Too bad the fan base is over hyping it and everyone's going to be disappointed in season 2 because of it. While it's a good show, its far from perfect. If the formula doesn't change some what, season 2 is going to be pretty boring, like the second half of the first season.

I especially like how most of the fanfics can't even be classified as Creepypastas. Also in "The death of Pinkie Pie one" the premise is even more ridicioulous than you might think without knowing the show. Pegasi control the weather. Every Storm, snowstorm etc is organized by the ponies themselves. They even have an episode where they prepare for a scheduled storm.
SilentCanScream Plot of the story is that basically pinkie and cheese die in a snowstorm or famine. But since Pegasi controls the weather, they could have stopped it. I mean they have a factory for storms.

#5 was completely hilarious, I was laughing the whole way through. Got to love how bad creepypasta protagonists are either sad-sack social outcast bullied by the entire school and teachers, or some overblown haughty totally-awesome king dude who gets away with everything. There's very little in-between. That was the ESSENCE of trollpasta, there is NO WAY any of that was meant to be taken seriously. And another thing: I'm AMAZED we didn't get any blood of the hyper-realistic variety in these ten stories.
All of the stories he reads are in the "pasta trying to be good but fails" category. So the author of it was delusional enough to expect people to get scared by it.

There is actually a sequel to it. I think the author realized how bad the first one was and then decided to go complete apeshit and make it so over the top that it is actually hilarious.
Btw, IS there even a fanbase out there in which completely mental and toxic people are rather the exception than the norm? Despite being a fan of many things I am mostly staying in my own happy little world and at best exchange about it with friends so I can't really say what's going inside of most fandoms for real. However I read comments on RU-vid and whatever other social media sites and it often seems like absolutely any fandom is to be treated like the plague and best to stay far away from.
I'd say small, niche communities inside a fandom or as a result of a sub-sub-culture are generally quite accepting and nice. I know most writing sites or any kind of self-help groups are quick to get rid of trolls and such without much convincing... em, I think that's about it.

One thing I will never understand about director cut creepypastas (at least the bad ones) is that they never contain anything that makes sense to be a behind the scenes, piece by piece kinda thing. It's always violent blood and gore and I think they forget that multiple people work on films...
I’ve worked on a ranch and owned my own horses before, so just to clarify for anyone who doesn’t know, let’s go over some horse terminology in regards to age and sex: A foal is what you call a young horse. A filly is what you call young female horse of four or less years old, and a colt is what you call a young male horse of four or less years old. Fillies and colts are still foals. A mare is an adult female horse. A stallion is an uncastrated adult male horse, and a gelding is a gelded (castrated) adult male horse. I am too lazy to go into detail between the difference between a horse and a pony because quite honestly it’s been a while since I’ve had to actually remember this stuff so I forgot. Horses and ponies are of the same species tho, but can, like cats and dogs, come in different breeds.

(My opinion on #10) Wow, I really love it when people in other fandoms judge people in different fandoms because they're "toxic", even though the fandom they're in has just as much "toxic" people in it *sarcasm* . Also, literally almost everything has a toxic side to its fanbase (I use fandom and fanbase interchangeably), so like you said, it is kind of impossible to read/play/etc. something that doesn't have a toxic fanbase.
There is exactly one good mlp creepypasta. Like, shit. Cupcakes was not even really a creepypasta, it was more like a good slasher. Gory and brutal, but not creepy. Well writen and it does what it wanted to do, but it never wanted to be creepy- probably because the author knew that ( this is so stupid) ponypastas can't be scary. It is like making a creepypasta were Spongebob kills someone, it doesn't fit, it just isn't possible. The diffrence between Spongebob and mlp though, is that every one is so happy go lucky, were in spongebob he is the only one.
Spongebob killing somebody as a creepy pasta doesn't work because him killing somebody makes sense as part of the normal show. Kind of ruins the point.
There's an unofficial sequel called Rocket to Insanity that makes Cupcakes far, FAR better than it was, and even managed to use one of the worst cliches known to fiction in a way that doesn't suck too.

I'm three minutes into this video, and I can safely say, I've avoided this. I haven't spoken to a brony (to my knowledge) now have I gotten hooked. I've seen a few episodes, and I they were fine. I am interested in seeing more, but only because I've seen legitimately good points about the show's quality. I'll get to it at some point. All that being said, these pastas are so bad they're hilarious! XD

I always thought about the idea of you doing a list for MLP creepypasta's but I never thought you would actually do it, although some of these stories didn't sound like creepypasta's.
'Something Sweet to Bite' has some semblance of horror, but it's still a story about cartoon, technicolor ponies. Also, for future reference, not that I think you'll need this information, female foals-baby horses- are called 'fillies' and male foals are called 'colts.' Unfixed male horses are called 'stallions' and fixed male horses are called 'geldings.' Female horses are called 'mares' no matter what, mainly because they don't often get fixed. It's a dangerous procedure.
I remember being a part of the brony movment back when the show first started. It was a pretty cute show with a very productive fanbase and I had a pretty good time until I realized that pretty much everyone just wanted to fuck the horses. I wouldn't neccesarily reccomend it but the first few seasons are good. On a related sidenote there is actually a shocking amount of really nice horror MLP art from back when fandom artists made more than just porn.

Eh, I am skeptical of any creepypasta made at the whims of a fandom. I suppose so, if it's plot is sensible and it isn't over the top with it's cliches. But, this is simple conjecture; I haven't read it.
MLP fanfictions (good ones) actually got me into creepypastas. It was a pretty big jump from magic ponies to horror and gore but it was a great decision

So I asked "Hey anyone know what. episode its from?" and this guy told me this story. "The episode was taken off air. I heard this was not the only weird image from the episode. it caused heart attacks." Me: What is the name? Them: Have you ever had heart attacks? Me: no. why? Them: ... Them: Well the episode was called "Nightmare Krabs". He then left. true story. I looked up nightmare krabs and nothing. Gonna search creepypasta next.
