least somewhere in New England. With just Gomez and Morticia moving to New Jersey because of that murder case against them. What if now that they have been cleared Gomez and Morticia decided it is time to move back to New England? This could be a great opportunity to show Wednesday and her family settling into a new home in New England, maybe even a home in/around Jericho Vermont (Could they even buy the Gage family house?) All well introducing more members of the Addams family and their lives throughout the area, where they all live.

I’m confused by the whole visions thing because Morticia is an Addams by marriage. So her visions came from her father’s ancestor, not her mom’s. Seems like a major plot hole to me. But I love the show! 🖤

Actually I don't want to see Wenclair, cause Forgive me if I Sound rude, but LGBTQ+ Relationships in Fiction currently appears everywhere almost to point, instead of being Interesting and life changing, it became a Trope that suddenly every form of media use. I'm not against the LGBTQ+ People, cause you guys do you, I just don't want to see another Lesbian/Gay relationship in a show, while coming of age, It almost seem like a Cliché thing to do when you want to add that Trope in.Wednesday has been a great show so far so for them to add such a trope would probably satisfy Wenclair Shippers but probably not the Majority. If they really want to explore her Sexuality in the show, the Asexual spectrum exist.

Something I’d like to see (though extremely unlikely) is an appearance of the Normanmyers. Granted they would more than likely have to make some changes to their personalities as I don’t think people would get on board with an underwear obsessed parents and their cynical son.

Honestly, I would love to see series two take place closer to the Addams family home rather than see Wednesday go back to Nevermore Academy, but whatever series 2 may bring us, I just hope that Tim Burton is involved in a massive capacity.
