@@elle6449 Oh, yeah! When Katherine found her family dead, or when Stefan gave her peace before she "died"/Traveled into Elena's body. Those were great scenes
Me to but I think Joseph Morgan does it a hundred times better his eyes are direct window into klaus soul. Kat does an amazing job of acting out Bonnie's emotions but Joseph is actually feeling those things at that particular moment Phoebe aswell x
But Phoebe and Joseph literally nailed their scenes.... Hayley saying "Fight back" was so powerful. And each emotional scene of klaus, so well done by Joseph😭👏
Every single one of these scenes is amazing, but Caroline crying out for her mother, literally hearing her say “mommy” breaks my heart and makes me sob like a toddler every single time.
The originals will always be my favourite because of all the heartfelt moments brought to life by the amazing actors that portrays the characters we love ❤️
Freya sacrificing Davina was one of the most powerful and saddest scene. The actress who played Davina really got into the character. I was really crying my eyes out for her.
NGL I was happy see Davina go, I see alot of people liked her character. But am I the only one who despised her? She was a character who only back stabbed and betrayed people
@@justthatcasualgamer1720 yes and she got backstabed too and let's not forget the long history of Mickelson's backstabbing!! They are the hottest hypocrites.
@@Venvaneless I haven't even watched the episode yet but from the beginning Davina has been one of my top characters and saw that she was sacrificed I was balling.
I am surprised that the scene when elena had mental breakdown and shut off humanity didn't make in the list here. That scene was so powerful and very emotional.
No I completely disagree with no. 1 , there are so many better scenes than that , Elijah getting his memories back could have been at no. 1 , or Klaus watching hope born or Hayley saying fight back to Klaus or Finn 's death
I swear that Elena and Stefan phone call with "A drop in the ocean" playing in the background still hits me harder than it should I love you Stefan. Hold on to that ♥️♥️
I completely agree. It’s probably one of my favourite scenes in all of TVD. The way Paul Wesley creates and shows so much emotion without saying 1 word is incredible! You see the despair, the hopelessness, the horror of all he’s having to witness & be apart of, the loneliness, and the grief all show in his facial expressions and body language. I still tear up when I see it. That scene made me realize what a truly gifted actor he is. It’s one thing to be sad or cry on camera, but to be able to express such a range of emotions without saying anything is just impressive. And playing “Drop in the Ocean” with it just made it all the better
That scene where Stefan is calling Elena but can’t talk is one of my all-time favourite scenes on TVD, if not my favourite. The way Paul Wesley shows so many emotions is just amazing. In that scene we see his hopelessness, his loneliness, his despair & grief, and also the horror of everything he’s witnessed and been forced to be apart of. Watching Paul express all of that in his facial expressions and body language without even saying 1 word, is just phenomenal. It makes me tear up every time. And Joseph Morgan….he is just on a completely different level than most. He is definitely underrated as an actor. He shows such emotion and passion in all of his scenes. He screams and he berates everyone around him, he lashes out and destroys everything, and does it all in a fit of rage that always has this undercurrent of loneliness and sadness. The way Joseph shows all of Klaus’ rage & narcissism & impulsivity, but how it all stems from this fear of abandonment and a wish to be loved and secure in that love….it’s just amazing. He can be lashing out, screaming, & in a complete frenzy of anger & rage, and yet still have tears in his eyes and this look of hopelessness & loneliness. They’re all just incredibly talented and it’s cool to have been able to watch their acting skills grow and watch them hone & perfect their skills with each passing season. Watching season 1 and then watching the final seasons, you really see an incredible growth in each of their talent & skills.
I love number six!! I feel so sorry for Kol!! Daniel Sharman sure knows how to play heartbroken characters that makes us feel for them!! First with Isaac Lahey and then with Kol Mikaelson!! Of course I love Nate too!! I will always know him as Kol!! “I don’t have anyone so…” - Isaac Lahey “I'm not the bad guy in this chapter of our family's story! I'm the wronged! I'm the dead, but never mourned. And whilst you got everything that you wanted, I got a family who didn't care if I lived or if I died!” - Kol Mikaelson
@@carriehubble2074 He’s a character from the show Teen Wolf. I myself haven’t seen much of it, so I haven’t met him. I do know that Daniel Sharman plays him.
@@waverider9920 I watched that twice but did not see the aforementioned scene of Elena mourning Damon in that list. Idk maybe it her acting skills in that scene speak to me b/c I know what that feels like irl and watching that felt seemed like she was an empath acting out my feelings. Nina nailed that shit.
@@lilpil2299 its been about 2&1/2 yrs since he died. I wouldnt s say I'm ok now,or yet but I have more good days than bad now. So I guess I'm getting better everyday. I'm a work in progress. And I appreciate your concern more than you could ever know. That may seem cliche or an overstatement, but I swear to you every word is truthful and heartfelt.
