The ending is the last thing you see in a game, so you'd better get it right. These are the finales that went above and beyond. Twitter: / dafawfulizer Discord: / discord
This was a pretty good countdown list. Here my quick list of my Video Game Finales 10. Vitamin Connection 9. Cuphead 8. Megaman Network Transmission (Gamecube) 7. Pac-Man World 2 6. Rabbids Go Home 5. Persona Q Shadow Of The Labyrinth 4. Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle 3. The Finales for the Paper Mario games from 64, Super, Sticker Star and Color Splash ( I never play TTYD so that's on my list) 2. Citizens Of Earth and Citizens Of Space 1. Yoshi's Island DS These are my top 10 video game finales that will always be remembered in my mind and heart.
@@zEr-ne5ri Yes also I thought these games that I play are pretty good and fun in my opinion besides we all have different tastes in video games anyway that's all peace.
@Miguel Escobedo no I just heard some people say some of these Games were bad Lake sticker star But if you like these games that is your opinion and I respect it
@@zEr-ne5ri Alright but Sticker Star, in my opinion, is a good game at the end also the other games on my list too and thank you for respecting my opinion alright I better be going now see ya.
I'm so glad that Bug Fables ended up being an amazing game. It has lovable main characters and really intricate but fun combat. The fact that the entire game ends on such a good note makes the entire experience that much better
Also it has that one hollow knight reference where one of the guys references the possibility of the banker stealing their money and running away to a hot spring.
I suppose while we're on the topic of finales, I remember you putting Return to Dream Land on the old best list and Triple Deluxe/Planet Robobot on the worst list. I know this is years late, but don't get Star Allies because you'd be disappointed by it since you didn't like the later Kirby games. Edit: Glad the you mentioned Bug Fables. It's an amazing game.
Off the top of my head, in no particular order, I'd say my favorite Finales would half to be; Celeste: For the same reasons as stated in the video Mario Odyssey: For having a great platforming segment with a good final boss and an amazing escape scene at the end Night in the Woods: For its unsettling nature and great emotional payoff Hollow Knight: Due to the amazing buildup throughout the game of both final bosses, a great story segment with a chilling reveal, One of the best themes in the game (Sealed Vessel), and an amazing final boss which feels so satisfying to beat after all the shit The Radiance caused
I don’t know if you’ve played it, but the Splatoon 2 octo expansion has one of the most amazing finales I’ve ever seen, the final gauntlet to escape is fun and challenging, the final boss is really fun, the conclusion to the story is excellent, and the music is FIRE.
Warcraft 3 human campign ending. As a kid it literally blew my mind i never thought such a thing woukd ever happen in a video game i was way too used to you know good guys are good and the good guys always win. The ending challenged everything i knew about the comfort of video games in the best way possible and the realisation of how much arthas lost his soul trying to do the right thing haunts me till this day.
For the next Halloween video he should do Top 10 Scary Levels, either from disturbing games or not, an obvious example would be ‘Queen Vanessas mansion’ from A Hat In Time.
I always miss them when they are live but at least I always watch them afterwards. The ending of Burial At Sea was the best connector to the og bioshock possible that's why that's my #1 and the last gameplay stuff was very good and the music helped make it a emotional ending
Great list. On another note tho, have you ever played any JRPG’s? Just asking cause I don’t think I seen any of your videos talking about JRPG’s except maybe Persona if I remember correctly.
I’ll always love the ending for Skylanders Trap Team. TLOTGQ is a great atmospheric stage with an amazing boss, but then Kaos betrays you. This can be expected due to you fighting him 3 times before, but Chapter 18 is where it gets real. Smoke Scream is really hard, and if you haven’t lost all your Skylanders yet, Traptanium Kaos will surely be a thorn in your side. But when you beat him, the Arkeyan Hats/Rainbow Hat as well as Kaos (if you have his trap) will be broken in both games you can use it.
3-5 I think will always be one of the best Finales in History But I really dislike what they did in Apollo Justice. Phoenix's Disbarment will always be the biggest Betrayal for me
Really? I kinda liked the decision to disbar Phoenix. It's a pretty interesting choice and a pretty shocking reveal at the beginning of Apollo Justice. And besides, it's not like he remained disbarred. He got his badge back in Dual Destinies
@@WolfRider2002 I think it was a good idea but poor execution . Remember the Matt Engarde trial? He had multiple opportunities to get his client off the hook, but he kept extending the trial until his client was found guilty. There's also the fact that defense lawyers don't get paid much, but we're expected to believe that Wright somehow managed to commission a $100,000 forgery the night before the Gramarye trial. TBH I wish instead of 1 time of presenting forged evidence it should have been multiple times over the Couse of several trials and the Gramarye trial being the final straw
@@grandinquisitor8335 your second point is valid. If you take into account how much the forgery cost and how much money defense attorneys make, it is suspect. But I'm not sure why you brought up Engarde's case. Engarde's case and Gramarye's case are very different. In Engarde's case, Phoenix had a lot of doubts about Engarde and kept extending it so he could get Maya free and making sure Engarde didn't get off if he was guilty, and I'm pretty sure Phoenix didn't use any fake evidence. In the Gramarye case, he had no doubts about Zak's innocence, and was given a forged piece of evidence without knowing it was forged. The only similarities those two cases have are the fact that both defendants were found guilty by the end
@@WolfRider2002 The Engarde case also should've been Phoenix's defense as well it's been shown numerous times he want's the guilty party to be exposed at the expense of his badge (and sometimes his own life)
@@grandinquisitor8335 yeah but in the end, the law is the law. They found that he had presented forged evidence and they disbarred him. They don't take what kind of person they are, otherwise Maya wouldn't have been the defendant so many times
i’ve been DYING for another video from you and i manage to comment in the premiere unfortunately though i couldn’t stick around. hopefully this will be lit edit: promising as always. btw can you make a top 10 secret bosses list?
At 29:12 Only time? Didn't you show that Iris also had five locks in your own footage? Also, Matt Engarde had five locks, so it's not really the first time in the trilogy.
It's the first time in the trilogy you break 5 locks. Keep in mind, you don't break Iris's 5 locks, and Matt gives up after you've only broken a couple of them. This is the first time you actually complete the segment
The last part of the Bugfables finale sounds a lot like when you finish the True Pacifist Route in Undertale, where you can talk with everybody before destroying The Barrier
10. I personally didn't like it because the final boss was your generic boss fight while still being frustrating, the visuals are atrocious because they're going to give everyone seizures, and thegoodbye cutscene is impossible to tell if it's supposed to be a satire or an actually sad moment Also the characters constantly saying "Get lost! Get lost! Get lost!" gets EXTREMELY annoying! 9. That sounds really scary. I don't know if I'd want to get that. 8. YES! 7. Was that game that one Paper Mario-inspired game? Nothing to say about the others, especially since I've barely even heard of most of those.
I don't get your One per franchise rule. Like what would you do if two games from a franchise have finales that are better than each other. When you put the better one in the list feels like you are lying about the opinion.
Because if I don't have a rule like that, it could be easy to fill up a list with examples from the same franchise. Besides, a lack of variety can be exhausting.
@@Dafawfulizer I see now. I tend to avoid that rule because I don't like giving false opinions for my list. But I see a lack of variety can be exhausting, and sometimes I will limit a certain franchise to only one entry so they won't fill up the list. I once made a Top 10 Couples that are canon or should be canon, I limit Total Drama to one spot since it has so many amazing couples.
