@@mariontinah i started my own process but agencies doesnt apply h1b visa they only apply eb3 which is long process.more than two years it will take.i read that its possible h1b visa and eb3 visa can be apply at the same time with diffrent employers and if get a chance h1b lottery to be successful its a short way to come to usa.what do you think?
Yes, but I have no one with experience with them. We have so many agencies, do your research on them, look deep into the contract, and then sign and start the process, always remember we have no perfect agency.