@@carriehubble2074 I’m so sorry for your loss. I know how to lose someone you love and I deeply empathise. I lost my first love ten years ago and to this day, when the anniversary of his death comes I feel like shit, it just never goes away, it stays with you forever. I hope you’re on your path to heal, seems like you do. I know it sounds corny, but I hope you find love again. I know I did. Contrary to what most people think, there could be more than one true love, and I truly hope you’ll find it one day again. Feel free to contact me if you need anyone to talk. Stay strong, you one beautiful soul ❤️ P.S. you called Elena an empath. I wanted to point out you also sound like one, which probably makes grieving more hard for you (which in general is hard enough in itself) than for most people.
*Nina Dobrev is one of the best actors ever.* In The Vampire Diaries she played human Elena, vampire Elena, humanity off vampire Elena, Elena pretending to be Katherine, Katherine, Katherine pretending to be Elena, human Katherine before she turned, human Katherine after she took the cure, Tatia, and Amara. ALL COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES, and she was able to switch roles so perfectly for each specific character. I remember the first time I saw Katherine I thought she was a different actor than Elena. She’s amazing.
Originals star cast is the best I've ever witnessed. Klaus Michaelson, the brilliant of all. Hayley excellent performance. There is no over acting or under playing, everyone nailed their scenes. I wish someone compelled me to forget that I ever watched this show, so that I can watch it all over again without knowing what happens in every episode by heart. Never thought a TV show could create such intensity. Hats off to the creators and the outstanding actors who brought out every emotion alive.
I got to say one of the best scenes from The Originals is missing and it’s from Daniel Gillies (Elijah Mikaelson). I broke when he said “ I let this person in….I let her in, I don’t let people in. You knew this. You have taken her from me…I needed her and you broken me.” 🥺🥺
Some scenes for part 3: Rose's death in 2x12, Rebekah learning the truth about her mother's death from Elena (3x09), Delena fighting over not working together as a couple but being unable to stop loving each other (5x16), Klayley fighting over trusting Jackson (2x12; the part that ends with "I do trust you Hayley" because they switch back from angry to quiet and emotional so fast) and Mikael realizing that Freya is the daughter he thought had died (2x15). Honorable mentions: Anna telling Jeremy that she didn't want to be alone anymore (3x07)
I don’t know how but every regular on TVD and TO is just an amazing actor. Paul, Ian, Nina, Kat, Joseph, Daniel and so on. They all have immense acting skills. This universe has some of the best actors ever
damon and elena's kissing in the rain scene, the WHOLE 10minute ending of the originals. The whole last episode of tvd. all of the acting was so good to watch. The amount of times i've cried watching this show is crazy,
There's some great and heartbreaking moments in legacies too: Jo saying goodbye to Alaric and her daughters, Landon's first resurrection and everyone around him thinking that he's dead, or the exact scene of his dying because of MG, Landon and Hope's goodbye in season 4, Hope's 'I have no idea what to do next' from season 2, and Lizzie's break down in season 2 when she thought that Sebastian isn't real, Hope in the darkness because of Ted/Necromancer or Necromant ....and Lizzie finds a way to fix everything after meeting Ablah in season 1. I think that these moments can be at least honorable mentions.
This movie has so many best scenes that even this list, which is great, can be debated. Some great scenes include 1. Damon returning from the prison world and catching the bottle Stefan threw. 2. Bonnie telling Damon she's not cool with him desiccating. 3. Damon reading his letter to Bonnie 4. Elena choosing Damon after her humanity comes on. 5. Klaus telling Marcel he failed him. 6. Klaus and Camel goodbye scene.
The only thing I would have added is the moment right after you cut off the “fight back” scene between Klaus and Hayley. When Hayley sees hope, she says, “she’s walking. When did she start walking? I missed it.” And it was sooo good!! Awesome video by the way!
I definitely disagree with the number one spot it was definitely a beautiful heartbreaking scene but not deserving of the spot in my opinion some of the lower spots could have been chosen like Elijah’s memories returning this list should have included Elena’s break down aswell Nina’s acting was impecable in that scene it also missed when Hope found out that Hayley was dead it should have at least been an honorable mention
I mean lets be honest every character did heroic things but Bonnie is the true hero of this whole series ❤️ Like I dare someone too re watch the whole series and count how many times Bonnie is looked to and saves everyone. A.Lot!
Bonnie being pissed about Damon leaving her, Damon reading Bonnie the letter, and generally some more Caroline. But overall both videos were A+!!!!!!!!
Yeah finally someone said it. Going through the comments and not a single person is talking about his amazing acting skills, It’s just beyond me! Just because he is a handsome man, no one actually pays attention to what a genius of an actor he is. He is so underrated.
Tvd season 1 where Bonnie's granny dies, that scene was heartbreaking and Bonnie's acting was beyond powerful, all the cast are so great. I would never be able to choose.
I think number one should’ve been when Elena came to the Salvatore’s house to end things with Stefan because of Katherine. Paul Wesley performance was epic!!!
Paul Wesley is a phenomenal actor n how he protrayed every emotion is beyond mentioning same with kat Graham what a powerful actor she is n then Phoebe she is a great actor too n not but the least Nina Dobrev who played 4 characters n played such a badass character n then playing a simple sweet girl is real a big deal which she did with ease hats off to these actors
