@@ledernierutopiste where in this clip is ser davos? yall are making me feel blind cause he’s not in there at all unless you’re talking about diff clip from the same event
he knew after the last season nobody would vote for it. this is not based on viewership, it was a fan vote. otherwise GoT would be number 1 and walking dead number 2.
Vince gilligan managed to write 2 of the most watched shows of all time using the same caracthers. That shows the quality and depth of them and the actors who played them
No, they didn’t forget. They just know it’s now a forgettable show that the fans and the actors hated the last few seasons of. Just goes to show a bad ending will make everyone, especially the people who were in it not want to talk about it.
@@florisbandt1455 Better Call Saul is on par with The Wire of my all time favourite TV shows. Matthew McConaughey being #1 actor and #2 is Bob Odenkirk. These two make it seem like they are not even acting.
@@beniburek you rewatched it? It broke my brain the first time! I was so glad I could watch all seasons in one go because I would habe been totally lost!
Wish more people watched all 4 seasons of Mr Robot. An indescribable masterpiece. Cinematography, acting, score, and an incredible story that does not reveal its full scope until the very last scene….to be rewatched over and over and over.
I will forever hate Lost, it took years off my life. I guessed the ending at like episode 3 she watched the whole thing week by week and then the reveal. I just said fuck you and when thought about sueing NBC
@@keihnungm2011 Coronation Street was seen by way more than any of the shows on the list except Eastenders. It had the benefit of existing in an era where there were only 3 channels and it was the number 1 show. At it's peak 27million people watched it, topped by Eastenders which had 30million viewers.
Wow I am so suprised Dark is on the list! Absolutely loved it, but since I am german I did not expect it to reach an international audience. That‘s awesome!
American here. I absolutely loved that show, too. Allow me to recommend an American hidden gem movie. It's an independent film called Lunar. Definitely a slow burn with a great story.
Dark is very underrated... The way director sums up all the 3 timeline story in just 30 episode is mind blowing... And you can't find any loopholes or some kind of questions which can't be answered if you watched it properly. I suggested so many friends of mine to watch it. And they loved it absolutely. And many of them didn't understand the whole thing. Dark is like a puzzle itself the more you solve it the more you love it..
I had found a few loopholes that left some people who made the same claims like you speechless, sadly I've forgotten it, it's been a while, but there definitely were loopholes if you watch carefully and think through all angles
Friends suggested me to watch . I watched first season.. Didn't like it. I forced myself and watched second season and didn't like it . The story telling was terrible i felt. May be the German story telling is like that i told myself. But the third season i was awestruck. It blew my mind. How everything which was tangled got untangled. Its a masterpiece.
Dark, breaking bad and better call Saul are my favorite shows. I just love how complex Dark is as a show. It rewards you for paying attention. No detail is insignificant and doesn’t hand hold you through the plot. Even after watching it 4 times there’s still new things to learn. I think because it’s in German many people haven’t given it a chance
@@curiousconsultant7922 no it never will. That first time the ending I just sat there for a few minutes. Just legit felt empty lol. Spent so much time with those characters and it was just over lol
@@waltbackaert8578 I'm not coming at you bro but objectively most of them are poorly rated. I'm not saying there arnt some good bits in the 40000 episodes of them, just that most people habit watch it.
Yes because it's not there. Dunno where they took that info from. different services show different rankings. IMDB shows Dark as top 90 ranking wise. All listed TW shows are great of course but the only thing i agree on is breaking bad being rank 1 according to multiple sources. Rest vary. There are a lot of tv shows that can be up there
@@jackolimb6145 lets ignore the whole world and just look at the USA to prove a point. 2 episodes of Peaky Blinders > Chernobyl one whole season, by viewership
@@ohiasdxfcghbljokasdjhnfvaw4ehr It is worldwide, just not that much in the US, where is was perceived as too difficult, the reason why most good shows get cancelled. Dark was insanely good and easily beat everything on the list by a mile, which is pretty easy since all other shows where very formulaic.
Agree, everyone sleeps on it. If it was an American show and Netflix had promoted it more Dark could have been as successful as Stranger things. Also the ending was awesome
@@GATOtygerBro don’t drag the series. just admit you don’t understand it. it’s complex but it’s certainly not messy if you have the brains to follow what’s happening
The way i was thinking about Dark upon reading the caption at the start of the video, and mentally preparing myself to promote it in the comments, not expecting it to appear in the list itself. What a great show😮💨
@@rvi-ogyeah it don’t understand how it didn’t make it sons of anarchy is one of the best it’s views never went down only went up so have no clue why SOA ain’t number 1
@@vindowmaker5819as a German how can you possible disagree? German productions are awful in comparison to American or British. Germany only does dramas and comedies quite well - not my type of humor mostly, but the people seem to love it. I say that as a German myself. Dark stands out of the crowd.
@@vindowmaker5819pretty sure it’s hard to list just 5 highly rated and well produced shows made in germany. You’re welcome to enlighten us but I think today’s European Film industry is quite weak comparatively.
@@chokamilk272It does have more than one season, mate. But the one where Matthew McConaughey acts in, the first one, is the best one, thus the most famous.
They are under contract by Netflix (it is even in the banner at the promotion at the back) while GoT is property of direct competitor HBO. They obviously know the show they worked 8 years for, but they probably have clauses in their contracts like not being allowed to advertise competition while at work. You also would not interview a Burger King Manager and expect him to start speaking about all the great burgers that McDonalds has to offer.
@@randomguy4989 John Bradley's first guess is The Sopranos, which is an HBO show. The Wire is also HBO. John also mentions Chernobyl, another HBO original. So, unless they're under contract by Netflix not to talk about D&D's past HBO show 'specifically'... I don't see your point at all. That would be an extremely strange thing to include in a contract. Not to mention Lost (ABC), Sons of Anarchy (FX), Walking Dead (AMC), Better Call Saul (AMC), Breaking Bad (AMC), The Office (NBC) aired on different networks. All these networks are competition for Netflix.
@@randomguy4989 Also, my original comment is a joke. The actors eventually guess GOT at the end and they bleep it out after the interviewer says 'fantasy, loads of fighting, etc.' And it IS funny that they forgot to guess it.
@@Char_Char1207But did your examples work for the shows you just mentioned? Did John Bradley work at Sopranos, at Chernobly, did some of the others work at Better Call Saul? Mentioning some other things is probably not an issue but sepaking about their own past contracts for the competition is probably what they are avoiding or may have been forbidden. It is contract conflict. I can always speak about some other random company. They are avoiding speaking about their own time under those contracts at the competitor from what I can see.
@@randomguy4989 No. They literally say GOT at the end and this video bleeps it out. The entire thing is meant to be funny. GOT also ended in 2019. It's not competition.
