i like to imagine that he isnt laughing because he enjoys the fight itself, but because its the first time in his life that he can express himself without supressing his other half. The whole story of mob psycho is about how mob split his personality into 2, and sealed the majority of his power and emotions due to fear of hurting others.

Personally I like the animation but I'm just afraid of what Chinese influence would do to anime community. More Chinese means more CCP and less creativity allowed and more censorship which would ultimately lead to visual appeasement without any good story. It would be quantity over quality (I'm taking about stories since it matters more)

I just reliased that while the sea king stops the rain in a 20 meter radius for about 2 seconds saitamas completly clears the rains and dries out the entire battle field.
