Tell me about it. I think this version was catered to those who watch the post-2010 Cartoon Network shows like these: Adventure Time Regular Show The Amazing World of Gumball Uncle Grandpa Clarence Steven Universe Problem Solverz Even those who loved those shows didn't like this reboot!

Exactly. I still can't forget just how brutal Mojo got beat up by the PPGs in that Candy Episode, like he did not even deserve it that time. Also, it catered to Boys and Girls, when mostly female centric shows tend to only cater to girls, unless a boy was a sidekick or something. PPGs Logo was a frickin' TANK damn it, and as said before, it had legit great Family moments. the final 2 seasons were def a drop in quality, but still had some amazing gems.

Yeah I'm getting tired of of folks shoehorning in as much violence/gore, sex/nudity, and swearing as possible in their cartoons and calling it mature. More people should follow examples like Bojack Horseman, Inside Job, and Samurai Jack, etc when they wanna make a cartoon for adults.

I refuse to watch Velma just because they decided to race change a character I grew up watching. Well, she was my least favorite character in Scooby-Doo, but still. That would be like bringing back another beloved cartoon, Static Shock, but this time he's a white jock. Just stop race/sex changing well known characters that have a very long history.

Being a 2000s kid I’m happy to say I was blessed with a Golden Age of TV Shows, Cartoons, and Toys. Also I gotta say Chop Socky Chooks faded into such obscurity that I actually thought it was called “Kung Pao Fowl”

I was a late 2000s one, but Cartoon Network was hard for me to watch, it was more Discovery Kids, with cartoons of my country too, but then I lost these paid channels too soon and, enjoyed little.

Chop socky chooks in my opinion, is just okay. There are moments that I did enjoy, but the potential was wasted in favor of the episodic style. So it was a mixed bag for me.

One of the bigger problems with the PPG reboot is that, in the original, the three girls had voices that matched their personality In the reboot, you literally couldn't tell the three apart

I dunno about you guys, but the new voice actresses in The Powerpuff Girls reboot was the LEAST of my problems. I do prefer the original show's voices, Don't get me wrong, but the voices in the Reboot are perfectly passable for what they are. They don't hurt my ears like in some other Cartoon Reboots. Besides, at least I could tell this was a different version of the girls.

What really gets me isn't so much that they hired new actresses for the girls, but the fact that they hired back ALL of the other voice cast. When it comes to the new VAs for the PPGs, they're not terrible, but compared to their contemporaries, their inexperience really shines through. Also, given the fact that the original three not only weren't given a call back but weren't even made aware that a new show was in the works, it's just not a good look.

It hurt me seeing Chop Socky Chooks in this 😭 Yeah the animation and writing was wonky but it had potential and i loved the friendships and dynamic of the main three. They're so supportive and caring towards each other, it's so sweet. but yeah the racial stereotypes sometimes went too overboard. The show and the plotlines it had building up had a lot of potential. Also the whole first season is on youtube to watch!

I hate to be the devil's advocate here, but most (not all) cartoons in the 1980s were corporate sludge put out to sell toys and other merchandise with little or no passion put into them lol. I adore masters of the universe and transformers and teenage mutant ninja turtles and so on, but the decade was really one of the weakest ever for animation. Almost no shows created by actual cartoonists who loved what they did-🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓 the 90s was an amazing decade for animation though

Not sure if one-shot movies count, but try Drawn Togther, the movie. The whole point of this was to give the finger to the network for cancelling the show, and it pretty much blew their chances of any revival or relaunch. PhantomStrider put this on his top 10 Worst list, despite putting the show itself on one of his top 10 best lists!

Isn’t Velma a live action show? Maybe that’s why it’s not in the list. They were specifically talking about cartoons and not the shows inspired on them. Plus, I’m not sure if they will include Velma in a top 10 worst something. They have a video in MsMojo talking about how Velma changed over the years and they said positive things about the new show even though you don’t need to watch it to know it’s sh*t. Probably because they don’t want to get in trouble with HBO and the people who supports the show due to the inclusion. But maybe they will change their minds once all the episodes have aired and prove we were all right for hating the show even before it came out. Edit. Turns out it is an animated show. Once again I’m fooled by my blindness and clickbait videos who said it was a live action show. But however it is, I keep what I said about why Watchmojo may not include it in this or future videos.

Drawn Together started off as a kinda watchable cartoon show with a collection of various Disney princesses, fairytale characters, Superman, and others drawn together in a group house, sending themselves up. It soon proved that the writers were out of ideas when it got so crude that it was screened later and later till it mercifully dissapeared.

These videos sometimes awaken the stranges of repressed memories for me. I remember watching Chop Socky Chooks as a kid. Sheep in the Big City was boring, everything since just tried too hard to be funny and failed, or tried too hard to be like Nickelodeon which isn't CN at all, or was just too ugly. It was saved by The Eds, Justice League and the _original_ Teen Titans, but I otherwise didn't care for the direction it was going. It was run by new people who didn't like cartoons, I'm sure, but cared more about competing with Nickelodeon and amusing de chiwdwen. Oh yeah and the new Cartoon Cartoon Fridays when it was then hosted by a white guy and a black woman and had kids in the audience, then the black woman was replaced by a blonde white woman later... in a decade where _every_ other woman or girl is replaced by a blonde white girl (Disney's "So Weird" had a dorky brown-haired girl, then she got replaced with a corporately pretty blonde girl)... 2011 gave us The Looney Tunes Show, Gumball, and the Thundercats reboot, but 2 of those ended too soon and the rest of the network was pretty cringe.

_"Father of the Pride"_ was funny as hell! A little twisted and dark, but a great show! I got the complete series on DVD and I wish it had a longer run. _"Allen Gregory"_ was twisted as f--k, but that's what (I think) made it funny! To me it's in the same style of dark humor as _"Family Guy"_ and I thought it was great.

It was released on two DVDs that each contain two of the ova but they are broken down into two per which is 4 episodes on each of the 2 DVDs which is 8 episodes in that sense. That's where I got that from.

As someone who grew up watching Annoying Orange when i was 10, they made all the jokes they possibly could before the TV show came out. Daneboe was a far better comedian than whoever they hired. Any fans of annoying orange watching the show, us kids, thought it was _boring._
